I didn’t end up buying a car from West Herr, however, Shannon and Elliot were very welcoming when I was looking at their used cars! Shannon offered a bunch of options to be brought to the Hamburg location from other West Herr locations. Elliot was on top of getting service records and answering any questions I had. Both Shannon and Elliot made sure the experience was as amazing as it could be. Elliot was understanding about buying a car from another dealership, and he didn’t treat me any differently after I said such. The whole West Herr Chevrolet Hamburg team was awesome. Would totally buy a car here in a future!

First, I'm going to start with the good.the salesmen Francis was awesome to deal with, even though we could not come to a deal on my end he was very professional and wanting to get to know my needs and wants for a truck.awesome work on his part made me feel kinda at home looks for a newer truck.

Now on to the bad downside part.when looking at a few trucks I seen one that I liked was a bit to high price for small amount of rust that I saw, and I voiced my opinion on it and was told by the used car manager that the truck is not meant for me.it pissed me off to the point where I would not have even tried to buy any vehicle from there. No person is going to tell me what it good, bad, or meant for me. I am the only one who knows that and will not be told that by a person that doesn't know who I am and that is not me. I know what's good and bad for myself and no one can tell me else wise.

If it wasn't for Francis, being very professional and kind, I would have not gone back. I also told him, when the truck came in that I was waiting to look at, I would be back, and I keep to my word. When Francis and I went for a test drive I told him about how I felt about what happened that other day, he got the GM James involved and I felt that James did a great job on handling the situation and was very professional about it.

I give them 4 stars only because of that bad encounter, but I was very happy on how it was handled. Great job to Francis (sales) and James (GM).

Visit for a safety recall on the vehicle. Service rep, Mark handled everything efficiently and professionally. One of the reasons I keep returning to West Herr after twenty-Five years.

I had my truck taken to west herr because i have always bought my vehicles from their. That will end now, the price of the parts and labor is out of control. West herr had my bill at 1600.00. The one part the made me pay for they said it was 600 and you can get the part for 200. The labor is 189 an hour that is way above the average in the wester new york area. The average is 120. West herr is out of control and should be ashamed of what they are doing to people in new your. I will never do business with them again.

Mark and Mack at west herr are very wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond the norm to get me the truck I wanted. Answered all my questions answered every phone call and busted there buts to make sure I was happy. Can’t say enough good things for the amount of work they put in for me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to my sales rep Mark M.for going the extra mile in getting the vehicle I wanted.

We were very unhappy with the fact that we were completely over charged for the work we had done, a part that costs $200 we got charged $600, and labor charges were a bit ridiculous 185/hr, all together we were charged almost 1600. The work that was done should not have costed that much. And on top of it the mechanics took of the wheels and looked at the brakes and other things that the truck was not there for.

Mark made buying a new vehicle easy! No pressure, friendly staff and the best prices around. I drove 2 hrs and passed 10 other dealerships to buy this truck and would do it again tomorrow.

My Chrysler was past its prime and we needed a bigger vehicle. West Herr took care of me and got me in my Chevy the same day. Paul was great and gave me options and a good trade in offer! I have purchased cars from them before, and Inwill do it again. The service team is great as well, they took good care of me!

Tom was a great help in getting us the car that we needed for my daughter. Everything went smooth, he had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. I would definitely ny from him again. Thank you so much
