It used to be a very good Rite Aid back in the day. I see it changed to Walgreens which I don't care to go to at all. There always seems to be very disrespectful employee's at Walgreens stores. It's rare if you find one with nice employee's there. To bad the Rite Aid left.

Pharmacist was so rude and unprofessional, I feel compelled to write a review. The interaction left me feeling sub-human. This is not my home pharmacy, but I tried to fill my script here today. Due to travel plans, i have permission from my doctor to fill my script a few days early. Pharmacist refused, because she didn't believe my "story. " Obviously that alone is frustrating, but I'm writing this review because of the way she spoke to me. She seemed determined to uncover a nefarious motive behind my desire to fill my script early. She did not allow me to explain, interrupted me when i tried, and even made fun of me when she heard my voice crack, as i started to panic from the stress of her interrogation. When i told her that yes, i was having a panic attack, she sneered that in that case, I should call back later, after I'd done some breathing and "calmed myself down. " Apparently, crying in response to this situation seemed abnormal to her, which further undermined my credibility. In fact, she was the reason i was crying! I'm shocked to have been treated so harshly in a care setting! I will never go here again, and i hope others take care before choosing this place as their preferred pharmacy.

It the worst Walgreen location ever I took my son this get a second dose I brought with the consent form, my state id, his insurance card and the vaccine card that walgreen issue him but I need to provide Id for him. He is only twelve
Years she refused to give us the dose I told her that was not the website did state that and when I went to the first walgreen they did not ask for. She was really rude and gave all the other parents a hard time I never will shop there or use their services again this what they said to bring

PHARMACY STAFF IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL SHOWS IN THE STORE ALWAYS STOCKED WELL WITH ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE

The absolute worst wallgreens pharmacy I’ve been to. I try to avoid this location at all costs. I even prefer to drive 15 min further to the wallgreens in nyack. The pharmacy staff at the tarrytown location complicates my Scripts just about every time. It’s not an insurance issue or even a miscommunication between them and my doctors. I am sick with dual autoimmune Diseases and have a wonderful team of very highly rated doctors. But somehow the staff at this wallgreens pharmacy think they know better then a doctor who has treated me for over a decade. Don’t expect them to help you if they are within 15 mins of closing. They don’t care what consequences my body will have they only want to get out of work at closing time on the dot. Believe me I’m not one to keep anyone working longer then they should, however, there are certain circumstances in which a few minutes would have changed my flair up 100%. I’m spending This Christmas holiday very Sick and in extreme pain because they wouldn’t take and extra 2 minutes to understand the importance of filling what my doctor prescribed. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. This situation has happened multiple times. I will be contacting the highest possible person to file a formal complaint and also will do the same with the BBB as well as any agency with authority to investigate the. Practices of this wallgreens pharmacy location. I waited a day to write this review but as you can tell I’m still extremely frustrated and when it come to heath this is unacceptable.

One of the women that works in the pharmacy is horrible so rude when I asked her a question avoid going to this pharmacy at all costs

Great staff, they always have stock product for every season. Pharmacy guy is friendly and explains about your Rx. Sometime the line is too long but it’s worth the shot of buying here.

Never keep sale iteams stocked and stop raising the prices but i like going there bc some of the employees are the sweetest past and present

This is a wonderful Walgreens location. Its always well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful.
