My experience with West Herr Chevrolet was incredible! Right from the start Casey Brown made me feel very comfortable and kept in contact with me through the whole process. Last year I bought a company vehicle from him and when I decided to surprise my fiancé for Christmas with a new vehicle I immediately contacted Casey to help me pull it off. This was a return visit for a leak in the cab of my Silverado. I had some trouble getting a return phone call (something I think could be improved), so I stopped in. They fit me in the following week and gave me a loaner truck for the 10 days mine was being worked on.

Bought my car less than a year ago, told broken weld is a known issue, but not covered by factory or extended warranty. Other parts needed also not covered by extended warranty. Another issue, possibly transmission related and I’m told they can’t tell me anything about it because it’s not throwing a code. Overall unhappy with the car I bought and the service I’ve received. I’ll be trading this car in and buying elsewhere soon.

I recently had repairs done on my car at this location. I am pleasantly satisfied with the service, I really did not know what to expect. Very detailed information on what was done and preferred recommendations. I rode off the lot as if it was the same day I purchased. Thank you to your team and the exceptional courtesy of your shuttle driver for making this a very pleasant experience.
