Walmart

Unfortunately, it is very small, it does not have many products and it does not have fruits or vegetables, there is much to be desired about this Walmart.

Only one manned register is open. They try to force people to do self check out. I hate this.

I shop at this Walmart at least once a week. The staff I've interacted with are helpful. Always go to the self checkout and get help right away when I need it. It's well stocked when I visit and organized.

The sales lady Emma very nice real polite and courteous.always greet the customers with a warm smile.

Did not find what I was looking for. The apparel areas are VERY disorganized. Not alot of product on hand. Store associates spent more time talking with each other than helping shoppers or straightening up areas.

I had a great experience with the auto central today. Chris L and big Mike more more than helpful and changed all four of my tires in under an hour. They gave me great advice and help me out with all the problems with my car highly recommend going here. The team is fast and super friendly.

It was messy and things were out of place. I bought a bag of candy and it was priced wrong by $5, didnt feel like arguing. I bought a vacuum sealer for food and when I got it home and opened it, it was clearly returned and missing items. The lady at returns told me should could give me an exchange, I nearly lost my mind and demanded my money back. I bought one from Amazon that is a better model for the same price.

Easy access to major highway/route. Clean environment with plenty parking space. Next building is Home Depot and Kohls.

It was crowded but not as bad as I was expecting. The people/ shoppers just dont follow social distancing that well.

This Walmart is the worst. Why did I call and was put on hold for 21 minutes while someone “looked” for the item I asked for. I even told the guy that I had been to 3 other locations and didn’t want to make the trip if it wasn’t there as I was far away. I drove all the way there still on hold and asked who takes care of customer calls. I go to fitting and the guy is just standing there looking dumb. I said you’ve been here this whole time sir? When he said yes I lost it. He said oh I was just going to look for it. So you had me on hold for over 20 minutes and because I show up and I’m in your face now you want to help? I told him I got it I’m here I don’t need his help now. I think it’s pretty messed up that you were supposed to be customer service and you have people on hold for so long waiting.

Mike P. Was excellent. Meant to write this review a week ago. He serviced my c300 08 Benz. He changed out my tire that had a nail and even went the extra mile to seal my damaged rim. Checked my tire pressure and notified me of a washer fluid leak. He even went the extra mile to make sure I received the right pricing under my warranty. Just overall excellent job he deserves 10 stars and a promotion!

One of the cleanest Walmart stores in the area. Lines and cashiers are well positioned from time to time. Good experience overall

Ive been waiting for a store representative for a hour to open the cage so i can get a razer. I talked to almost every employee and it seems to be that no one has a key. Whats the point of even selling razors if no one has a key to open it… this is ridiculous. I wasted gas to drive here and i bought nothing. If you ask me this is beyond unprofessional. Also no one speaks English.who hired these people.there needs to be some type of rule where you need to know basic english.

Had problems getting items delivered, Staffan above location were very helpful and friendly and concrete! That customer support!

Worst Walmart I have ever been in. Store was a mess and nothing on the shelves. Almost everything I went for that walmart always has was out of stock.

Hire some cashiers and give people jobs again because the length of the lines at 9pm is absurd. I walked away from cart with frozen items because I don’t have all night to sit there and watch it melt because no manager bothered to hop on a register and help any of the front end workers. This location is terrible.

Seems to be crowded often with long cashier lines. But the store does offer good deals and sales at times.

It's a quick in and out store when they have the stuff you need. I thought they would still have the clothes for back to school that they have carried for the last 10yrs. Nope. Went in and nothing. Very disappointing.

Clean sanitary scene, not like the People of Walmart vids on Reddit. Plenty of open check out lines, only thing is you gotta be selective with shopping rime due to location, very busy at peak hours

Par for the course Walmart. Didn’t realize before visiting that there’s not a fresh grocery section, just shelf stable and freezer.

Comparing to other walmarts, this is one of the best. However, there are no car services and less variety of fresh food.

I arrived late for my curbside pick up. I had not looked at the time and my app didn't tell me to turn around when it tracked what time I would arrive. But a very carrying associate helped me anyways once I told her I drove 45 minutes to get there. I wish I got her name but thank you!

I like Walmart for a good bargain and you can certainly get those here. If you are looking for a well organized store with a pleasant and helpful staff.well this is not it. Some departments are bad and others are terrible. Paint and hardware department, forget it. Gardening department, no one to be found, little to no stock, and what is in stock appears to have been thrown in tandom piles and not price marked. You want to check your own price? Forget it. All store scanners have been removed.

I am not from this area and the clothing department doesn't have signs for Petite, woman's, Juniors or plus Sizes.
It was frustrating to have to search through all clothes so I ended up not purchasing anything.
I went to Kohl's instead.

Very crowded at the time that I went and there were very few if any shopping carts available. The checkout lines were unusually long and self check out as always was card only. No cash and no cash back available.

Walmart Commack, Customer Service and Geri the Mgr.were both fantastic. I drove 1hr. 10 mins. 1-way to pick up medical supplies. Arrived at 9: 30pm to learn they consider indoor AND Curbside Pick-Up THE SAME (i.e. Closes at 6pm!)

I spoke to a smiling, pleasant Cust. Svc. Rep.and found the Mgr. Geri, she was SOOOO CALM and HELPFUL!

She listened intently and within seconds she turned on her heels to find my order. In LESS THAN 5 mins, my order was walking towards me! She saved me another (2.5 hr. + in $14.00 tolls) if I had to return!

How's THAT for a GREAT representation of how the Walmart Commack location solves snafus for us? !

Tried to curbside pickup. 30 minutes wasted. Check in on the app. Called the pickup number 3 times, voicemail each time. What's the bloody point. Useless.

Finally more than one register open. Also dumb because you cant try on swim suits but you can buy it take it home try it on and return it. What is the difference?

Horrible, I will not be back! The worst Customer Service Iv ever experienced. First, I tried to check out with a (Visa Credit Card) and the cashier began to scream & shout in my face & tell me it was a debit card! Came from Behind her register as if to hit me!? And scream some more! She made a seen to where everyone was looking! I work in Customer Service this was beyond control. I will filling a complaint with The BBB. No one should feel violated, There should have been a incident report? She violated my space, You cant even talk to a manager at Walmart? This is why I perfer TARGET!

Even though it had %80 of it's parking lot full I got what I needed plus a little extra and was in and out -. And if you need help they don't just tell you the walk you to it and ask is there something else they could do. Nice service.

Don't come here often but had extensive range of offerings. Large spacious & well stocked. Has an unusually large number of self checkout pos units - allows for very quick trips!

I ordered stuff online. Unfortunately, I had to pick some of my stuff at the store. That's ok. I like the way they do it by scanning in your phone with the bar code they send you I would of gave it five stars if everything was delivered to my house but over all I will continue to shop this way.

Clean and orderly store, but you may have to make several trips because inventory fluctuates wildly from one week to the next.

Polite, friendly store with wide variety of products. This location is better than the rest. Not many thefts and I haven't seen any derogatory behavior from consumers or staff.

I am not sure which store shipped my vacuum that I purchased from Walmart online, but a BIG shout out to Walmart for selling/shipping me a used vacuum cleaner! You guys are awesome! Absolutely fantastic!

My first place was at customer service desk. Which was very quick.
Then off shopping. No line at the register. 15 min tops

Lots of everything. Cheap prices. Good for getting craft and hobby supplies for cheap. Although there's a lot of staff, most of them don't know if the store carries various products or where they are. They would be helpless without the store's phone app, to look stuff up.
