Jim and Mike were great got me into the exact vehicle I wanted and handled the business quickly.

My sales representative Phil was phenomenal. He was very helpful and straightforward. My insurance took over a week to process and Phil was there every step of the way helping in everyway he could, he was very patient and understanding. Would definitely be working with Phil again. Mike T. The finance manager was very nice he helped with finalizing a lot of my paperwork great guy.

Kyle had the car ready to go when I arrived, and was responsive to my questions. Mike, the finance manager was efficient, personable, and professional. Great experience overall with these guys!

I asked about a vehicle in their inventory around the end of September, they responded quickly that they had the vehicle. Our initial communication was pretty decent until I mentioned I was out of state. After that communication broke down. I expressed that due to my working hours I wouldn’t be able to communicate easily and requested to go by email. Which I was told it was fine; in reality it wasn’t. I was spammed by phone calls when I was asleep, they refused to email me, and overall stopped communicating in the first week of October.

I understand why they’d be apprehensive about someone claiming to be out of state, only communicates through email, and barely answered on the phone. So I got up on 4 hours of sleep and called them during working hours. I was shuffled around and then denied talking to the sales people who suddenly disappeared during working hours. I found that confusing but left a message saying to contact me so we could begin the process of buying a car so it would be 90% done by the time I flew in. I never got a response back from them.

Overall I’m sure they are a great dealership but they completely dropped the ball on this interaction. I ended up going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. I leave this warning behind for anyone out of state or just distanced away from the dealer, do not come here, they’re bad at listening to instructions, they’re bad at communication, and overall don’t care about you.

This store sold me a car for 14k now and I could trade it in in a year. It turns out that after a year they now say that it is only worth 4 thousand, the very rude manager with a bad attitude did not look for a solution. Don't go, they rob you and deceive you, look for another option or better go to Nissan since they deceived me.

I was very appreciative of the professionalism and ease of dealing with both Jim and Mike! This was a positive experience and I’ll be back in the future.

I left 3 voice mail messages and 1 hand written message over 5 days for service to call me back about my Sante Fe leaking oil. No returned calls. If your car requires fixing find someone else. They clearly don't care.

I then called other garages and they all verified that whenever they call for assistance no one talk to them. Message after message and no call back. I would leave no stars if I could.

Mike T and David D were super fast and fluent with there jobs that I will always come back. Super easy to talk to and never stopped trying to get me the car I wanted. Thank you guys are the best

Don't buy an Ioniq 5 from them. I brought mine there for service and they waited until I showed up for the appointment to tell me that they don't work on the Ioniq 5. So basically, if you buy one from them they won't fix your windshield wipers on your 8 month old car.

I worked with a sales person named Eddie. He was extremely rude to me. I (and the dealership office) spent a lot of time working with each other. I visited here 3 times (buying a car isn't a straightforward task). The last time I was trying to settle on a price asking questions from the quote print out that was given to me, he just cut me off in between and his exact words "I DONT CARE". He was like if I want to buy the vehicle I can or he can find another buyer. I visited a lot of dealerships shopping for cars and I negotiated the same way with everyone, no one was ever this rude.they were all polite enough to let me know the best they could do and no more than that. This is supposed to a professional dealership and not a Facebook market place to act so rude and impatient. They ran a credit check on me without having enough knowledge about the 0% APR finance process.if you are selling something as expensive as $20,000+, as a customer I'd expect the dealership to know everything and prompt to clarify any details with me BEFORE running the credit check. HIGHLY irresponsible of that sales person Eddie. At least the remaining staff were nice to me.

I started my car search by calling all of the local dealerships and asking them if they had any of the vehicles I was looking to test drive on their lots. Some did not have anyone available to come to the phone. Others did not have what I was looking for and did not listen to what I was saying. When I called Vision Hyundai I was immediately greeted by the Manager, Massimo who heard me out. He asked all the right questions about what I needed and why. He was able to recommend a vehicle that would meet my criteria at a better price range than I imagined. I came in for a test drive where I was introduced to Jill Haddock. She was amazing right from the start. Within minutes she had us behind the wheel ready to test drive a car with absolutely no waiting around. When we were happy with the first car, but I had a few concerns she heard me out. She cared about what I wanted. She returned immediately with car that met all my criteria. It was still an important decision for us. We took a week to finalize the purchase. Jill was the best. She was patient, caring, and fun to be around. The entire Team treated us like family that week. Sales Manager Joseph was a big help, making sure we understood everything we were moving forward with. They worked with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed. They were able to get us amazing rates on our financing. When it was time to do the final paperwork, Zachary made it a pleasant and stress-free experience. This is my first Hyundai - I got a sporty looking Red one. Alex went out of his way working with us trying to find just the right fit for my husband and I. We started with the Tuscon but found the Santa Fe gave us the comfortable room that we were looking for. All of the bells and whistles certainly helped too. I always have such a pleasant experience whenever I walk into Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua. I have always worked with Eddie as a salesman, and have called him on an a day off when I couldn't remember something as simple as how to turn the light to my screen off. It has been a long time since I wrote a review on great customer service but I can now. I have purchased cars in the past but I never was as relaxed and confident in the sale as I was with Aaron. An employee named Eddie was rude to me on the phone and could be heard talking poorly of me to coworkers as he was putting the phone on hold to transfer me.

Never shop here. I called about an advertisement that I felt was misleading and was met with a horrible attitude and threats. Whoever I spoke to told me to come to the dealership myself so they could "meet me in the parking lot". STAY AWAY

I was looking for a left over vehicle to save and I was more than
pleased with the top of the Hyundai Line in the vehicle the dealer

Problems with car since day one driving off the lot told it would be it would be taken care of never was! Took two months of calling management and another vision to even get my car in they had it for two weeks to pretty much say they couldn’t find anything wrong when there is in fact stuff wrong! I would never recommend the trouble at this place to anyone just junk cars and junk repairs! I had to go in the garage and get questioned by their mechanic so I could show them what was wrong maybe it’s time to hire new employees that actually know cars!
