My salesman, Al and Jake were wonderful and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve had the best shopping experience ever and purchasing a car. I will definitely recommend them as a matter of fact my father-in-law is going there on Monday to talk to them about trading his Nissan frontier in and purchasing a new vehicle.

Very friendly, if there is any problem they will notify you before attempting to work on it. I've been going here since 2011. I just had my first oil change which was complementary with my new auto (2020 Sentra SR) purchase. I also had a possible safety recall which was addressed and my car did not have this problem (phew). Again, the staff here at Vision Nissan are the best!
2023: My Nissan Sentra needed to have the rear brakes replaced (only 10,000 miles) or it wouldn't pass New York state inspection. I didn't drive it much due to the pandemic but the brakes should have lasted longer than 10,000 miles.

I recently switched from Vision Nissan Greece to Vision Nissan Webster and I’m really happy I did. I couldn’t even get a hold of anyone at Greece and my husband has had a horrible experience with their service “team” as well. No one ever calls back and finally when he ended up talking to Colton there, he told him “I could’ve told you to go kick rocks but I didn’t”. Honestly it was such disgusting behavior, horrible customer service there. I made an appointment online and ended up calling the day before to make sure I was still on the schedule with Webster. I ended up talking to Adam and he was excellent. When I went in the next day, literally everyone was so nice. Acknowledging my existence is a huge step up from Greece. I saw Adam the next morning and he remembered me calling. He was extremely pleasant, thorough, and also helped me get set up with future service for my husband. I appreciate the team in Webster and especially Adam, as first impressions are everything. He got myself and my husband set up with accounts and the transition with seamless. He checked in with me at the end and made sure I was happy. I can’t thank him enough for making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the service and looking forward to having the ease of scheduling in the future.

I purchased a 2023 Sentra. My car buying experience could not have gone any better. I had excellent customer service from Mike, Aal, & Andy. They made the process as easy and stress free as possible. I'll highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I went to Vision Nissan in Webster Saturday, and came home with a vehicle. Frank, Mike, Andrew, and Jake were all great to work with! They treated me very very well, answered my questions, and worked to stay within my budget. I did not feel pressured at all, and we had some laughs along the way. I was not expecting to go home with a vehicle the same day! Thank you for expediting that! There is a Vision location closer to where I live, but I felt bombarded & harassed by their communication after simply inquiring online about a vehicle. I had to block them on phone & email. I will not go to that one. So grateful Webster location was not like that. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one!

Passionate service members, easy paperwork process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all questions and made sure i was taken care of. I was told that even if i didn’t buy with vision Nissan, they would get me in a vehicle for my travels until i found one that suited me.

They tried to kill me and total my vehicle by loosening a nut on a tie rod end that I recently had replaced by the experts at Advent Auto at the time they repaired the oil change problem they had.

I went here to see what they could do on a trade and left with a new SUV. This process was very quick and painless compared to other dealerships. Dan Vogt started the process and from the very start was a great sales associate even on the day of signing the papers. Then before leaving he walked me through all the details of the SUV before driving off. It was nice to know about some features before leaving and trying to read about them later. Also, Phil M.in finance was great to work with, he had all the papers ready to go and walked me through everything I was signing so I could make sure I was understanding everything. Overall a very great experience and I'm very happy with my new SUV, Thank you all.

I went in just to get an idea for prices and ended up leaving with a great deal. Mike s. Is an absolute sweetheart and made this process move smoothly. I will definitely be back when it is time to trade in.
And Phil in finance made it a fun process to sign and make sure I’m completely covered in case anything were to happen.

We turned in our leased 2020 Nissan Sentra and got a new leased 2022 Nissan Sentra. Got a great deal. With the help of Michael Sciarratta, Sales Associate. He’s very nice.
