Today at 10: 24 pm I went in to buy two wines, I showed my ID and because my partner did not have his ID, they did not want to sell us the wine, we proceeded to call the manager and the manager received our ID since it says that we were together. It really doesn't make any sense

This walmart is amazing. It has an amazing cafe, and the hot food counter was incredible with low prices. This truly is a super-centre - it has everything anyone could ever need. It's impressive.

PS. I am pretty sure I saw a group of 6 men surrounded by several others steal around $3k worth of goods (if I had to estimate). Those poor staff members.

People are incredibly rude at this wal mart. It's like you're bothering them and they just try to rush you or they say, I don't know! I've worked with the public and you can have your days but there is no need to be rude.

Zero stars. Spent $81, long time loyal Wal-Mart customer. Wal-Mart has a reputation for allowing RVrs to park overnight. No longer. We drove around the parking lot to ensure there were no No Overnight Parking signs. After shopping and getting settled in, the security guard informed us around 6pm that we had to leave; he wanted to be helpful and not have us have to drive away at 11pm and start looking for another place to spend the night. I am thankful he was so nice, but will not spend another dollar in a Wal-Mart ever again.

Brenda, the shift lead at this location is one of the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve ever interacted with. Elizabeth the cashier was lovely. On 8/7/23, Elizabeth and another employee were unaware of what the policy for no receipt returns is, (which is totally fine), so she called Brenda over for clarification. Brenda immediately approaches me aggressively and says, “She already told you no so I don’t even know why you called me up here”, and to which I replied, “I didn’t call you up here, she did, she didn’t know the policy. ” Brenda immediately raises her voice, and tells me due to the “health law” she cannot return the unopened diapers. At this point, it’s no longer about the diapers, I knew I was taking a chance at exchanging them for my newborn daughter who no longer fits this size. It’s now about the disrespect I’ve received. I asked Brenda to explain what “health law” she is referring to, as I’ve worked in both retail and healthcare and that’s a pretty vague statement for her to make. She said, “I don’t need to explain no health law to you, and you better watch your step! ” Brenda told me multiple times to “watch my step” as I calmly asked her for clarification. I asked for another manager (again, not about the diapers, now about Brenda), and she told me “I’m not calling her up here. She’s too busy and I already told you no. ” I explained to her that it’s no longer about the diapers and I’ll wait for someone else. I spoke to another manager who was receptive to my concerns and offered an apology. This was absolutely disgusting treatment I received when I was nothing but calm and kind. I know it’s hard to work in retail and deal with people all day, but I did not deserve that whatsoever. I walked away absolutely disgusted. I’d like to reiterate also this isn’t about the $15 pack of diapers, I have no problem donating them. But this was uncalled for.

Walmart always the cash registers are very full because there are many that are closed, while people are making long lines, to pay for two or three products.for that reason I avoid as much as possible from not going to Walmart and I even prefer to pay a little more elsewhere in order not to delay.

Apparently Walmart refuses to price match their own website. This was on Black Friday. So I get only price matching their own website and not other competitors but customer service said we don’t do that you can return it and place the order online and pickup tomorrow…

This Walmart is not the best by any means. It's a large Walmart. The parking lot is the worst. It's design is like a casino. They make it almost impossible to find the exit. It's general layout is terrible. This is only amplified if the store is busy. So parking is very bad. The lot tends to be dirty.
The store itself is OK. They tend to have merchandise for the most part. But the customers themselves are this stores biggest problem. A lot of their customers only care about themselves. They unfold clothing and/or.try on and just toss it back on shelves or racks without an attempt to refold them. They do not put items back they changed their mind about and just leave them anywhere. They move items and just leave them where ever. Not to mention how they cut in front and or do not wait their turn. And it should go without saying, A lot of the customers are down right arrogant and rude people. I just want to point out this is not everyone. Some people are wonderful folks subjected to other folks shenanigans. So it's not all the customers, just a large portion of them.
Walmart itself doesn't ever have cashiers to speak of in their way of forcing you to use the self serve check outs, or wait forever in the maybe one line for the cashier that is to handle everyone.
The store isn't the cleanest, but not filthy either. To simply put it, I try to go elsewhere as much as possible. Between Walmart policies, the parking and the customers of this particular store, I hate going here. But unfortunately I do shop here now and then. I do not recommend this Walmart, but still you could do worse. Try to go on off hours, it's a little better.but you're guaranteed to have at best one cashier.

This Walmart is pretty good. Employees pretty helpful and the shelf are pretty stocked compare to other Walmarts.

The shelf's are always empty as they do not actually restock the shelves they just pull things forward closer to the edge. The staff are rude, they never seem to know where things are and sometimes they pretend to not speak English. You're better off going to either the Walmart in Monroe or Newburgh.

Very first time that we are 4 adults buying a pack of beers and they ask for all 4 adults id one of us have a picture ID on the phone the cashier refused to accepted when even the police accepted picture, here not even the manager took a time to see the pic, they should review the policy and get more modern” so please do not even bother to go in a group to get alcohol. When vaccine phone pic has been accept as a prove very low business acceptance in this Walmart location.

This Walmart in Newburgh NY is the worst, it's always a mess, tons of empty shelves and never stocked. Half of the employees are usually always rude, on there phones and can barely ever help when needed.

The worst Walmart store I have ever been. I just wanna get a baby formula from cabinet which is locked. I asked two person if they can help me open it. They just make couple calls and have me wait there. I waited 35min and nobody came. Finally I catch a order select girl who actually help me get a lady open it. However, the lady came with her unhappy face and not even apologized anything. Everyone’s time is valuable, I’m a FedEx driver try to go through the peak season. I really don’t have time to waste 35-40min to get a simple formula. And not even get any apologies. Really feel got treated disrespect

The store had the mirror that I wanted to purchase, but it was a chore trying to find someone to help me obtain it. The first person I tried asking for help to call someone in that department was at the electronics desk. She told me she could not help me. I then proceeded to ask an older employee who was passing by for help. He in perfectly good English told me that he did not speak English. I laughed and told him next time he should just be honest and say that he does not want to help. I then walked all the way to the front of the store and found a young man stocking candy at a register. I explained that I understood that the mirror was not in his department, but I would greatly appreciate his help. He did help me get the mirror, pay for it and load it in my truck. It is only because of this gentleman that I gave 2 stars. If it wasn't for him I would have rated 1 star.

I highly enjoyed/appreciated my 1st time experience! Although I was little skeptical with the negative comments on maps.yet this CDL driver was pretty satisfied with my order today, Thank you! Well sure return for more! Sunday 7-8am pick up. *Any items that weren't available; you will get your refund after a couple of days. As soon as it clears/completes out from your app* All it takes is patience. I received 97-98% of my purchase

Very unhappy! Had me sitting in the parking lot for over an hour for a pickup order I still haven't received. I even spoke to an employee to make sure they had my order and knew I was there and still got nothing.

The Walmart is a typical Walmart. Nothing special or bad on the stores end.

However, the customers that were shopping here on this day were your stereo-typical customers. I commend the employees here for there professionalism.

Extremely annoying undercover workers that follow you around. They act like they are shopping too. Very annoying. I know people steal and thats why this goes on. But good people that don’t steal find it rather annoying.
Constantly following and looking and acting like a real shopper. They are so advanced that they even have a special work credit card to purchase items, then return/refund shortly after. I know it may be necessary, but they usually profile people, sometimes the wrong person.
