Walmart

Typical Walmart. Busy. Pretty clean. Rude customers. But I remember I can't control anyone else and try to enjoy my life including simple Walmart trips.

Not a nice place. Store is dirty and unkempt. I went there to buy something advertised as “in stock”. Got there and it wasn’t. I had to order it online. Next time I’ll skip the trip. Sad.

I generally like Walmarts, but this particular Walmart was awful. They didn't have any of the things I came to buy. No camo rain gear. No lightweight packable rain gear at all. No heavy acrylic or wool socks. No Wrangler cargo shorts in my size (36" waist). No cans of Camp Dry spray. No quiche in the grocery section. Every single item I came for was nonexistent, despite the fact that they are all things that I find regularly at all other Walmart stores.

I don’t need to talk about Walmart everyone knows they have everything for the best prices

Not the fastest costumer service but for a Wal-Mart it's great and they don't have a lot of stuff in stock

Worst Walmart. Dirty and unorganized. Aisles are extremely narrow and no help anywhere. I don’t think anyone works there but a few cashiers.

Upgraded this from one star to three as they've made a lot of improvements over the past few years.
The pickup service has been pretty good.
I hope they add more self checkouts, and more customer service reps.

Drive up service was good. The parking lot was crazy. I didn't realize that I had to download the app in order to setup a pick up so it took a little longer than I would have liked. But the service was friendly when they brought out my item.

I've been trying to contact this store to confirm information about a product I ordered but they just won't answer those phones.

Bad service, people working inside are dumb, till someone that has no idea what's going on in store comes to help you could take you 15 minutes too,

Huge Place! Good Selection of Items However, THIS NY WALMART CHARGES a Bag TAX and TWO (2) TAXES ON ALL PURCHASES I Know NYC Is Expensive BUT WTW!

The store was filthy dirty and there was hardly anyone working. The cash register crashed while we were paying and they needed a manager to reboot the machine. The front staff couldn't find a manager in the entire store. They simply couldn't explain what was going on. Finally they moved us to another register and did it all over. I hope I didn't pay twice!

Products are definitely affordable! Unfortunately they never have register availability. Which causes me to not visit often, too much time is occupied waiting in line.

Walmart was great, normally great prices. However the alarm went off on our way out, leaving to feed the newborn so kinda urgent. And this security (who did not have a valid security license) spent way to much time checking the five items we purchased. Pro tip ask security if they have a valid license, all NY security is required to carry a valid license on their person at all times on the job.

At Promofect when we run out of supplies, this place is the go to always well stocked and very close to our suffern location

Literally worst Walmart location. Shelves are never stocked. Carts are never available in the store. Lines are so damn long and customer service sucks. Just honest opinion of this location.

Had a good shopping experience here with my daughter This particular day is started storming out felt like the whole Walmart was gonna shake But overall prices were great

Checkout is crazy but other than that its ok I will say the cold and freezer section are pretty much emptied out because its so busy but if you go for anything else great

The store is always crowded. It does okay with store pickup & it usually has lots of items in stock, BUT is a small Walmart they tried to stuff inside a old Caldor Dept. Store. The clientele is what turns you off here though, as I will always go in with a mask and have sanitizer at the ready. I'm fully vaxxed, btw. It is usually understaffed and a bit dirty. You could do worse, but you can sure do better.

Prices are always good, but have patience if you need to return something. Don't know if they're short staffed, but waited almost a half hour. Couldn't do an even exchange either. Staff is always polite.

I went to Walmart suffern 250 route 59 I had horrible experience a manager name rose Mary because off that I will never go back there I saw a mini fridge for $99 and I went to pay price difference and she told Walmart don’t Match price at Walmart I never heard anything like. She is on professional with me. As long she work there I will never go shop there. She need to be fired. You can’t have a people like run a business. She said it people like who give the store bad name. All I asked why you don’t match price with a website it not different websites it Walmart sites.

Waited a long time to return online item only to find out the item isn't eligible for return. Items not eligible for return should indicate so conspicuously during the order process.

The hot wheels section been empty they need to be well stocked is ridiculous. And the greeter by self checkout name Jaqueline is rude with an attitude. Whoever is in charge of the toy department needs to get it together

This has been one of the places to go to find the most things at discount prices. Unfortunately their checkout lines have been seeing a lot more delays. It's hard to check out in a reasonable amount of time.

What's good about the store is the variety and low price. What's not so good is they're now charging a fee ($3.75) for making deposits to online banks

This food was the best soul food I have ever tasted. Absolutely good food.

My cell phone died on me & I needed a new one right away. I can no longer afford to go to major phone companies anymore (and wish I would have stopped going oh so long ago since they all completely & utterly rip you off).
Within 5 minutes, I had a brand new Android, (equal to one that I paid at least $800 for from Sprinter), also, a $35 unlimited talk, text & data for a month paying only $107.that is including tax.
I mean, you can't beat that!

No grocery bags in the whole store? Was this a one time fluke or are they charging $2 for tiny reusable bags on purpose?

The worse Walmart I have been visit, I will not visit it. Thier prices are diffrint than the other, I did not know why it has diffrint pricese than other walmart.

The staff member in the aisle was very nice and offered help a few times. Otherwise, this store is cramped and hard to navigate. Other customers are not so friendly

Have tried to call this store countless times for customer service. Every single time, the phone rings and rings for 5 to 30 minutes before someone picks it up and immediately hangs the phone up. Absolutely ridiculous.

The wait on checkout is ridiculous, Walmart must be trying to save on employee expenses, because 4 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon is a joke,

I needed a small fridge to set up for someone who was recovering from a injury and was moving in to our house. I have not been that complimentary to Walmart in the past. We chose a 4.5 cu ft fridge and it weighed over 50 lbs so I told my wife I would pick it up on the way home. I was struggling lifting it and a angel employee named Alba came over and brought me a flat cart and helped load it. She then opened a register and checked me out. Then to top it off she said "get your car and bring it to the front and I will meet you. Amazing 5 star service

It's a really nice Walmart and I love the clearance aisle the only thing that I don't like is when checking out and self-service they never have cash payable check out lines and the non self-service checkout lines are usually very few and in between other than that it's a great store with great prices and usually stock very well

Walmart- customers should always wear there mask, if they had there covid vaccine shots or not, it's only a precaution, please be advised that any crowded areas they are supposed to wear there mask at all times, especially in supermarkets!

Horrible experience. Long lines, out of several items, ransacked look!
Wow, very uninviting and unwelcoming to say the least. And then to find several items unavailable.and what little I did purchase, took forever to get checked out

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE TO MAN! This location never picks up the phone & if they miraculously do, they are not knowledgeable enough to answer your question; therefore, be prepared to be transferred to another department who won't pick up the phone. Corporate really needs to get involved & train these people how to run a business.

I don't expect much from this Walmart. It is the only non Super Walmart I have ever seen. The employees were very helpful yesterday. The store was better stocked than I have seen it in the past. I didn't find what I was looking for though they did have a variety of lower quality picture frames. I would still go back, at some point, in the hopes of finding what I'm looking for, the next time around.

One of your customer service members, Judy is extremely rude to customers. I hope you address this matter with her to maintain your professionalism and image. I never met a person like she, I hope when I will come next time I can’t find her! Thanks
