Washville Car Wash

This place gets 0 stars. $35 for this. Don’t know what’s going on but I ordered online and they said it would take time for it to but their system. I said I’ll pay again and got this as a result.

I haven’t washed my car in 5 years. My car is silver 2002 Camry it looked brown. Staff was so great and took the car DownTown - for $11.00 the car shined and look like new. A fine place at a great price.thank you Washville -I’ll be back in 5 years. Love the wash.

I have mixed feelings about Washville. I like the convenience and my expectations for quality aren’t high but somehow I seem to always leave disappointed. They need to do a better job spraying the car when you first enter. After a car wash I shouldn’t see dirt on the rear hatch. They also don’t seem to turn over the towels often enough so the car is never dry when you leave and the windows always need to be cleaned when you get home to remove the streaks. It’s cheap enough that I’m not going to cancel but if the price increases I wouldn’t feel like I’m getting the appropriate value.

The price was great but they lost stars because when I asked to borrow a rag to wipe the water off the lining of my doors I was told no.

Very convenient and easy pricing is OK. It will be nice that they give specials every once in a while for existing customers like free upgrades To try out other other more expensive washes downtown to uptown or midtown.

Super strong vacuuming and high quality car wash. Drive through but do it yourself vacuuming. The monthly plans are a great deal. For the price of one car wash you can sign up for monthly deduction from credit card and get unlimited car washes.

Rims never get cleaned. I’ve asked the attendant who sprays the car and he said that the wheels never get cleaned. Really need to upgrade the equipment so it actually cleans the entire car properly.

Good place for a quick wash. Although not a full service it's a good place. Free vacuums work great. You have to purchase a rag/towel. Not provided. Nice owner, great attitude. Overall good place.

This place is great - in and out with a quality wash. I have visited almost all the locations and utilized my membership to do so (highly recommended!). I do have preferences for which sites are better, but the results are great across the board!

Convenient locations, open long hours, fair price for monthly plans, cleans car well for an automated car wash.

I have a monthly membership and go to wash my vehicle often. The staff are WONDERFUL and I receive comments on how clean my car is

It was fast easy and very kind people. The price went up but well worth it. I would come back just for the free air fresheners.

Unlimited washes are the greatest! No excuses for having a dirty car. A must have if you care about your car. Great and quick service. In less than 10 minutes you have a clean car. The attendants that dry your car are always nice and do a great job.

The staff at this location are either nice or rude, most of the time they’re rude.the location on fulton street is much better.

Good fast car wash that does inside and outside the vehicle. Their cleaning is a good combination of thorough and fast. They get *almost* everything without taking *too* long.

First time using this carwash, so I didn't realize they weren't a full service car wash which had been part of my goal.

I will have to do the interior at another time. Staff was friendly and I got a pretty good exterior wash. The process is automated expect for the initial spay and a very very quick post wash towel off.

I would recommend them for a quick exterior wash. But typically I'm more of a full-service car wash guy.

Note: They will give you the hard sell for a monthly plan. So, I recommend knowing the service (using it two or three times) before you sign on for a plan.

Had a car wash last week. My hub cap was damaged. Showed it to one of the employees. He tried to get the Manager who was not able to speak to me or see the damage. The employee took a picture and my contact info and said that the Manager would call me. I also left a message on their customer service line and emailed them. Nobody called me back and it’s been a week.
I went to the car wash place again today and finally got to see the Manager. He said he will call me back today in a few hours, but I did not receive a call for him. I am trying my best to do the right thing, but I am disappointed in this Company’s lack of responsibility to their customers.

I real like this car wash, it cleans the car really well, the tires come out clean and shining, and you do your own vacuuming, where regular car washes do a half as job when vacuuming.

Excellent! Went today because my car desperately needed to be cleaned. Signed up for the monthly plan. Prices are very reasonable, and they did a great job on my car! I think I found my new spot.

You have the option of unlimited monthly washes or purchasing a single wash. There are three different levels and prices from $10 to $30. The vacuums are really convenient.

I can’t believe I made it as old as I am and have never ridden in the car while it went through the car wash… the lights and foam were fun to watch.
