Employee at electronics refused to allow me to inspect a $650 Oculus 3 headset that had been tampered or opened previously. The seal was broken. I wanted to check everything beyond the seal was ok before I spend $700 on an expensive item. He refused my request. I turned around and walked out. No Sale. I shopped at another store.

All he had to do was check the contents with me. Fishy. Scammy. Scummy.

Buyer beware. Walmart certainly won't look out for you.

Dropped my rating by 2 stars. Very low stock on the vegetables. Nice new remodeling on the inside. They also need more cashiers. Lastly the phone app now doesn't tell you where the item is that you're looking for. That's very frustrating after they moved everything around during the remodel.

The negative reviews on here are legit. You will leave this place irritated. Neither the staff nor the customers have any respect for personal space. It's very rude and it solidifies the whole people of walmart trope. I had an employee (bm) try to squeeze past me at the entrance instead of letting me pass before he went. A Spanish speaking woman who also had no concept of personal space got so close to me before she stopped to scream at her 5 yelling children. I had a migrant couple eye me and smirk oddly. Women trying to bum rush people with carts. It is a very toxic environment. The items are not quality and not worth the drive.
The only person that was kind and respectful was the female Pharmacist. The Pharmacy tech messed up appointments and had me and a friend stand there for at least a half and hour while people literally invade our personal space. Then some teen siblings stood behind with the male swinging his arms around. It was an absolute nightmare.
I would never come here again.

This is the store I shop for most of my items I need from cloths to house items and yes food Great staff.

Delivery service is nonexistent. Days after our groceries were supposed to arrive they were dropped on our doorstep without notice near midnight by an unmarked vehicle with a flashlight. We are cancelling our Walmart plus subscription based on this location’s service.

We ordered a a full sheet cake from the bakery 2 weeks before my husband's military promotion ceremony. The DAY before the event I got an email cancelling our order with NO explanation or reason why. I'm going in this week to formally file a complaint but wanted to post this here first so everyone can be aware to not trust that this bakery will come through for you. If you need a cake please go to the bakery at market bistro. With literally no notice at all they came through and delivered a beautiful cake for our event that was even cheaper than the one we didn't get from walmart.

Stood in line only to find out it was reserved and when we complained why are we standing there the worker said its not her job.yup pay workers too be on their phones and get a paycheck!

Honestly I like this Walmart, but I have noticed lately that there have been alot less options available. The store only seems half stocked. Idk if its covid or short staff or what. But at least any time I talk to a sales associate they seem nice

When I was able to come and go 7 months ago I found the experience to be very nice. Employees were helpful the store appeared to be nice and clean and I enjoyed being there to do my shopping. My online shopping with delivery was doing very well to start with but here over the last month I've been really disappointed in their delivery service. The managers were very helpful they were very kind they did their very best to help me. But I believe in giving everyone a fair shot at things and I hopefully pray that things will get better with their delivery service.

This store has hit the ultimate low.grocery section literally filled with empty shelves.deli appeared to be closed at 6pm and 3 registers open and lines backed up in the cash yourself out areas.super center.nope!

It took me 20 minutes for somebody to get me a watch out of the case customer service is horrible

It's Walmart, pretty typical experience. I go to shop for work and have to use a check out line with an actual person so it would be nice if they had more than 1 Lane open but it is what it is

12 people on line and mgt is CLUeLESS!
Ok lets get rid of cashiers and make everyone use a credit card for THREE items.

Every single time I go to this particular Walmart I always run into an issue, NEVER ANYONE around to help or ask a question. The supervisors are extremely rude to their own employees and customers. They act as if they hate their jobs and ignore you completely

At 10: 30 in the morning the bathroom was disgusting already and did not have a few items we were looking for. Everything else was up to par

I go Walmart to do all grocery shopping every other week
. I get veggies fruits, bread chicken, rice eggs, orange juice for cheaper prices than either, Hannaford or pice chopper

Well, Walmart is Walmart. Couldn't live without it, I get so many things there. Just wish they weren't out of things all the time! Sometimes it's a wasted trip. Not gonna lie

Electronics associate said all I needed was the adapter and my own composite RCA cable - NOT TRUE; I also need an HDMI cable, which I don't have - so I missed my show and have to go back to the store again!

Bare shelves, very little staff available to assist, new cashier with little or no training register didn't print receipt stated we didn't pay for groceries they wanted to erase order and reduce bill was over $100 I'm 82 years old couldn't stand any longer no seats for seniors so I told manager I. Told manager to cancel order and restorck the items and I left. Most uncomfortable experience I have ever had

If Jamel and Nevaeh spend less time flirting with each other in front of customers perhaps customers could exit the checkout in less than 20 minutes.

I like this on, very organized, stock on shelves and well lit. I'm moving and found everything on my list, plus some! I prefer the arrangement of this store and Glenmont.

It is always bad at Walmart, they never keep their shelves shocked, they have never even before covid 19, we Always have to go out our way and to to Walmart, they should pay for our gas, and don't get me started with these self check outs, it is more reason for their staff to stand around and talk and be on their phones

Is it just me or has Walmart not been having things? Like shelves are empty all the time & it doesn't matter which one I go to is the same. EMPTY! This is one of the worst ones yet. So disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would.

Found everything we needed! However cashier didn’t say a word to us as he cashed us out. Didn’t tell us the total, just stared at us until we inserted our card. Didn’t engage in any way and was looking at his phone while cashing out. I guess when you are working for Walmart conversations is NOT required.

Best experience in a Walmart, I love when employees are on their game. Mohamid In electronics was awesome, he helped with everything I needed and was able to explain in detail what was best for me and how to use the items. I give him 10 stars out of 5.

The customer service is the worst. I waited at the jewelry counter for 30 minutes the when she did get there. She went to waite on a white customer that had just walked up. I guess my money is not green like there's

This is a well run walmart. Clean. Stocked. Merchandised well. Professional staff. Whenever I'm in Latham I shop there for a quick minute just for the experience.

As an ex manager for retail I suggest the manager from glenville should take notes. He/she phones it in. They are not engaged like Latham.

Cashier was so friendly and didn't make it seem like I was a burden. She'd be a great manager trainer. The last time I was in that store the manager made me not go back until today after 3yrs. I only went because of a product I was told of that couldn't be found in the other Walmarts

Always good for people watching and you have to say to yourself. What the hell are they thinking. Fun trip and got what I went in for at a reasonable price.

Average Walmart. Usually seems well stocked though I can never find a clerk when I have a question. No real comments as it's just your ordinary supercenter Walmart

2 cashiers as usual, nowhere to sit as you wait for transportation. Elderly, disabled, everyone can stand. Stop using covid as an excuse for no benches outside. It takes 10 seconds to sanitize a few times a day. If it’s that hard leave spray and paper towels.

Didn't go to electronics so it was actually a great experience. They were busy, but not inconveniently so. Helpful employees and clean space.

Walmarts are mostly all the same. I love the Latham Walmart because they have the self service registers with the long thing to put your items on. People may get mad but with these you can take your time to pack your bags the way you like!

Just a cold place.no one said hi, can we help you find something have a good day nothing. And the cashier was a blank as well when we handled her a water refill ticket all she said was what's this nothing else. And this is what Walmart is calling a store of the future. Yikes.

The times I've asked for help i got the answers.
A friend told me he had to wait awhile in the jewelry section. More than 10mins.
If you know what to look for when shopping some food is cheaper than $1 from dollar tree as long as you don't mind great value brands.

When I buy cases of canned cat food, the cans are often dented and crushed! Not sure why but I think the stocking crew is literally throwing the cases on & off the palettes!

The only negative thing is that there is never someone for the jewelry counter
You have to ask an associate to find someone and they don't
Store is usually crowded but no 2 walmarts are alike
If you can pick a favorite and remember how it's set up your good
Love the reduced sales for clothes if you can find size your lucky
