I like this place, wish they give law enforcement and military discount, I come from Vernon NJ to wash my car here, and prices are decent
Employees are friendly, the have a vacuum section that you can do it yourself.
I will give 5 but I have some difficulties trying them to delete my previous car, other than that they do an outstanding job.

I have only used the regular car wash, but my son had a full detail done on his car. I was really impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. Inside and out, the car looked new when finished.

Was charged an arm and a leg for an oil change and these dopes didn’t even deactivate the maintenance light on the dash. I’m still getting a notification that I need maintenance even after paying Warwick car wash an outrageous price for maintenance.

Third time now I’m paying $30 for a car wash they don’t dry it they rush you in and out and your car is not even clean. It’s worth it to drive 20 minutes away to go to an alternative place.

2022 Bmw sedan 3 series the rims were untouched and had to clean them when I got hot home $14.00 for a basic wash should include the rims

Went here today to get my car washed, staff was not nice at all. Also, says free vacuuming with every car wash. That is a lie. They told me you need to pay extra for it

DO NOT GO HERE! They are such thieves they charge me $100.50 For Oil Change on my Subaru. I couldn’t believe it I have never in my life paid $100 for an oil change for an average car, I have no idea what they’re charging me for but that was robbery don’t ever go here for an oil change they are thieves. Every service they have is over priced it’s not worth it.there are other places that charge much Less and do just as good of a job even better.

Cancelled my wash club membership after over a year…thought I’d keep it forever, but I initially misjudged this business.
Could have better hours. Never go there for auto work, they’ll rip you off (I never have, due to community horror stories, the gear oil scam, etc.)

Nice workers and service, but $100+ for an oil change? Prepare to see a lot less bills in your wallet.

Been coming there for years but after today will never return. Unprofessional and price gouging. Car wash leaves scratches and don’t even try to get your car inspected always find a reason to make money off you.

Warning this I not a high quality detail job. A FREAKING CORVETTE THEY RAN THROUGH THE AUTOMATED CAR WASH! I recently dropped off my 2015 corvette stingray for a spring detailing job. They were located close to my house so I decided to give them a shot and I'm sorry I did. For $ 230 they will run your car through the automatic car wash. They didn't know the car has a valet mode and was recording everything they were doing with it. As soon as I arrived and look at the car I noticed the calipers were filthy and after further inspection was really not happy with the way the inside looked. I approached the manager about why my car was ran through the wash and not hand washed and he gave me some excuse like the hand wash was extra. Asked him why my calipers were disgusting and he replied "we don't touch the calipers " asked for a discount and he flat out refused. Car is going to the dealer to get checked out for this season and if there is any damage to under the car from clearance issues because they thought running a CORVETTE through an automated car wash was a good idea they are being notified. See attached pics of the wonderful detail from Warwick car wash. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the camera caught them actually using real wax instead of spray on.

Their Bumper to Bumper detailing service transformed my long-neglected car to looking brand new, both inside and out. In addition to detailing the interior, they polished out all exterior dings and scratches. Incredible job! I highly recommend Warwick Car Wash!

Since moving to area have been coming here for oil changes and car washes. Manager Evans delivers old school (where they actually care) 5 star customer service if there is ever a question or issue. Will be a lifelong customer.

They do their best to remove all hassle from car wash, oil change, NYS inspection, other auto services, gas, etc. Friendly staff. Reasonable. Takes care of multiple needs in 1 stop. No appointments for inspection.in and out. Love this place.

They took away all self service cleaning and your not allowed to use their vacuum unless you get a car wash first. Poor excuse for a business! I guess air isn't free!

Great place. Workers there are the best. Highly recommend the Wildcat wash. Car was immaculate, excellent job!

Terrible car wash, still dirty after they spent 20 min cleaning inside,
Took 1 min to dry the outside. Now 5 min down the road it has watermarks.
They must dilute the armor all because it looks like they didn't do it

I went there to get my vehicle inspected a few weeks ago. The mechanic then came over to me and said it wasn't gonna pass. I said why? He said it has an emissions leak I was like where he pointed to a spot on my exhaust. I said how can you tell it's not even on the machine he then began to solicite me to let him fix it for an undisclosed amount. I said no ty I'm fine I went to another place in warwick and the vehicle passed no problem. Either they were lazy and didn't want to do the inspection or they had something against me guess we will never know!

I can’t tell you how many times I have paid for a “super” wash, including wheels, and not had my wheels done. Please fix that.

Aren’t the guys supposed to know who gets what; whether or not to do the wheel/rim pre-wash?

Worst carwash around, Smells like wet mop, brushes are filthy. Service person walks up to my window with no mask on to tell me my car inspection is Expiring, Why? Had to drive to Middletown Wash Co.carwash to get the smell out my car, and rewash!

The mechanic Chris worked with me greatly with my bill when it came to taking care of a problem I wasnt prepared to take care of. It shows the kind of people that work here care about my well being because he did not have to work with me and had every right to say no and reschedule for when I have the full amount originally quoted. But waiting would have caused more damage. Customer service with all of the employees has been great for me and I will absolutely go there again.

I am giving 2 stars for blasting price of 39 dollars for inside outside cleaning! Other than that, staff is really nice and cleaning service is not bad. Machines inside the car wash too strong for the car, they can easily damage parts of your car.

Chris and Stan did a great job checking and fixing my car. They are honest and do not overcharge - I know because I had been quoted double the price at a different place before I decided to give them a try. I recommend them for car repairs.

I had such an amazing experience at Warwick Car Wash thanks to Chris! I’ve never come across a mechanic with such excellent customer service skills. I needed brakes, an oil change, inspection, and tints removed. Chris ended up getting the brake parts for my BMW at a cheaper price than initially anticipated. He then coordinated with the car wash/detailing dept so I could get my tints removed and car inspected all in one day. He updated me throughout the whole process and truly went above and beyond! Thank you, Chris!

I've been there I got my car washed. They dont use amoral when you payed for it. I asked.to.see.the manager. When he came out I pulled.amorl out of my truck and showed the difference. I was told I would have to pay 190 dollars for detailing when I had just payed.for there best car wash which says they use amoral!

Yesterday on Jan 8,2020 I went to get my oil changed. First of all I don’t recall I ever spend $300 on an oil tune up and brake fluid. I spend $177. Today I drive my car and my jeep breaks don’t work like the did before. I had a hard time stopping. The owner told me my light might be good but might be a fuse and yet I was charged for a light. Then he told me to go too the mechanic so he can fix my light. I told the manager no last time I went to that guy he was gone charge me $100 and hour to look at my fathers jeep. My sister truck wasn’t open my dad went to the mechanic and he told my dad he would charge $150.00 just to look at it. I didn’t know he said $150.00 I thought he told my dad $100 cause I told the owner $100 just to look and see what is wrong with my sisters jeep truck. My dad went to another garage and he didn’t charge my dad nothing he told my dad what was wrong and said it will cost $60.00 to fix it. When I told one of the owners he was like yeah that didn’t happen. Yes it did. I have no reason to lye.

Even the car wash is not good at all. I forgot my wallet and looked all over my car and found it under the seat which was suppose to be cleaned. My uncle went to another car wash and he never knew he had his sunglasses and they found it and left it on the seat that is a true professional good car wash. If I was you call around if you want to get an oil change or any other work done because it doesn’t cost $177 it’s actually between $45 to $80 to get an oil change. I been coming since day one since they open and I will never go again. If I ever go it will clean my car by myself & vacuum the car by myself. This is truly unexpected and not professional.
