Walmart Supercenter

Had a horrible interaction these last few times I shopped here. But today took the cake. Whether you are a personal shopper or a delivery shopper.
I have witnessed my partner being harassed by employees including the security guards. We have requested to meet with managers multiple times. Only to be denied by the employees, and threatened to be kicked out of the store. When we have complied time and time again.

Excellent staff store fully stocked and ample amount of parking very safe location and very organized location

One of the best walmart in New York where there are vegetables, fruits and salads! It is simply incomprehensible to the mind that in our century there are supermarkets where there are no healthy vegetables, fruits and salads at all! To the trash of such General Managers!

Insanity, from parking to actual shopping. Lines were literally up the aisles.the most unpleasant shopping experience I've had in a long time. This is BAD management, I'm sure corporate doesn't care, as long as they've raking in the money.
It's shameful the way this place is run. More so the actual mall, there was a time, people could shop here. I refuse to go back to this cesspool. YOU SHOULD TOO, until they make it better.

Can't beat the prices at Walmart, I wish they have stores all around nyc, I have to come here all the time but its worth it.

Return employees all terrible! Very rude and disrespectful rai especially Racism! Please coach them to nice with customers! We’re the one who pay them! So try to give customers great service!

Just way too over crowded. Finding parking os like playing musical chairs with cars. When you finally get in, it's as if the store is having a black Friday sale everyday. I prefer to oder what I need online and leave it at that.

Nice and clean well stocked reasonable prices and fresh food I just wish they can make deliveries to Brooklyn

The employees at this Walmart are so miserable and rude… this is the first time I went to a Walmart and all the staff is so angry

Walmart+ really helped my shopping experience-totally worth the fee! The line was long but moved fast.

I was sadly traumatized After going to this location. And they was very disrespectful. I Came 10 mile From Brooklyn. And Things went left after I ask the cashier to check the price because I was being over charged for a product. The cashier went to the YV I was told they will not investigate the product. I said I will and went to the back and saw that I was being over charged. I ask the YV her name and asked for a pen and paper to write it down she gave me a paper and said we don't have to give a pen then. I said ok no worries let me take a photo of your badge.if I can't get a pen. I got security called on me. Here it is I'm spending $120 and I can't get a pen oh the yellow vest tag member name ayanna would not return my funds. After I said I want return all items. Because of how I was being treated. I was distraught and traumatized of I kept asking please just returned the items and let me leave I don't want to come back. After being denied a refund I left the whole cart with all my items. I would not recommend anyone to shop here till they get better communicative workers. To deescalate situations and better staff With better attitudes.

Just shocked that Walmart closed at 6am on Christmas Eve then we had a rude sales person going around yelling at us with with a bull horn so rude and the bathroom needs more attention especially since covid do not discriminate

While arriving at the store, you are to go in your confirmation email and do a check in process.after pressing check in, nothing happens, the Walmart website loads up but with no following prompt to complete the process, installed the Walmart app but that didn't work either. While I do understand there being bugs in these processes the lack of customer attention and assistance provided by the staff left much more to be desired. I parked and proceeded to go inside the store. I kindly asked the person by the door and the girl said she had no idea how the pick up process worked and that she had no idea how to go about it.what kind of response is this? Again, I do also understand this being a big store with multiple departments and as somebody that had worked retail before I get that employes aren't really obligated to have all knowledge on operations.but this person didn't even attempt to provide any directions or assistance on the matter. I ended asking another person and this time I was pointed towards the pick up area. While the curbside pick up if done right, could do wonders to the customers experience, the lack of staff assistance made this a horrible experience for me, and while the item being bought was at a fair price, I do t think I'd ever shop at this location again.

Who don't like Walmart listen, you can get the best deals from here. I get everything from this store when I go here. Not everything is great but you will find the best there. I crochet and do other crafts and I'm always there for my supplies.

They have reduced in-store shelf items. The self checkout machines no longer accept cash, which is a big inconvenience!

Very disappointed today, went in to do a simple easy return just to find out their label maker to accept a third party item was down for a week, not a day or 2 but a whole week. No follow up and no accountability. I ask to speak to the store manager and i get a supervisor and a coach. Don't understand the barrier of speaking to the store manager. Very upsetting to know we don't make the time to listen and find solutions.

A very chaotic store. Easiest experience is to purchase online and pick up at the store. Even on site parking is a nightmare. People do not use common sense.

Access store is excellent big variety and good prices. This stuff is a little unorganized. As far as knowledgeable far away from it.

Always crowded. Staff is unfriendly. Poorly trained staff. "Not my department " they said. There's never a staff around to answer inquiry. Walmart needs to spend some money on training staff in customer service.

You have to hunt down the workers, cool big place to find what you want, decent prices, but man walking an figuring out who works there is more a challenge then finding what you want.

It's good but when it comes to customer service it's bad.got in the line and it took like 40 minutes just for exchange and on top of that you don't get to exchange.

Don't by the salmon there, I bought it and it was not fresh, usually very crowded inside, but if you need a discount you can always go there.

I don't understand the management of this location. The place does great business as it's always crowded, yet the shelves are not fully stocked of popular grocery items, produce, and meats, and the store opens up at 7am, but if you need Deli items don't bother because the Deli counter doesn't open until 9am, which is ridiculous to me because when I am in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia if the store is open, the Deli counter is too. They need to do better.

A total waste of time. Walmart in Valley Stream looks like their going out of business. The shelves are so empty.

Too crowded. The sales associates are rude. Nothing is ever fully stocked. The most convenient Wal-mart but also the worst.

This one is closest to NYC, huge place and has all goods. The only downside is parking, getting in and out. Parking is stuffed and expect some traffic on the way in-out

A lot of things missing from the shelves, when you ask for help the workers are so rude. I’m browsing the store and store associates are cutting in front of me without saying sorry or running me over with their carts. I went to get bread and it had holes. I told someone and they tossed it back.

Terrible 1st time experience. Overcrowded, cashiers spend too much time with customers laughing. No supervision as far as customers with overflowing carts.

Always packed and congested! They need to open up more registers. I dread going there because I know it’s going to be a long wait.

The fruits are always fresh when I go and the shelves are always stacked. The grocery section is a plus despite the long lines.

Walmart has great deals. This particular Walmart is always packed. Most of the cashiers are extra slow. However, they do have a lot of gaiters so choose wisely on the line you will stand on. If you go there during rush out.you will regret it. Getting out of that area is horrible.

Meh. Don’t go on weekends. If someone is not fighting you outside for parking, you better believe they’re ready for you inside.

Always well stocked. Lines can be long, including self checkout. Sometimes not every register is open. Best to go early in the day. Weekends are insane here. Especially, Saturdays. Very helpful staff and well organized store.

Always crowded! Lol.last visit I went early morning like 7: 30-8: 00 and I was amazed at the amount of people there! Got most of what I went for though.

They have everything the only down side for me is if you have trouble walking the driving carts do not leave the building

I went to this one to avoid NJ, boy it was better to go to NJ. This one is extremely packed due to the mall. Go super early in the AM to avoid the madness

Worse place in life to be on a Saturday afternoon. They are never staffed to handle the well known predicted crowds. I went as far as ordering my ONE item for curbside pick up and I waited in my spot for an hour. You just can't win with Walmart on the weekends. Just bite the bullet, pay a little more I suppose and go somewhere else.

Im in here as we speak which of course is not the best time to go. They should allow price matching to walmart.com be done at registers or self checkout not only at customer service since you stand online to pay and then you have to stand online at customer service.

This Walmart tries very hard to keep up with all the customers but you can tell by the empty shelves and long check out lines they are falling behind.

Store is very crowded since it's the store for all five counties of New York City, and Long Island. The shelves are mostly empty since stock is shelved, but because the store is always busy, it doesn't last. I have been trying to buy Dreft detergent for the last two months but no luck. The store is a supercenter, and you find many things, but now my preferred store to shop is Farmingdale.
