I called to discuss my prescription. The phone rang for 45 minutes without an answer.
I will have to take a 25 minute un-necessary trip.
I am very disappointed at the way Waulgreens treats i customers. This treatment makes me want to look for another pharmacy,

DONT EVEN BOTHER. Go to the Walgreens on Fillmore. DO NOT CALL OR COME HERE. It’s awful awful awful. They do NOT pick up the phone. They are the most incompetent ppl you will come across. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on Fillmore

I typically order online for pickup since most locations are really busy when I visit. I ordered to do a pickup here since it was on my way home. They didnt have a majority of the items I needed and I wasn't going to stop for just one item so I tried to cancel (that way i could get my coupons back to reuse for an online delivery). I called 4 times, 3 times I was told to hold then they just hung up (I assumed I was disconnected) the 4th time I was on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to just call the main hotline and they were able to cancel it, thankfully, but this location seems to have bad customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because this location has more items than the location closest to my house. But I definitely will not be going there again.

Don't even think about stepping foot into this disastrous Walgreens pharmacy. The level of incompetence and lackadaisical attitude displayed by their staff is simply appalling. I foolishly decided to give them another chance and went there while enduring an excruciating 15-minute hold on their phone line. There were only two of us waiting, and yet they managed to still keep me on hold on the phone repeatedly while the five workers in the back seemed to be having a grand old time, completely ignoring their responsibilities.

I can't fathom what the four idle workers were up to, probably having a party back there! One person was half-heartedly manning the register, but the rest? Your guess is as good as mine. Clearly, their priorities lie anywhere but in serving the customers.

I've had enough of this nonsense and I'm already making the switch to a different pharmacy. Walgreens corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at their employees and their total lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered online, and there was also a sale on the item, so I bought 4 of them. Walgreens sent me an email when the order was ready, so I picked it up after work. Made my way inside to the counter and the item was at the front desk.

Pharmacy is very fast no long waiting like church ave and Utica a hour on the line in store and pharmacy it sucks they need more help on church ave and Utica pharmacy and store. The pharmacist is stress out and dont think customer medicine and stress out pharmacist doesn't go together. They need help on church Ave and Utica. Pharmacy tech can't answer any questions ask because they are swamp with a very long line. They over worked and can't answer a question put to them they don't know how to answer a question they can't ask the pharmacist because she's overwhelmed handling customer medicine

Excellent Customer Service. A young lady name Zyoni Magnus, a female employee who works there, did a wonderful job providing me customer service. She was kind, patient, helpful, and reliable. When I needed assistance with finding an item, she was there to assist me. Another young lady name Brianna, a female employee who works there in the pharmacy section, did an excellent job providing me customer service. She was helpful, reliable, patient, and kind. Whenever I needed assistance, or had questions regarding my prescription, she was there to provide me with the answers.

Do NOT waste your time. Photo machines haven’t worked for MONTHS. I went to 4 different Walgreens today and no photo machines are working at any location. What’s even worse is there is NO communication amongst these stores. I definitely recommend go to CVS.

Cashiers are rude and. Ot helpful was there today around 3: 45 especially the one with the long curly weave

Some of the staff are so rude & ignores customers (especially a light skin young lady w/braces). She's always on her. I'm only giving 2 stars bc the store is usually clean & stock to most times.

Sad when even the pharmacist keeps answering the phone and placing it on hold. Waiting for 40 minutes now

Had to go get my own help. Workers aren't identifiable and they ignore customers. What happened?

Wow first time at the store and what a terrible experience.visited the store on 9/26/22 about between about 7: 20 pm- 7: 45 pm, and there was a female employee there with gold hair, what a disgusting attitude. I was trying to drop off a package for someone but it was missing the label so she said I would have to get it printed and return with the package so I went to staples and got the label printed.when I returned I saw her outside infront of the store so I said excuse me is there someone inside that can help me with the package.instead of just saying yes someone is there.she just snapped at me "IM ON MY BREAK", her behavior was so disgusting, thankfully there was a gentleman inside that was very helpful and help me with the package.

Girl behind the counter with the fake dreads was more preoccupied with her phone than serving her customers. Was there today and the service ducks. The light skin heavy girl in the aisle.she should have no business in customer service.

Store was not crowded, yet the 2 people I asked to help me find a product were of no help. One just pointed me to an aisle, the other simply said she was not doing that, to ask the 2 ladies behind the register. Horrible customer service!

This location needs a self checkout. There aren't enough cashiers working but that can be solved by adding check-out machines that allow the customer to self checkout. The lines in here are horrendous.

The pharmacist was courteous and friendly, and she answered all of my questions respectfully. Their customer service well surpassed my standards.

Worst pharmacy. Extremely slow. Pharmacist should be getting prescriptions ready not answering phone calls and checking prescription status. Well over an hour wait for two easy to fill prescriptions.

The pharmacy is the slowest I have seen. Everytime I come here I'm on the line for at least 10- 15 minutes. Right now I have been on for ten minutes and the same person has been at the window. The lady doesn't know what she's doing. The pharmacist has to come help her.
There's nobody else to help the others on the line. So we just stand here waiting.

This is the worst walgreens.go somewhere else for your prescription.you will have to sit all day for someone to answer the phone.does not matter if you are calling as a customer or drs.office.

The place is clean and well-organized. The place lack proper visual indicator. There's no floor markings for convid-19 distance requirements. The male attendent at the pharmacy lacks common sense and needs a refresher course on customer service.

I like it. It’s usually my go to spot for late night runs. The store is always clean, they associates are helpful, and they always good deals.
