Sherry was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was quick when they got me in. Wait time was over an hour as a walk-in, but they got me in as quickly as they could in between several scheduled appointments. After the service repair, Sherry explained all that was done for the tire issue and then helped me with information on recommended future tire purchases.

This place ripped me off and they also make a ton of noise early in the morning every single day

Long overdue rating - while on vacation this summer these guys and gals were able to get us in (short notice) and fix a tire (quickly). Totally appreciate their help and kindness to a traveling family!

I brought my car in to be looked at due to a grinding sound. I was charged the typical $40 or whatever for the diagnosis where the mechanic proceeded to tell me the wheel baring i had JUST had fixed a week prior was bad and was advised to “take it back and have them fix it under warranty”. So i took it back to who had just done the baring- he was nice enough to rip it apart again for me to tell me no, his baring was fine. I then needed to take it back to Warren tire to spend ANOTHER $40 for a different mechanic to finally CORRECTLY diagnose the OPPOSITE wheel baring of the first diagnosis done by Warren tire. $80 dollars gone just because mechanics there dont know their right from their left

Well I couldn’t say enough good things about this company I have a f350 dully with a 6 inch lift and 35” tires called all around no one could do my tire and wheel alignment because of how big my truck is I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady they got me in the next week and as soon as the job was done a nice gentleman called and went over everything that was done to my truck. And the price was lower than talked about very pleased with the professional performance and great customer service.

Cause there pleasant to do business with. They have very very fair prices if not cheap. And they know there business!

I have been using Warren Tire for several years now for tire change/storage and felt the need to post this review after my most recent experience with this business. I was getting my winter tires put onto my vehicle and having them store my summer tires, as usual they had my vehicle in and out in about an hour and I appreciate them always calling/texting when my car is ready if I decide not to wait in their waiting room. After my car was done, the manager Mike pulled me aside to inform me that during the changeover, one of my wheel coverings was cracked by mistake, if he hadn’t pointed it out, the crack was so small that I never would have noticed. He was extremely apologetic and ordered me a new set of wheel covers immediately and texted me as soon as they came in. The integrity and honesty that I was shown during this experience is the reason I will continue to be a patron for any of my tire needs.

The service is always excellent and the people there are friendly. Even on a busy day they go the extra mile.

Very nice experience. Although it took me 1 week to get a Saturday appointment but was worth it. I just went in for a tire rotation and balancing. Staff person said there is no need for balancing unless you experience some vibration for which i said no. Then there is no need for balancing. Later they called me that my rear tires are worn out from inside and need replacement for all 4. I was like i came here expecting to apend 40$ on rotation instead i am advised to spend 450$ on tires and alignment. I thought may they are trying to sell me something but i being the person who doesnt know much about tires went ahead and agrred to replace all 4 tires. Still had this feeling that i am replacing for no reason. But i had lot of road noise since last few months for which i got it looked at my dealership and they said that everything is fine with the car. I just thought that it was the way and that sound was normal. I picked up my car from warren after the replacement and was just praying that whatever sound that i was hearing should be gone and it did. It was actually the tires which was causing a lot of road noise. Its like my car sounds almost new from the delearship silent. Lol i used to crank up the radio to ignore the road noise before. I am so happy i went to warren i stead of any where else. They do tires and so just trust them if they say it.

After having a terrible customer service experience with a new to Plattsburgh commercial tire store I took my vehicle to Warren Tire Service Center. Although they could not align one of the rear tires they showed me my vehicle on the lift, pointed out the problem and offered 2 possible resolutions. I was also only charged for a partial alignment. This is an example of excellent customer service! I'm a customer for life now.

Snapped stud off while putting new tires I purchased from them back on and charged me for the new stud and labor claiming it was nothing they did wrong. Total B. S.

I called them asking if they would just put air in my tires, and they helped me out the second I got there. Very sweet people.

Be careful they scratched 2 of my rims on my 2018 challenger not very happy. Wont be going back

Four new tires were purchased at Warren Tire for my 2013 Subaru Legacy in late December 2018. This week one of the tires blew out, so I called to bring the car in. I was told that a new tire was needed, however they didn't have the same tires I had purchased for $140 each in 2018. The new tire would cost $150. I left the car there and received a call several hours later that all the tires were leaking. Since I couldn't afford four new tires at this time, they said they could clean the valves which had been corroded for $30 per tire. They said this should make the tires last through the summer as they said the tires were weathered. Mycomplaint is.the bill was $293 and I spent almost $700 a year ago for four new tires. What kind of low quality tires did they sell me a year ago if they need replacing? I have driven less than 15,000 miles since then! Not happy! I feel like I was totally overcharged and after speaking with the car dealership they said the tires are obviously bad and should be covered under warranty!

The people at Warren Tire Service Center are amazing! I have gone to them three or four times since moving to Plattsburgh last fall, and they have always exhibited excellent customer service. I do not know a lot about cars, and they have never taken advantage of that. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; I am very happy to have found them.

Called on more than one occasion and they never have any popular tires in stock! Why pay double the price and wait for the tires to come in when I can order from discounttiredirect or go to Sams Club and get a better price.

I've been a customer of Warren tire a few different times thru the years and i'm an experienced journeyman when it comes to fixing my car and knowing whether i've been screwed or not.most work i can perform myself and You Tube has turned every couch surfer into a potential weekend mechanic.but some work just isn't worth the time it would take with a jack and cold garage floor. BUT with due diligence you should have a good idea how long something will take to fix and what it entails. Warren Tire is the ONLY place in town I TRUST isn't trying to pad a bill and rake me over the coals. I wish they were full service.but they do alot more then just tires and i dont think many people know this.my last time in they caught some loose bolts on my control arm assembly, which had nothing to do with why the car was there but they were ACTUALLY LOOKING and i gladly paid the few peanuts they charge me to tighten the bolts up to spec (the tech actually looked up the proper torque where most just tighten it to whatever). They also waived a tire mount and balance since they only had the car on the lift for 10 min but had a minimum charge for the lift.they cant compete with online prices for tires and i have to agree with reviews about the prices id love to go to them for tires but i just cant afford it.also, unlike any other place in town if you do buy snow tires from them they will store your summers tires onsight.for me, this is great i live in an apartment and have nowhere to put them!

Wow! Excellent customer service. We needed new tires, but could not afford them. Then I was leaving for work the other morning and discovered a flat tire. Every shop in town was booked, and Warren Tire said they could fit me in somewhere. They ultimately found the flat tire was irreparable, and we had to replace all of our tires. I was so nervous because we could not afford new tires.then they quoted me an amazing deal for all season tires that we could afford!

Best part - they completed all of this in less than 3 hours! Again, wow! I was planning to wait for longer, but they went above and beyond. They were so generous, understanding, and reasonable. After learning they are a full service center, they now have loyal business from us. Huge thanks to Warren Tire - we are looking forward to brining our car back for routine service!
