Absolutely disgusting! It was horrible! There was stuff all over the floors, displays were torn apart, and one cashier and one self check open. Never going there again!

Need more cashiers! This just makes no sense! Also I think that Wal-Mart should Invest In cabs! Instead of most of the crooks that are already there waiting to devour whatever little change we have lefted! Just a few thoughts

Extremely rude staff. Everything I was looking for was out of stock when it said it was available on the website. And the company in general hates free speech and Americans

There are very few lines open and supplies are very few, with prices going up, it is not only hard tp get things, at times you have to wait at least 1/2 hr. To cash out.

Still under staffed. 20-45 minutes get to the checkout prevents stopping for something on the way to work. Late day shopping here the store could to be out of anything at random.

Large store with the selection you need from a super Walmart. This location is understaffed resulting in long waits with no self checkout option. Clean store with friendly staff.

First its Walmart still got everything you looking for its just the line for service are always long. So there is no in and out and they do not have self pay like some of the other Wally Worlds.

This store is AWFUL! I have spent MORE time in line to check out than I have shopping! BRING BACK SELF CHECKOUTS! I can move 100x faster than any employee here!

This walmart on hudson avenue is the most horrible walmart I have ever seen in a long time.
They have to be No 1#. When it comes to supermarkets running their cashier lines.
And also, why can't they have self check out machines like the rest of the other walmarts in the regions?

I absolutely hate the Walmart on Hudson Avenue in Rochester it’s disgusting it’s more than a horrible experience every time I’ve went from 2020 to 2021 currently more registers are closed verses open the lines are superlong the staff is not very helpful when I’m looking for something and when I call customer service and they connect me to any department it’s very often that I am put on hold for no one to return. I found molded strawberries and bell peppers numerous of times I can never catch it clean it’s just overall a horrible experience every time I do not care to shop here anymore

Took forever to get assistance and lately its turned so ghetto.not happy camper i was better going out to Henrietta walmart

I honestly don't like this store due to not having enough register's open especially during rush hour there lines go almost to the back of the store. The other issue I have had alot recently is the pharmacy check out they have been trying to refuse to cash out everything I have gotten along with my grandfather's insulin needles and I shouldn't have to deal with that I could understand if I had stuff that wasn't in the pharmacy area.

The selection is good of course because it's a multinational corporation, so no points or stars for that. This is the location everybody says they'd rather not visit. It's what they call the "ghetto" Walmart. Plus there's frequently only a couple of registers open and no self checkout available. So better Walmart!

Hudson Ave Walmart is always consistent, consistently a horrible experience. The store has nearly 30 register lanes and it always seems that they only ever have 4 Lanes open. Oh and did I mention that those 4 Lanes are likely to get award winningly slow. Decent selection though.

Lines to long customer were buying everything no mass on there faces and a lot of ghetto behavior going on in the store and not with the customers but the staff employees on there phone never want to help you and there favored that's no my department in assisting you Drive a further if you can. I support the city however sometimes it's way to MUCH.

Please put the benches back in the pharmacy, back of store bathroom area, inside around vending machine area and outside of store for those who are disabled to rest between walking around the store. I believe they were taken out when Covid started. I shopped this particular Walmart for many years and will not go in the evenings. I shop when the store first opens (6-7am). I avoid the store a few days after the first of the month because the shelves are bare and you only get the leftovers. I wait until they stock up on the grocery items.

Who runs out of cat litter? Walmart! Place was busy. Half the things ya wanted were there n the other half weren't.
Lines are crazy long though. Spent MORE time in checkout than during shopping!

Terrible.what may be the WORST Walmart in the entire country! (Hudson Avenue, Rochester location) They NEVER have the checkouts staffed appropriately. It takes forever to get out of the place whether you have a cart full or two items. Highly recommend NOT going.

I was in the speedy checkout for over 40 minutes other customers letting their friends and family get in front of them cause people already in line to have to wait even longer, and the grocery shelves were well shopped 8/13/2021

There are over a dozen employees literally just walking Around when there are only 3 lines open and at least Seven people waiting at each line. Why are the registers and self checkout closed so early. This is ridiculous. I only have one item to buy and I’m at express behind a lady with a full cart.

My cashier lady was amazing. Wish I got her name. Spanish speaking lady w/Glasses. Thank you so much. We need more workers like you. Over all the store itself was nice to shop in.

The Walmart Supercenters are the best they're clean spacious the only problem I have is just getting adjusted to the store and not knowing where everything is but you was on figure it out they have restaurants on the inside of them handicap parking spacious and clean bathrooms and plenty of groceries.

HORRIBLE! A crazy Walmart Associate was parked in a handicapped spot with no tag or placard. I learned that this Walmart encourages people to break the law! Even the Walmart Security believes that laws don't apply to Walmart! So if anyone ever gets caught shoplifting, make sure to point out that you are on private property so they don't follow any laws and have to let you go WITH what ever you wanted to take! So enjoy everyone! No one is allowed to pick and choose which laws to follow!

Lines were horribly long we left without purchase. However the store was clean organized whoever runs the front end needs more training no express lane only three registers open and 100 customer trying to cash out. HORRIBLE

I was in here on a Tuesday evening. First, it took forever to get ahold of someone with a key to buy something out of a locked case. Secondly, I went up tobthe registers 35 minutes before closing. They had two cashiers open. I walked out a fee mi uses Aftwr 11 and there were people behind me in line. What gets me most is that there Were other employees around. Including at least one manager. I've worked retail. As a manager. You jump on another register and help. Even if that means you have to re-open it. Really, the better answer is to not close all but two. This is used so the employees can get out faster. But - if you are busy, can you really? Seems doubtful.

Bad reputation bad with customer service and bad service they threaten to kill Some customer they also push people they don’t have any respect for others. Employees are not good

Produce has mold, laundry pods were taken out of containers and reduced to about 10 pods in a container, no self checkout, noticed staff just hanging out not working, floors sticky and not swept or mopped, carts in disarray, Shainaliz (the cashier) was the most professional when it came to organization and cashing out for that I thank you!

It is the worst walmart to go to! Always a long lines long wait a few registers open! Need to get someone in there that knows how to run a business

Ridiculously long lines to check out. I just deposited the items I had intended to purchase on one of the many closed checkout aisles and left the store. I found what I needed at another store with no waiting. Very poorly managed.

A go to place for just about anything. Three stars for not keeping an up kept on the restrooms. You should at least put an automatic air freshener in each one as well. Come on Walmart you know that you can AFFORD IT! You do realize that you sell them in your store?

They sent me a email to pick up my order only to travel all the way to the store and they haven’t even assembled my bike. Then I was told it would take 3 days to complete.

I walked in and a young lady pulling a pallet of tires lost controll lost it and 3 to 4 tired landed on my right fooot and lower let. Went to urgent care. It is swollen and getting worse.

Not enough staff. Every time I go there it is poorly manage. 10 people deep in every line they have open. Which is half the lines they have. 20 minutes to check out as well. No way u can just pop in for something quick and leave. It stinks because it right near my work and love the accessibility to it. Just wouldn't go because of the wait.

This and all locations in this city stink. Bad service. Never enough lines open and customer service is seriously lacking.

This store is unorganized and dirty. Also cashier are very rude. Be careful they don't rotate a lot of their foods check dates.

A customer with more than fifty items held us all up who were in the speedy express less than 20 items. We were all patient but the cashier so not have waited on that customer.

Worst shipping experience of my life. Insanely long lines. Poorly trained employees. I vow to never return to that location for the rest of my life.

Today, my girlfriend and I came in to do some grocery shopping. After we had already got in the car, we realized we forgot something so I went back in to grab it. When I was by the shelf where I needed to grab my item, I realized I had dropped my girlfriends debit card out of my pocket. I was absolutely panicked and began retracing my steps. After I couldn’t find it, I asked a random employee if someone turned in a card, and they told me to ask the greeters. I asked both the greeters at the door if anyone had turned in a card and they both said to go to customer service. After walking to customer service, I saw a long line going out into the isle and I panicked. I couldn’t wait in the line for 20 minutes just to ask if maybe someone had turned in a debit card, for all I knew someone had grabbed it and was using it. I asked another random employee if they could run up and ask for me and he told me no and that I needed to find someone with a yellow vest. A different greeter was at the front so I gave it one last shot to ask her if she could help me out. Shinniazia dropped everything in the middle of doing something and started running towards customer service with me and went up to the front to ask, and luckily someone had turned in the debit card for me. She explained that she understood completely what I was going through and made sure she helped me. I was in such relief and thanked her and she was so glad to help me. I have been to this Walmart multiple times and the employees are usually decently nice, but this one went out of her way to help me. I am so thankful that Shinniazia was there to help me and she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had there. This Walmart is always hectic and busy and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you, Shinniazia! You deserve a raise

Why do they never have enough registers open. Waited to check out for 45 minutes. Step it up. Came home angry. I spent almost 300 not stimulus. Disrespectful cashier's. Disrespectful customer unmasked behind me. Smfh
