I love this place, they are very clean and efficient. I don’t wait at all to get my nails done, all the workers are so nice! Love it here

I’ve been with them for a while. They are very attentive. I usually don’t wait more than 20 min if it’s really busy. Vivi is a sweetheart and the place is clean.

Very expensive and poorly does your nails! Nails done on Fri Uv gel and Saturday one of the nails lift from the top of nails!
Went back on Monday to let them see and going to tell me they are busy! IDC HOW BUSY YOU WILL FIX THIS! PERIODT NO POINT OF RETURN AFTER THIS NAIL IS FIXED! SMDH

As a person who has went to many different nail salons, I can confidently say that Vivian Nail Spa is the best in Queens. Vivian knows exactly what she’s doing and is the sweetest, and her daughter Leah has amazing technique as well! I absolutely adore all of the ladies. Each and every one of them are delicate and precise. I feel very comfortable, relaxed and welcome every single time I go. I have been going here for years now and not once have I had a bad experience in the slightest at this nail salon. I fall asleep during my pedicure and wake up to perfection every time! I trust these ladies and they really never disappoint me.

2022: still an amazing place, so friendly!

I decided to try this salon for the first time as it has good reviews and it’s close to my house by car. I got there on time for my 11 am appointment but they had me wait 10 minutes and left my nails to soak for another 20 minutes which seems to be a long time of acetone on my nails. I understand that they were busy but I expected to be out by 12 pm, 12: 15 pm latest as I had my cousin’s wedding to go to. When I initially booked the appointment, the woman told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour which I planned accordingly. Finally when they got to me, there were two ladies working on each of my hands. The lady who was standing as she worked on my right hand was really rough with my nails and nipped my skin because it hurt my thumb and I see a red mark left. I looked past that, whatever it happens. But what got me so upset is my technician named Joy didn’t even do a proper job with the gel manicure, especially for $35. I spent an hour and forty minutes for a sloppy job; there are so many streaks and they didn’t even cover the sides of my nails (Look at the photos attached for reference). I made sure to express how upset I was but they didn’t offer anything and said I should still pay the full amount. This was a big waste of my time and money. I should’ve just gone to my usual salon.

If you are a woman of color, don’t waste your time, they act like your money is no good to them. Vivian will give you the least talented person to do your nails and when you know what’s supposed to be done properly with nail cate she looks at you with that dumb look. It’s clean place, but there is no professional care. Only two people know how to do nails I’m there and they are always booked.

I've come to this place before and this hasn't happened to me. The worst gel manicure I have ever received, she took 2 HOURS to do my manicure and in the end my nails are uneven and shapeless, I had to go back because I had spots on my nails that weren't painted. I never go back to this place again

Lots of covid precautions in place. Everyone wore masks, temperature was taken before entry, and we were asked to sign a waiver.
Spa pedicure and manicure was fantastic as always.

Everyone is so nice and friendly.
They do a really neat job!
Massage is wonderful too!
