Excellent parking to leave your vehicle if you go to the airport, the prices are affordable and the transfer to the airport is excellent

Door greeters hound you for a receipt, even if you tell them you didn’t print one out. It isn’t a NYS law to have to show them one, it’s not even Walmart contract to ask for them. Just be careful leaving this store they will hold onto your cart and demand one in a rude manner and then make you out to be a thief even if you have the receipt.

It was busy, but not at the checkout lines.
I also found an employee to get on the store map, and precisely guide me to what I was there to buy!)

Staff and management lack professionalism and at this particular store multiple mismarked items that ring up higher at the register. Always check your receipt! Don't expect them to honor displayed prices or refund your money when they make mistakes. You will be faced with poor customer service and rude comments by supervisors unless you report issues directly to corporate. This store (Great Northern) does not follow Walmart policies until corporate intervenes and counsels the management and supervisors on Walmart policies. Even then don't expect any apology or admitting they were wrong. So far.only this location treats customers poorly and will take advantage of you by overcharging and false advertising signage about sale items. Shop Cicero or Central Square if you want to avoid the poor customer service! This pertains to the general merchandise not the pharmacy. The pharmacy at Great Northern is professionalism, helpful, and friendly!

There are plenty of open manned checkouts. Very unusual for most Walmarts. Not an over abundance of staff on the floor.

Picked up a table top ironing board. Got home and found the legs are missing. Now have to travel back 40 minutes to return it.

Purchased tires online through Walmart and had them delivered to the Cicero, NY auto center. Appointment went well. Both Howard C.and Philippe M.provided great, prompt service. Total when all was said and done was $526, which includes tax. I will say that I priced tires at a very reputable auto place on Brewerton Road, as well as at a very reputable place on Champlain Ave in Utica, estimates were $850-950.

Staff was outside on smoke break 2 cars in shop, management is definitely doing a good job.

They got self checkout which I like. I wanted to transfer my cell line to a new cellphone here or another Walmart location and they said new numbers only. I didn't like that so I went somewhere else. Nice supply of polyurethane foam cushions for beds, I don't like the memory foam ones. Also got a tea kettle and air purifier here. And a vacuum. So they have the important stuff like that.

Wal-Mart had Hanukah candles. Gotta give credit where it's due. Store was clean, more like a Target.

I was shopping inside and I had a big selection of an item I wanted. It seemed there were two items that looked the same. (Made me think of the Sesame Steeet song from the early70s) any way a very nice lady helped me figure out that the one I wanted was out if stock. Next time I'm there I'll check to see if the product is in stock.

The store is always clean, there’s plenty of parking. Easy access, Many other great stores and shops on route 11 here.

Very clean and more aisle room than the other Walmarts in the area. I also saw things there that aren't available at the other locations. Didn't have to wait in a long line to self checkout either. Pretty good experience all around! ️

I tried to call the store SEVERAL times today- They don't answer. Just had a simple question about a service they might offer. Shelves are always bare and prepare to use self checkouts because they only have 1 or 2 registers open, with 15 people waiting in each! So you get to do Walmarts job for free?

This Walmart sucks. Everytime I go shopping there, there is either 1 line or at the most 2 lines open. All the others are shut down. There have been many long long lines. The cashiers personalities are terrible. You can never get help when needed either looking for something or just a general question on a product. I guess I will have to take my shopping some where else. To add more to the fire today 10-22-2021 I again went to Walmart. Waited in line for a good half hour. The cashier was talking to an individual. Grant it the line was 15 deep with customers. A customer wanted to argue with me cuz I said something. Then I had to bag my own groceries. This place will never change. There was no manager around to speak to. Well, this is my last day shopping here. Price Chopper here I come.

Their shelves are starting to look empty couldn't find what I was looking for but I found other things

There was a few more cashier's check out customers today. Personal, every experience at Walmart is not pleasant. Between the drivers not Yeilding the right away of customers crossing into and exiting the store. Nor the driver who wants your parking spot before you even enter your car. Who thinks blowing there car horn will make you leave faster. Not a good experience today.

Terrible, terrible, Horrible! Over six hundred dollars in groceries and I have to check myself out. Why? I didn't apply to work at Walmart. As multiple employees and managers stand around on CELL PHONES, conversating amongst themselves. But it's OK stand around get paid while I do your jobs bums! Whoever had the bright idea to turn paying customers into part time employees blew it big time. I won't shop here again and I know others feel the same

Walmart is the best store in the world hands down there is nothing anyone can say to change my mind it never disappoints one stop shop. The only sad thing it wipes out all the mom and pop shops in small towns America but it’s the new change just like self driving cars Uber ab andb change is coming just like Amazon the two giants will battle for your business

This is not the Walmart Supercenter I usually go to. Was not happy that all they had open was self checkouts. I am not a fan of self checkouts and I know a lot of people who do not like them too.

Though we found what we wanted, there were no prices on most things and the 2 lines were way too long.

Used to work at a neighboring Walmart and the one in Cicero is still often the best local Walmart.

Was shopping at the Cicero location just now and slipped and fell in water that was on the floor near the deli counter. The employee that was by the deli counter acted as if nothing happened. They made direct eye contact with me then looked away. Said nothing. A customer asked if I was okay. Employees milling about but no one came to see if I was okay. And I'm not. I fell smack down on my knee. When I went to tell an employee by the check out counter she acted like it was no big deal and continued doing what she was doing. You got three employees stocking one aisle but no one can be bothered to clean up water. I tried to call customer service numerous times to let them know and no answer. This place is a hole. Never coming back. It would have been nice to be able to speak to someone but no one bothered to see if I was okay. You people better check your cameras because this was an issue. I should hope someone contacts me.

Absolute worst Walmart in the area. The checkout lines are always backed up. The last time I went, it took 35 minutes to get through the checkout line, because they had one person cashing people out on a busy Friday night. The self-checkout lines (that were open) were notoriously slow. We try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible!

This store is always a must when we visit! And we do so once a year! The staff here are super helpful and out of over 12 years of coming herenI have never had a problem!

Cicero ny walmart has less product in store than it did in 2020. I know it's still in covid, Sept 2021, but, they need a plan. Those poor workers wearing mask, while most people coming in with none. Not to mention its pretty hot in there. Our county is very high with delta. Make it so everyone else wears mask. Some parents have kids under age 10 with no mask either. Very sad. I am going to a different store.

I asked for help at the self check out because it said I needed approval to continue the attendant was sanitizing the area and didn't hear me or see the red light.there was another employee in the area who I asked to help he was rude and dismissive told me he wasn't a cashier he acted like u was being ridiculous all he had to do was politely say that he wasn't able to do that part and get the attention of the attendant who was sanitizing the checkouts instead he shrugged and walked away saying something under his breath. I dread going to Walmart and would not ever go but the prices are lower there and I end up going anyway.the attendant was helpful once she came over

I came here after getting my feet done up the road. I was looking for O. P. I.nail Envy. They did not have it. O also went to the garden section looking for a hanging pathos plant. They did not have that as well. I will say all areas that I walked in were very clean. The staff that I asked questions to were very helpful. Nice and clean self service check out. I did find a steal of a deal on Wet & Wild eye Liners there were only 74 cent. Grear place to get groceries and other miscellaneous its

I would have given 5 stars BUT everything and mean EVERYTHING I was going in for was not on the shelves. I've been. Seeing so many empty shelves really makes me think that the store employees are not doing their job OR the store is not ordering enough products. I've ALWAYS been treated exceptionally well from any employee ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you!

I am disabled and can never find a scooter Walmart let's kids run around the store with the scooters it's the better Walmart

No more free in-store pickups. Always out of stock on popular items. Never an electric cart for disabled people because the kids ride them and race ty brought the stores. Manager is horrible

The North Syracuse store is a thousand times better than East Syracuse. Always seem to have the frozen veggie pasta I like at the best price around. The clothes at this store are well kept and organized. The whole store seems clean and in order compared to most Walmarts.

Really well seasoned Indian food for dine in or takeout. We usually get the buffet to go, and add an extra item or two from the kitchen. The veggie samosas are a favorite. The goat curry spiced hot is also another winner. The service is fantastic and the food is consistently delicious and fresh.

Don't know o if I'm use to the walmarts out in ny.but this walmart was very slow at ringing customers out and getting the lines moving waiting in line for about 15 to 30min with just 2 items.store was very low on stock for a majority of things

Found what I needed (and impulse purchase) but had to have item scanned for price_no tags on large display-WMshould bring back the self scans that were attached to pillars

Short on many items in the grocery department. Not enough cash cashiers available. When you check out yourself they're really not going out of their way to help you. Heard one girl where you check out yourself ask a cashier question and she turned and went oh no. Real great customer service. They better have more people supervising and less people just walking around

Manger (Danielle) just kept walking past the service area as the line got linger and longer. I asked if anyone could help and she said “No, no one is trained in this position. ” Aren’t the mangers suppose to be able to do every job? Instead of walking back and forth, she could of helped her employee out. Poor customer service.

I am an avid Walmart shopper. I can't remember the last week that I wasn't there at least twice. They have almost everything.

People were friendly. I have no complaints. My wife and I come to the area quite often and we will be making this store a go-to on our trips.

Only, 2 lines open, all your competition are always well stafed, inventory sparc (but that's understandable at this point) investment in people will always give dividends, In short payem (head hunt) build now But with that said thank for all your service,

Walmart Cicero location is like a different world compared to the East Syracuse Walmart (which BTY I have boycotted). Cicero is clean, orderly and staff is pleasant.

Alot of empty shelves. It reminded me of how things looked when the pandemic first hit. Whonever is in charge of reordering products definitely failed at their job this week.

Always love to shop there well lite, wide variety of products to choose from, with one stop shopping being a plus. Lastly you can always find a fist full of bargin's to boot.

If you call or get transferred to customer service FORGET IT IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEN THEY DID PICK UP AND HUNG RIGHT UP WITHOUT ANSWERING. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO THEY TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.tHEN THE GIRL PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER i ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, AND NOONE PICKED UP FOR 10 MINUTES.
