Not often a dealership is a flawless experience, but this trip was. The service department is great, especially Chris who took care of me. Had some questions and he had the answers as well as his techs and himself fixing my brand new truck that another dealer sold and told me to kick rocks that I won’t name coughhh transittowne ram dodge of west Seneca. Chris and this ram dealer will get all of my service business from here on out. They truly care about your vehicle and it’s needs.

For a dodge dealership and a dealership in general, this has been the best one I've been too by far! Very professional and courtesy staff. I'm speaking from the service, parts and express lane staff. I cannot speak about the sales department as I have not done business on that side. I travel about 25 minutes to come here as it's worth it in my opinion! Thank you West Herr for holding standards!

Ian and Chris in the service department saved my butt in the middle of a snow storm. I had a tire leaking air and 5 other places were not willing to help. I called and spoke with Ian who told me to bring my Ram in, an hour before closing. I'm truly grateful that Ian was willing to help even though I didn't purchase my Ram at West Herr. Service was quick and everyone was so kind. I'm thinking my next Ram might just have to be from West Herr. Thanks again guys.

I went in for an appointment early morning, explained in great detail all of the issues that we were having with my vehicle was assured that it would Be looked over thoroughly. After hours of waiting in the service area finally Guest services came back and got me told me that my truck was ready to go only to find out none of the issues were resolved. Specifically, my SiriusXM was not working. They did the update thinking that that would resolve it and came back and said you’re all set when really the tech didn’t even look at it to see if it resolved the issue so that I need to go back in for another hour only for them to determine that they needed to order a new still no answer on how to operate my hands free trunk And they forgot to take pictures of my rims for my claim.

Dylan had me in and out in a minimal amount of time and everything I needed was completed quickly and professionally.
