Walmart Supercenter

This is the stereotypical Wal-Mart of the area. This is the Wal-Mart that out-of-town shoplifters make special trips to to steal from. There are bizarre Wal-Martian customers wandering everywhere causing trouble. There have been multiple shootings in the parking lot. Avoid this Wal-Mart at all costs and head to the one on Quaker Road. I'm pretty sure the normal Wal-Mart clientele is either unaware of that one or it's too far away for them to get to. Trust me, you will thank yourself for the extra few minutes of driving

Could use a lil more care cleaning rest rooms, and employees should notify right ppl to get it cleaned.watched 2 employees see it and walk away

Trucks should enter on the W Side and stay left of the store. Ignore the NO TRUCK SIGN. STAY LEFT. (Per Walmart written route)

This Walmart pick up is incredibly busy. I don't like going in to shop here because the store layout is confusing, I don't know where anything is. I will make sure I only order from the Quaker road store from now on to avoid the wait.

I only use the grocery pick up department and those employees are always courteous, helpful, & kind. They always have a smile on their face even if it’s in the middle of winter! I’ve been using this service about 6 years, and I’m very happy with it.

Huge shopping market. A huge selection and everything is there, from food to small furniture, household goods, textiles, decorative items, drugstore items, non-prescription pharmaceutical items.
Many self-scanner checkouts. So there aren't too long waiting times at the checkout. Super, super good. Was our favorite shopping market in the USA.

Always seem to not have things stocked and taking the belts out at self checkout makes it very difficult to check out fast takes me almost 10 minutes longer than before.

It's Walmart what else is there to say. Selection is up to date. Super clean and the staff was knowledgeable and polite.

I’m clearly over 30, me and my friends bought alcohol and some other stuff but Indian Cashier (who was very racist) working at cashier Nr4 refused to sell us beer without everyone’s ID. Ridiculous.

Humongous and has everything- if you can find it. Impossible to locate particular items e.g. Pitcher water filters. I finally asked a worker and she told me "probably in hardware". She was right, but it was in the totally opposite section I was in. I would never have found it on my own. Store was crowded but everything was fast and I didn't feel like I wasted time.

The store is nice, the shopping is nice, and then it's time to check out? The wait the lines it's really frustrating and almost makes me not want to shop there.

They only have 2 registers open, and 3 times the foot traffic as the one where I live. And that store has 6 to 8 registers open. We waited 40 to check out. Then the cashier refused to give us our change, claiming coin shortage. They didn't even have change at the registers. Which is a lie. Every other store had change. The one small ice cream shop, had loads of coins. The cashier kept repeating that, and reused to call a manager.

They dont respect there return policy the "managers" are extremely rude and no one knows how to do things and have to call other employees over to help by the time its figured out the whole store staff is there and then they say they cant help you

It's Walmart. Keep your expectations where they belong. This one has a pretty good grocery section. Timing is important. Sometimes the shelves get depleted. Midweek and evenings are usually the best time to shop.

Walmart does have whatever you need, however if you're disabled you might want to bring someone with you to do the self checkout. Usually only has 2 lanes open with a cashier.

This place was bad, there wasn't that much product in the produce section and the ones that were there, did not seem to apealing.

Went to 3 different locations in one day and every location had bare shelves. I don't know if it's a supply chain issue a manpower issue or an ordering issue. But wal mart has serious issues here in Upstate NY

Quaker Ridge walmart, if you're like me and work during the day and shop at night, quickly runs out of everything! They don't restock until they are almost closed. Limited selection at best. Couldn't even get unsalted butter or A1 sauce. One gentleman was very nice and told us to just ask if they were out of something but it's Walmart, it should be on the shelf already. Paying customers that take time to go out, spend money to shop, should never have to ask for individual items. Take the time to hit the route 9 walmart. You'll thank me later.

I got airpods today and they were a little janky (they kept switching from transparency mode to noise cancellation) so I went to Walmart and went to the front desk for an exchange and they gave me a new pair of airpods, I tested them out in front of the employee and they we’re also broken so he gave me a new pair. I then tested that pair and they were also broken so they gave me another pair. I tested them and they were broken so they gave me 1 last pair. That pair was broken so they told me it was my phone that was broken (I got a new phone 5 days ago. An iPhone 12 Pro Max) I told them that it wasn’t my phone and that it was their airpods and they told me to go home with them tonight and then come back tomorrow.
Ive been doing a bunch of test and ive discovered that the airpods they sold me aren’t even close to being real.
They’re too heavy, the plastic feels soft, when first connected they came named “headphones” (they’re not even headphones they’re earphones), once connected they won’t stay connected, the charger was stiff, the ear tips were much harder than the original (the original is soft in the ears. Compared to Walmart’s hard plastic), the tips were much harder to get on and remove compared to the real ones.
I was there for roughly an hour, they gave me 5 “airpods” (or should I say headphones) and then blamed it on my brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max (which connects to the ones I got a Best Buy almost 2 years ago PERFECTLY fine)

I happen to see a wonderful sale on mulch. I needed help loading. I went inside the outside nursery area. The older gentleman working explained where to go buy the mulch. Very helpful. I purchased mulch and asked for help to load 20 bags of mulch. Cliff and other gentleman in nursery area were wonderful. They page Scott he came right over went out of his way loading mulch very neatly and carefully in my SUV. THANK YOU SCOTT I hope your manager see this review. Frequent complete bare shelves of a variety of food items. Last week they were out of all CapriSun, Arizona iced tea, AND Gatorade. When you do find what you need your stuck waiting in long lines no matter the time of day as a max of two registers are open.

Okay to shop at wish they had better produce fruit and vegetables don't last long most times are bad the day you buy them

The lady at the Optical vision center was Very Helpful, and nice.can't really credit her because her name tag was Flipped.

It's huge, of course. I was very impressed with how the employees all seemed to know where my small item, clothes pins, was located. But giving me the aisle and section wasn't enough for me to find the aisle or the item. Perhaps they need a map? Or maybe and please need a way of directing customers around the store. It's just so huge! But the friendliness and willingness of the employees to point out what may seem obvious to them is commendable. The store simply has everything. It's really huge. And yet, even with the number of customers, my friend and I were able to check out very quickly using the self-service registers. In the end though, I do worry about the loss of small businesses that such a huge shopping extravaganza represents.

Just a Walmart. Takes forever to check out, more self-checkouts and I will forever refuse to use them. Very little interaction with any employee, but cheaper prices. It is what it is.

The aisles are narrow except the two main aisle in the rear and near the register's. If you hadicap with the electric shopping cart you can't get to all the aisle without backing up all the way back to the main aisles. This does not give you a chance to do a compete shopping. Also the clerks refilling the shelves are always in the way.

Very few check out lanes open. So they make a ton of self checkout lanes, but only open 1/4 of them. Lines with waits of 20 min or more. Rotten smell in produce area. Aisles filled with cartons and containers. 3ft wide carts and 2 ft isles feels like walking through a maze.

No people in Sporting Goods try to purchase a firearm too much difficulty with it not enough cashiers it's a joke piss poor service

This walmart is an absolute disaster. On an average trip here you can often find they've run out of paper bags, minimal staffing, only two registers open on a busy Sunday while lines go into the clothing section, tons of out of stock products, expired product and rude staff. Walmarts already a miserable shopping experience but the Queensbury NY store makes sure it's the worst one you can have.

Not quite the amount of items as the Rt. 9 store, but it is clean, well stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful. Their produce is fresh and the store's bakery is fantastic. It may be smaller, but the shopping experience is much more pleasant. We go out of our way to shop this location now.

Great place to shop easy walk thru aisles.customer service is suberb under chaotic long lines with one person behind desk. (most time) every register should be available so there wont be any long wait.everyone has masks on.clean and safe.but a bit crowded.cause of less register available. Prices vary but affordable most time.depending on purchases.

They do not enforce safety for their customers. I won’t go inside or order anything when COVID-19 is all over my Walmart. I feel safe about how the medications at the pharmacy are handled with gloves and masks. I love the pharmacy staff. They are all very nice. They go above and beyond for me and they are truly appreciated.
