Had a blast at the pink pier for valentine’s day! Drove all the way from MA - we got the chalet package for 2 which included tea, an appetizer (charcuterie), 2 entrees and 2 desserts.the tea was delicious as was the food (we got the mushroom ravioli and the burger) but since I’m not a fan of charcuterie, i just wish there was an option to choose your appetizer like you can choose which dessert you get.i tried the macaroons and my boyfriend got the cheesecake - both were good! The ambiance of the pier was cute and cozy and i loved all the decorations - i just wish there were a few more areas to sit outside of the chalets to enjoy the set up they made.there is a fire pit but nowhere to sit and enjoy it so we ended up walking through everything after our meal and deciding just to head home since we couldn’t sit by the fire.just an idea for the future! 10/10 date night experience right on the water - totally worth it to us:)

I celebrated my birthday here, and I was really excited because they had a pink pier pop-up going on and everything was Valentine’s Day related. Definitely a really cold day but as the ice melted on top of the igloo, it was really nice to see the sunset and enjoy our birthday celebration that the staff put on for us!

It was okay, for the price we expected better. Showed up early for a 730 reservation. Waiting in line until 735 and was told to wait 10 minutes. Waited 15 and was given an extra drink coupon. Forgot santa hat, had to ask for one, chicken sandwich was not available at the time, food took awhile to arrive and was okay nothing special. It was nice being on the water at least seeing the lights and buildings lit up. For the price we expected better.

We had a corporate event with Jessica as our server and she was fantastic! Incredible service and helped our group have a great time. Would highly recommend the experience and Jessica!

The perfect atmosphere for a romantic holiday evening! The service was exceptional and the food was exquisite- especially the hot chocolate and the red velvet cookies! This location makes for a great holiday excursion to spend with a loved one! It's worth every dollar!

The watermark is so festive. You’ll feel everyone’s in Christmas spirit and it’s just beautiful time of the year. The hot chocolate with alcohol is good. The pretzel was cold. The churros is good. The best part, Santa.

Food was delicious and they have some good food specials. The staff was friendly and very quick with services. Overall very fun with all the little picture spots and corn hole game. And the views are very nice. Would come back again even if the tiny lobster roll cost me nearly $40

Raymond was our waiter and he was amazing. The food and drinks were awesome. The view was perfect and the music was great because of the variety. Definitely recommend will be back.

Tricky tricky tricky! I arrived to Watermark with high expectations since dining in the area has a bar set pretty high. Cocktails were nice and service was fast paced (which is to expect at a place with a view like this on a beautiful day.) Salad was simple yet tasty as well as the tacos. This all adds up to four stars. Sadly two stars went missing due to the lack of interest of the host team. As I arrived, I stood by the host stand for two minutes as I waited for the hosts to finish their personal conversation; one of them turned when I said “Hi! ” And turned back to continue speaking with her colleagues. (I was running to get to my reservation on time since this spot has a maximum table time policy which I had agreed to upon reservation. Coulda walked.) As we left, my partner and I said bye and good night and got some crickets for desert curtesy of the host staff, tangled on yet another amazing story. I worked for the industry for ten years, and I know that it sucks when you want to speak to your colleagues and simply can’t. But that’s it management, hate how I sound writing this, but sometimes workers simply gotta work. More when there’s wild critics all over a city like this, ready to try some places that look exciting. Sometimes it doesn’t matter if food is delicious, in this town we pay fairly for experiences and after that greeting, anything seemed over priced to be honest. I don’t think I’ll come back but the place is really cute and the surf highlights are really welcoming to the ocean vibes. Amazing view and very nice wait staff.

Great after-work spot! The Manager, Keisha was incredible! She personally fixed a bad drink order for 3 of us. Very helpful. The staff are so pleasant! Mac and sliders were very good!

Over priced and under expectations. The one tier sea food platter states its for 2-3 people. More like an entre for 1. The oysters were not bad but the mussels were undersized to say the least. 3 prawns and half a very small redclaw. Do not recommend.

Waited 30 minutes for the server to even acknowledge us. I then told the server we were ready to order and he proceeded to a table next us that just arrived, I then told him we were the first table in this section and he proceeded to take the new arrival order. Rude. Disrespectful. And NO SERVICE. A total waste of time.

Korra met us at the Host desk, and immediately started off our night with positive vibes! So helpful, detailed, and already knew what I requested for the reservation to make my husband's birthday dinner amazing. He was prepared and made us comfortable to just have a great time!
We enjoyed ourselves, the water view was amazing and the food and drinks were delicious! The portions were big, we couldn't eat all!

From the moment we got here Camilla made us feel welcome. We came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and it was nothing short of sensational. The service was top tier; Camilla made sure to curate a personal experience and ensured we felt like VIP’s. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique summer experience in nyc.

It’s a fun environment with great music, but the drinks are wildly overpriced and the bar doesn’t even have a bathroom? I used to come here when there was an entire indoor bar and now the indoor spot is closed in favor of a “beach bar. ” I just don’t understand how a bar in NYC can be allowed to operate with porta-potties or a shared public bathroom (where there’s only 2 single bathrooms and are shared with anyone who happens to know it’s there). Sorry if I’m paying $18 for a drink I’d love to not use a porta-potty?

Food was fresh and came out quickly. Drinks were flavorful, a bit on the weak side. Service was average, but everything was quick and the music and setting were a perfect way to enjoy the water view.

We love this place! We love oysters so wouldn’t miss out on this Happy Hours oysters and rose’ Monday. The food was good. The service was great. Our server, Raymond was amazing! He was fun and very attentive. Love his bubbly personality. Will definitely come back when we’re in NYC.

This place is so cute! I came for the $5 taco Tuesday special and the view, I was not disappointed. The music was fun, the staff was sooo friendly (my favorite part), and the view was beautiful. This is the perfect place to spend happy hour on a nice day.

My wife and I loved loved loved the ambience here, live dj, beach themed dancing.you know it’s a lively restaurant when people start dancing! Food and cocktail was great I had salad and appetizer fries.wife had burger and cocktail. We both laid on the wooden recliners at the end of the pier for 20 mins afterward. Great value.

Expensive and they add auto grat to all orders. Slow service and when they bring food they don’t provide utensils.
Drinks were below average.

This waterfront restaurant is a fun hangout spot with views of Brooklyn Bridge and some skyline. The service was top notch. Servers were very attentive even the one who weren't your main server. Santiago was our server and he made sure that we were good the whole time. The drinks were also good. I gave it a four because I ordered the mango frambalee French toast but wasn't 100% impressed. I am a Caribbean girl so I am used to better quality of mango.

We were warmly welcomed at arrival by Korra. The atmosphere is so cute and I love the view of the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg bridges. Raymond was our waiter who was beyond amazing! Watermark is the perfect spot for anytime drinks by the water!

Don’t know the reason to add compulsory 20% gratuity even to the standing area where we have no service at all? I even need to go back to the counter to get the drinks/food I don’t get. $80 one tier sea food is not that much. Drinks are okay. Music is okay. View is okay. Just paying for the vibe but still too much.

Me and my partner came here for brunch. Overall it’s a cool spot I loved the views. I had the lobster roll, I was disappointed they don’t have melted butter for the lobster roll so it pretty much tasted dry and unseasoned. The waiter had completely ignored us the whole time. We waited 20-30 minutes trying to get his attention for the check. I don’t think I’ll come back but if I do it will be a quick stop for drinks.

Me and my partner came here for lunch during my birthday weekend. Food was great, our server Jason was awesome, attentive and knowledgable with great suggestions on food and drinks. Overall very low key and relaxing vibes. We will come back!

The best view to the brooklyn brigde. This place is romantic. Food is single. I recommend Avocado salad, crab cake, mango soufle and all sorbet. You can deink a food wind with your love and enjoy the view and the music!

I came back to update my review, I gave them another opportunity today and it was worse, this time they didn't have frozen margaritas which is the only thing I like there besides the view, they only had them on the rocks and they taste horrible, whoever does the frozens one should teach those who do them on the rocks and to top it off 24 dollars for a margarita in a small plastic cup, seriously! Now I will not return

Firts review:
I've always liked watermark a lot, but this time I don't like that new theme of the tiki bar, lasting 20 minutes in a line to order and on top of that they include 18 percent tip, I usually give 20 and 25 percent, but sitting down, when they are serving me and I give it gladly, but having to stand in line and 18% is not fair

Loved this place. The energy is definitely NY edge without pretention. The music on a Saturday evening watching the sunset was festive, upbeat and energetic that made you want to dance. Food was very good, seafood tower, crab cake sliders, flatbread, and truffle Mac and cheese, were all delicious. Seafood tower was a standout, fresh and clean flavor profiles. The view, the food, the vibe, definitely an evening well spent. Thank you.

So overcrowded, who ever constructed this or set this up, obviously was trying to maximize their profits, and didn't even care to put more then 2 bathrooms here. There is literally 200 people here and just two nasty public bathrooms and disgusting portapottys. Also there's only 1 bar and 2 bartenders. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY

Really cool and fun vibe. I came here for happy hour and food. The punch bag I had was pretty good. I think it was called the Out West. I also got chicken tacos and although it was a small portion, it was still good! Great selection of drinks to choose from and cool vibe. I would recommend to others.

Came for the winter wonderland experience and had the best time! We got our own little house decorated with lights and the servers were all super nice. We did have our food and drinks mixed up multiple times which is the only reason this is getting 4 stars instead of 5 but would definitely come back again

We had reservations for the 5 to 8 pm seating last night for New Years eve. We paid almost $400 with tip for a bottle of Champagne, a carafe of cocktails some party favors and a tasting menu. At about 5: 15 they brought all of the food to our table at once. We couldn't belive they did this. By the time we had some of the meat and cheese from the charcuterie board all of the rest of the food was stone cold. Cold sliders. Cold mac n cheese. Cold shrimp. Cold grilled cheese. Cold crab cakes. What restaurant does this. They did this to every other party as well. We said something to the waitress to no avail. A tasting menu should bring one course at a time. The setting was nice but the whole experience was ruined by the rush to serve everyone within minutes of seating

I went here for with tickets from fever for the watermark winter wonderland. Somehow 3 drinks and 2 appetizers came up to 175 dollars and when I asked the girl why she claimed she didn't run the fever promotion correctly and when she "corrected" it it still came up to 65 dollars. I'm so confused how 14 + 15 = 65 even with the already added 18% gratuity, but I paid and didn't even think about the pricing until I was on my way home. The appetizers were mediocre. The apple cider and hot chocolate was delicious. The security guards for whatever reason were hovering around my teenaged niece, daughter, and me and made them feel so uncomfortable. Not quite sure why they were hovering around us but whatever. The Photo ops were lacking and if I had to recommend this experience I would give it a 1/10. The servers were friendly and prompt and the host even offered to take pictures for us.

Been here a few times but this was my first sitting in the enclosed outdoor igloo. I think at night would be better because during the day it is way too hot in there. The Christmas themed drinks were ok. I'll stick to their regular drinks from here on out.
