Well stocked Walmart. Convenient location. Easier to make quick trips here than the bigger one in Massena.

The man Chris that brings my groceries out is absolutely wonderful I've been doing Walmart grocery pickup for years and he is so wonderful he recognizes me as soon as I get there

The associate in the garden center. Logan was very helpful.it's nice to have good customer service.

Inexpensive, but, most stuff is from China. My opinion of Walmart decreases with every visit.

Walmart in Postdam is ok. The workers are either MIA or have an attitude if they have to help. I do have to say some of the employees actually seem to like to help, but for the most part, they would rather stand in the isles with colleagues acting like they are doing something. I guess it depends on the day.

When going to get a new phone the gentlemen walk up and asked what do you need (not can I help you) when I asked a question about the phones he didn't seem interested in helping me I asked if he could help me set it up and I was told they don't do that

Walmart is a very oganised business like ShopRite in Nigeria, but here in Walmart, things are cheaper and even better.

The air dryer that dries the vehicles doesn't really get the vehicle that well and the sprayer doesn't get the back of an SUV that great for the back window but other than that it's my choice of car wash cuz it's convenient

Some of the workers have no respect for people’s personal space this 60-65 year old red haired short lady comes up to harass me while I’m checking out with my 11 month old daughter minding my own business, I moved my cart and daughter away twice and you keep coming closer to my daughters face no mask no nothing I moved my cart twice the 2nd time I stood between you and my daughter and you still put you’re head around me to get closer to my daughter what a FAH REAK for real you should be ashamed of yourself when I ask you nicely to please step away

Its okay the prices have gone way up every thing in the store has been moved or removed and 90% of the check out is self checkout wish they carried a larger variety of products

Always what I need when I need it. I do have a complaint though. I buy all my beverages here. I went to return them for the deposit and the machine only accepted one brand of beer. Check out my pic and add the brands you sell please. Inconvenient.

This is a awesome place to shop. Prices are a little high on some things but at the same time they do have rollback items and clearance items too. The store is cold, I keep my winter coat on when I feel you should come in and take your coat off to shop. The store always looks very clean and organized and always has what it says it does, if you check for a item online first, they have it. The employees are very nice, hard working people, I go here a lot and I feel they all for the most part put in 110%. Any side of the store looks amazing and clean and stocked, regardless of any time of the year you come in. Great job to the employees. In general Walmart should have a tiny bit lower prices, I feel. But yeah a great place to shop

I give 5 star to the employees for trying their best. I had transaction issue while shopping at this location, for some reason my card wouldn't work i was asked to call the bank and after that i was asked to create a Walmart online account and link it to my bank account which i did and even after that nothing worked.
The Beautiful old lady at the customer service and her assistent Logan patiently tried not once, not twice but four times nothing worked. However, thanks to Logan Burns who suggested to cashapp him the costs of my grocery and subsequently pay to Walmart.

As a truck driver thousands of miles away from home this situation was very frustrating
SO MY QUESTION TO WALMART IS:
1) Why major telephone carrier like Tmobile which i have and others don't work inside this and many other Walmart throughout the country which forces customers to share their information, data with you by using your wifi, so what exactly are you collecting from customers?
2) Why in plain year of 2022 you still don't have diversified payments options like cardless or tap technology in your store, why?

Potsdam is generally more clean than the others around. Usually pretty well stocked as well.

Walmart should have ppl working out front or customers if they're going to harass people how do they know that person ain't disabled or something and they snap Massena's Walmart and Potsdam's Walmart have employees there that are really disrespectful to the customers they work the door and the cashier Park

Trying to get something in the makeup section. Asked four different people because it was locked up. Stood there for 5 minutes each time asking the four different people. Never did get what I wanted and left with nothing

I love that store Is always so neat and tidy. It was very busy with all the college kids but one of my better shopping trips to Walmart. Got to check out fast and no long lines
