Very disappointed with the service. I have been going to Vivid Photo Inc for many years. I have had photos downloaded from my phone, purchased frames, had custom frames made for old photos, purchased albums and had wallet photos laminated. Last week I wanted to laminated four wallet photos that my niece sent to me. Last yr the price was $2 per for the same size I brought in last week. They wanted $3.50 for each wallet photo that I wanted laminated. They were unwilling to offer a discount for a long time customer.
They have lost my business.
