Walmart

My husband waited 20+ minutes for a curbside pickup. They never came, and no one in-store would pick up the phone. We finally got a hold of someone in electronics who tried to transfer us, and still no one picked up who could help us. He ended up going inside.

My grandma JUST got cat litter from here, three of the cheap green papery bags. She paid for two on one card and was going to pay for the third on another. As she was waiting for the receipt for the two a female worker came up to her and began to harass her asking if she was going to pay for the third. My grandma told her yes, but she was paying with another card; the woman then walked off with no apology or anything. Even if a worker is suspecting theft they are NOT allowed to harass people. What has Walmart come to? Aren’t you guys suppose to treat everyone like family or something? How sad…

Everything is as usual, but I do not like that you cannot tap to pay through android or apple.

I was able to get my item (charging cable) but it took a while for someone to come to the electronics department to retrieve the cable I wanted.

The store was so much cleaner then it has been in the past by having the shelves well stocked and the staff was very friendly and very helpful

Not a superstore so don't expect a produce section, but staff was helpful in getting my water from the top shelf quickly with a smile

Only visit during the day.usually has what I'm looking for.the one on ridge road has good service

Dirty store. Went to buy steam gift cards with Wal Mart gift cards I was given for my birthday. Was told I couldn't use them to buy these items. I said you had no problem taking the funds for the cards but now I'm limited on what I can use that for? What a joke.

The store seems to have improved. It has been better stocked and organized recently. The past few times there have been actual cashiers too!

It's Walmart. If you find an employee from the department you're in, consider it a win. If someone is at a register, you won't the lottery.

No customer service. No staffed checkouts. No paper bags for your goods. Has turned into a terrible store.

Great customer service from Carlton at the West Ridge Rd location in Greece, NY! I stopped him in one of the aisles to ask for help in finding a specific product. I didn't have the Walmart app on my phone so Carlton went to go get his personal phone to help me. Very much appreciated!

This location is very clean!

My kids ask to go shopping here quite often. They have bags now which is great, but I do like having person to person communication, and I can get rolls of quarters to do my laundry at Tops, so I go to Tops for groceries.

To small for a walmart employee's are rude. Bathrooms were closed because they cleaned them and didn't want anyone to use them again

Bought 2 bikes for my kids in the last 2 weeks here and I love that they have free assembly of the bikes. Many to choose from as well.

It's Walmart.its never good. Nitung it put in a smart place. And not having what I need as usual the few time I have no choice but to go there
