Great local store for life's basic essentials. The prices are fair and reasonable. The checkout lines can be a little long, though

Love the prices, even post pandemic, one of the only competitors to Amazon, even though I still use Amazon heavily, if I need something quickly, that's my go to.

After ringing a bell in the auto supplies department 6 times, an employee told not to bother because no one was going to respond. After asking several other employees, for the next 10 minutes to unlock the cabinet I needed merchandise from, I didn't get help for another 15 minutes. No apologies or politeness.

What is nice about this walmart is it has a huge shoprite next to it.so you get a double shopping experience

Fairly small by Walmart standards, but also neat and well organized. I have seen much worse. Very crowded cashier area, but there was actually an employee directing customers to certain lines in order to expedite matters. Bathrooms were clean. Pharmacy was closed. Easy parking.

I purchased a phone from Walmart in Uniondale, I was having problems setting up the phone, I went back the next day to get help from someone in electronics, I got there, no one is in the department so I flagged down an associate to page someone to that department 8 minutes later someone came out they said the couldn’t help me I can return the phone, as I was walking out I seen the guy that helped with the sale the day before. His name was Larry he went above and beyond to help he and explain what I had to do. He said he didn’t even work in electronics he was just there. Larry had very good customer service skills and he was very knowledgeable. If he’s not a manager he should be and he needs a raise.

I purchased a SanDisk media card to take photos and when I inserted the card into my camera it registered as a DEFECTIVE card. I brought it back to this location and was told that they don't take open packaging. So Walmart is now selling defective merchandise and will not take it back. Doesnt say much about their quality control and above all customer service. I will not buy any electronic related merchandise including ink for my printers from Walmart. I will also let my family, friends and peers at school know that if you buy at Walmart you are buying at your own risk. Walmart does not guarantee their products.

Omg that place is a sh&t show. I usually order online and go there for pick up. Their inventory is never up to date, very disorganized place. You order an item online, and it says it is available at the store. Then they charge your card to later send you an email saying the item isn’t in stock. Then you have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. Or sometimes they just hand you an open item when you go for pick up. The team there is very unprofessional. Why am I picking up a used item? ! It’s the crappiest customer service ever!

Lost my phone at the store a day ago, was found and placed at SS desk. Was handed over by this nice associate. Thanks very much.

Whoever designed your shipping and receiving area was smoking crack. Maybe make it reasonably big enough to maneuver a truck thru?

Called 3 times to check and see if a product was “really” available as it showed online. Not one employee picked up the phone. Went over to try my luck to see they didn’t have it in stock and the website LIED.
Went to target bought a similar item app showed 3 in stock all 3 were there on the rack. Learned my lesson no more Walmart.

I was surprised how clean and stocked it was in here. This walmart is much better than the one in valley stream.

9 times out of ten they have exactly what I'm looking for. Plus a good helpful staff makes this Wal-Mart my go to

Wow! Shelves were practically empty. Found a few things I needed, but why is no one restocking? Hey.stop hanging out in the back & RESTOCK the shelves.

Did curbside pickup. Everyone was friendly. I used the app to buy and confirm my pickup but remember to call the number on the sign and let them know you’re there. It helps. Overall, no issues.

Family-friendly staffing, entries while restocking the entire store. Amazing to see how effective and well staff. Every aisle had several employees working hard. Great job! Hope you receive some kind of recognition. Hoping they stocked up on Vitamin D 3, wasn't any available.

They have everything. It's a bit overwhelming- make sure you bring a list so that you don't forget anything.

No grocery, no water refill, area shared with separate adjacent grocer but also lacks water refill, relatively small parking lot is shopping cart hazard mostly because people don't return them & else, among few places this actually an issue causing vehicle damage to Lexi.

I had a good order to pick up outside. Great Gentleman who took care of me! Very Pleased with His Kindness!

With supply chain issues everyone is having, finding what your shopping for has become hit or miss.

This Walmart is my fav to visit. Always well stocked, clean and even though there aren't always a lot of cashiers, the self service registers are all working & usually quicker anyway

They have every thing you need except fresh produce and meats and fish

Called a single product, after 20 minutes of waiting they finally picked up the phone.then got put on hold for 2 hours only for them to hang up on me. Absolute waste of time and just worse than mediocre customer service. I'm going to Target instead.

Nobody knows anything. I placed an order for photos. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. Nothing.
I came back the following day. I was told nobody can help me. I waited for an associate to return from lunch and he could not find the item. I asked for a manager. I was told he/she was coming. Never show up.

Way better then east meadow and union dale clean has more items helpful no lines and always workers around

I placed an order a day before, i checked to see if the item was on hold in the store, it was so I drove 25 mins to the store to pick up the item, when I arrived they told me they had just cancelled the order, its too late and far for me to come back to the store. I am very upset for this mix up. They should check the items constantly to let us know before driving to the store for nothing.

It wasn't that crowded when i went and the advocates was polite and help me with my many questions.

It was not to good of a customer service experience from one employee that had an audience that he didn't want to stop entertaining. I asked for a roller pen and the plastic cutting sheet. He didn't take the time to listen so he sent me to the wax paper section. I went back to the baking section and it finally found it. I was ready to put it down back and walk out.

My overall experience was horrible yesterday in the Jerusalem store, I am still waiting for someone to call me after taken a Nasty fall in the water in your store.

I appreciate the Walmart franchise but this one is lacking. I couldn't find anything. Had to go to the Walmart on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadows

Too many people not enough open registers. Shelves not fully stocked to keep up with demand. Other north NJ Walmarts give better shopping experience.
