Vital Roots is the best and Dr Hillary was amazing! She is thorough, professional and friendly. She explains everything, treats your pain, and gives you some things to do at home to help you heal. I recommend them to everyone!

I was visiting family in Buffalo when I slipped on the ice and hurt my back. I was barely able to move and needed a good fix. I searched in the area and found Dr. Eric and his coworker Dr. Denison. They were the closest office but didn’t have the most reviews. As a veteran who travels a lot and has visited a lot of chiropractors, I’m always skeptical. I’ve visited a lot of okay chiropractors and I was nervous. However, Dr. Eric was able to address my back pain and provided some of the best care I have ever received. I would genuinely drive hours to see him and can say their care is world class. If you’re in Buffalo or a surrounding area you need to stop in. Whether it’s for a regular adjustment or for a one time fix. 10/10 would recommend.

She took time to explain what was likely causing my pain, and also explained what she was doing as did the adjustments. The facility is beautiful. Bright, clean, and professional. Awesome” That’s the one word I can use to express the care I received at Dr Eric Colon. Dr. Eric Colon was the best chiropractor I have ever had to work on my back, spine, and shoulders. He used lots of high tech equipment to help diagnose and treat my condition. Also he gives you stretching to help your injury. I highly recommend him, I will definitely be back to to office for treatment!

Dr. Colon and Dr. Dension communicate with each other about my appointments so they are caught up and it helps save time at the next appt. They offer so many great services, after going for a few weeks I already notice improvements and less pain. They explain everything clearly and I walk out of there feeling better knowing whats going on with my body. The space is clean, welcoming and I feel very comfortable every time I am there.   Glad I found them. I would definitely recommend it.

Dr. Eric was so helpful in relieving my pregnancy related nerve and hip pain! After adjusting me, He showed me exercises to try at home to help keep the pain away. He took his time to make sure I understood how to properly do each exercise before leaving. I had a Great experience.

Went for my first chiropractor appointment at Vital Roots Chiropractic and Wellness with the amazing Hilary Denison. If you are looking for chiropractic and overall wellness care I HIGHLY recommend you make an appointment. Hilary went above and beyond to help with my chronic neck, back and hip issues. She did so much more for me than my previous chiropractor. She not only gave me a better adjustment than I’ve ever gotten before but she also gave exercises to help with my chronic issues. 10/10 recommend

I am a college athlete who has had debilitating shoulder and back pain from shoulder MDI and a SLAP tear for going on a year now. I recently decided to go see Dr. Denison. She listened to me, understood me, and was able to ease my pain for the first time in months with therapeutic modalities, simple adjustments, and rehabilitation exercises. I would highly recommend this office for everyone, the doctors and staff are kind, caring, and amazing at what they do!
