I went to We The People to get a Health Care Proxy with my partner. In spite of a minor hiccup, everything still went really well for us. The staff there went above beyond to help. They do more than divorce and people should take advantage of ALL the services they offer.

My boyfriend and I started dating several years ago when he was waiting for his divorce to be finalized. He went through We The People for his divorce. They somehow left out my boyfriend's only asset, his home! His ex wife figured this out and obtained a real lawyer and cost him thousands of dollars. We are in the process of obtaining a lawyer to take We The People to court to recover the money he had to spend on a lawyer and a real divorce. Do NOT use this company! His asset was in his work book but they neglected to put it in the final decree.

Went to this place when it was located on Wolf Rd for a divorce. The staff seemed professional at the time and trustworthy but I was wrong. They took my money but did absolutely nothing for my divorce. I ended up paying an attorney to file for my divorce.

My experience with We The People was seamless and for lack of a better word, PERFECT. Desiree was our main contact and she added a personal and friendly vibe to a our divorce process which otherwise, could have been tense and awkward. She was upfront and answered my questions before I even knew what to ask. During my visits to the office, I saw her acceptance and willingness to help everyone that walked through their door with her kindness and sense of humor. It was honesty, so nice and refreshing to see. Thank you to ALL the staff for a great experience and though I'm not anticipating another divorce in my future, I'm definitely keeping them in mind for their other services, going forward!
