Water Lily Spa

Water Lily used to be my favorite spa. I brought my mom here a few months ago for the facial/massage couples package. They started off telling us that they couldn't do our massages at the same time so they would give one of us a facial while the other got a massage. During my massage the person that was working in the front came in several times to call the lady that was doing my massage away for something. A few times he would come in and take over for her while she stepped away. He answered the phone at least 4 times while in the middle of my massage without apology. This continued into my facial. I was really annoyed and uncomfortable that my session was ruined. I don't think I will be returning. I don't want to be any place that doesn't value me as a paying customer. They could have easily asked us to wait until they could accommodate us if they were short staffed. I booked our appointments ahead of time because I understand how walk-in's can be problematic if your busy. I hope they get better.
