A very pleasant car buying experience, the location manager, Man Tran, did a great job of breaking down final costs with the warranty they offered, in a simple, easy to understand way. DJ and Mercy, the salespersons who helped me, did well to explain the process and guide me through while also being patient as I was slowed by a few hiccups on my end with insurance. Much more relaxed yet still to the point than other dealers I’ve dealt with.

Took advantage of someone not knowing about car mechanics and charged for a part unnecessary to be fixed but did not give an explanation if needed or not or even an option

Have had 2 recent experiences with Subaru, regular servicing and a windshield replacement. The regular service was at West Herr Subaru of Brockport New York. My service associate was Michelle Murphy and I could not have had a more pleasant time while awaiting the completion of the service. She even showed me how to fix a display issue on my car. All was completed within an hour. The second incident was a windshield replacement on my second Subaru. The personnel at the glass shop were very friendly and kept me informed of the progress. The shop was brand new and did not have the latest calibration equipment, so the person handling my problem arranged for my car glass to be fixed and then had my car and me taken to Van Bortel Subaru in Henrietta New York, for the calibration. All was finished in about an hour. Staff there was also very professional. I particularly want to thank Michelle, the manager of the new glass store in Henrietta as well managing the Amherst New York Glass store. She was wonderful and had a few obstacles to fix, but was patient and concerned for my comfort and ease all of the time. I was well pleased with both visits and would recommend both shops to anyone needing to have a Subaru repaired or serviced.

Michelle and Sean are top notch! I'm always confident I get top tier service at a fair price. You can't ask for anything more. Drinks and snacks are a nice touch too! Thank you WHS of Brockport!

I brought my Subaru Outback in for scheduled maintenance appointment for my Outback. I scheduled my appointment directly and received several follow up messages to confirm the appointment. The customer lounge was clean and beverages, etc.were available. The appointment went smoothly. I was created promptly by Carli who kept he informed and went over the results of my visit. I was very happy with the service I just received last Saturday they went over above and beyond they got me a new battery under warranty plus give me a discount on my oil change and tire rotation so what a nice Thanksgiving we hit we're very very good people I've been coming to this dealership for almost 20 years no problems nothing but good stuff
