There needs to be more help at the desk of the pharmacy. I've been put on hold for 30 minutes nobody coming back and saying sorry for keeping you on hold. Then I called back and spoke to someone not at this pharmacy and was told I was being connected directly to the pharmacy and ended up being hung up on. Some of the staff have attitudes. Also, I have called about the same thing and I get different answers. When getting a vaccine, even after I fill everything out online, it still takes about 15 minutes to get the paperwork done. That's not counting the amount of time I have already stood in line for. Its an average of 25 minutes waiting in line. I have been a customer for many years and I am seriously considering going somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, yet there are no alternatives in downtown Buffalo. If there is a line of more than 2 people, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes. When there's more than 4 people I turn around and attempt to come back later.
For the customers that take a long time - you put them to the side and have someone else handle them. Keep the line moving - when someone picks up a script, it should not take more than 1 minute, assuming the customer has checked to make sure it's ready in advance. But don't call them, it will take over 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone - do it online.
For the more difficult customers, you should penalize them by having them wait to get their concerns addressed in detail, not the regular customers.
I used to live in downtown Chicago. There would sometimes be lines of more than 10 people after the 5pm rush hour. Would take 15 minutes tops, they understand how to keep a line moving. How is this not standardized across all Walgreens? This isn't a mom & pop shop.

This store is probably the most unreliable store of its kind I've ever encountered. At least half a dozen times in four months it's been inexplicably closed for no apparent reason. That's apart from it's falsely advertising itself as a 24 hr.store. Very bad.

This location needs to bring back security. It seens every time I go here I witness people walking out with stolen items while I am in line to cash out.

If I can do less I promise I would. After leaving multiple messages my scripts were ready I go, after calling to confirm, that there’s nothing in the system for me. The short version. Left more details with corporate and will also be in touch with the Better Business Bureau.

Nobody here seems to be available and looks like they don't even want to be there. And I felt like a fool in line ready to pay for my items while watching people walk out with stolen beer and laundry detergents. What happened to security?

This Walgreens is very unappreciated the workers work so hard and do so much to go out of their way to try and help and make you satisfied you might see the negative reviews but there is so much good at the store they are friendly helpful and all around amazing.

No one here knows what there doing I'd recommend going to another pharmacy they told me my scripts were delayed, I went to another pharmacy and they were ready right away. Not to mention every time I go theres an extremely long wait and the people that work there are very unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere eles

Absolutely the worst experience! There was a large black lady laying on the countertop playing on her phone complaining about having to work on Juneteenth and how she was going to refuse to work on Independence Day because she didn't feel it was fair Walgreens made her work on a holiday that has only existed for two years. If she wanted it off, she could have requested it instead of whining and complaining to other staff in front of customers. Definitely won't go to that location again. There's doesn't seem to be any management around to manage the staff.

Large shop with masses of choice. Selling usual pharmaceuticals, also has pick up for prescriptions and medications. Stocked anything/everything - sun creams, skin care, clothes, food. Main check out service is slow, so queue slow.

Horrible experience! I use Walgreens local to me, I do not live in Buffalo. This store was used out of convenience for my daughter who is forming at a local college. I called to verify availability and pick up with applicable insurance applied. Over the phone I was told all the medications will be ready, available and insurance is applied without issue. They gave me a ready time, I told my daughter to go two hours past that ready time to insure it would be ready. My daughter gets there (for the second day because they day before there was ann issue) and there is issue with insurance and prescription. I called while she was there, in disbelief because of the contradiction of information. I was told be the Pharmacist or Tech that it’s unfortunate and that the call center representatives “suck”! We changed to this pharmacy for convenience due to the relationship with our mail order pharmacy program. Regretful of the change while in Buffalo.

I was sent over from urgent care for a script in pain was told that I'd have to wait until tomorrow to get the scrip filled at a store that it was sent to when he could have fixed it in the computer I shouldn't have given this store a star horrible service

Very fast and courteous service and helpful staff there even if you're here from out-of-state they transfer prescriptions for you also in a timely.

Can't tell when the store is open. Says 24/7 but half the time when I get there at night there is a sign that says they're closed. People need 24 hour drug store we rely on it to be open when they say they will be open.

The lines are always long, the cashiers always have an attitude are constantly on their phones. This has to be the worst Walgreens.

The service at this store is horrifying, if you could even call simply checking out service. Unbelievably, the last 2 times I've been there the exact same cash register malfunctioned, and it was the only register open. They had to send me to the cosmetics counter to check out. And there was already a line a mile long before this even happened. People were not pleased to say the least. And it is always like this. And it's not even a busy store. Almost every customer checking out encounters some kind of problem. I find it unbelievable that considering how bad the problem is they don't do something about it.

The girl at the register was aweful, the paper bags break easily. I walked, it was a pretty day my bag was lite and the handles broke instantly.

I just waited an hour and 15 Mins to pick up the PHONE. Pharmacy is so badly understaffed. I feel bad for them.
But they need to hire people, so that's not my fault. But I could have walked there to ask why my scripts are ready in less time.

Always a long line and sometimes they shut down the drive thru.which is annoying.

Managers get your people some help.
