Had a great experience! Went in looking for something very specific. Anthony and Aaron were awesome and didn’t try to deviate from what I was looking for. And Lily in finance was absolutely amazing!
Would highly recommend if you’re looking for stress free car shopping!

Bad experience:
Their site shows that a specific car has 2 incentive deals to lease it. So, the first thing I said when I arrived was if I am getting those incentives than I’ll probably lease. They resonded with I think so, so I stayed there and jumped through all the hoops for almost 2 hours, only to be told that 1 of the deals was not for the car. I then showed them the website with both incentives on the exact car, but they still refused to give it to me.
The offer they gave to me still looked good minus the one incentive, so I signed it (the good old “sign this” scam). A manager then ran out from the back office and grabbed it and said he made a big mistake. He had made an MSRP error, and I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for them to come back with an offer more than $100 dollars a month higher than the original offer. I didn’t take the offer and walked out. Isn’t the whole point of making me wait out there to make sure you get the calculations absolutely correct? Oh wait no, it’s a ruthless tactic to try and make me feel more invested in the purchase so I make a decision I’m not happy with.
The dealership itself feels a little disorganized, and not as nice as other local dealerships. They couldn’t even find the key to the exact car I wanted to test drive. To top it off, I went on their online “store” after the visit, and the original offer they wouldn’t give me in person was still there! I tried purchasing the exact car on their “Express Store”, but it’s just another way to scam people to walk in their door. You’re not purchasing anything when you do it online, it still shows the car as available after going through it. You put in personal information, submit a photo ID, a digital signature that you give the okay to use on paperwork, and in the end, you just get a deal sheet and another generic email or call trying to get you to come into the dealership. Also, I received no responses to their chat option ever. Oh, and whenever you get a call from them, there’s a magical sales event that keeps moving forward by a day. So convenient!

My overall experience with Vision was a very good one. June, the salesperson, was exceptional. Other staff members were also pleasant and helpful with the purchase.

I am quite pleased, so far, with my CPO Elantra.

My only criticism is that a promised reversal of $53.00 charge, for a temporary title on my trade-in, should be considered worth not reversing by the dealer.

The day after my purchase, I took the trouble to mail the actual title, but the dealer apparently refuses to reverse the charge or to reimburse the amount. Three phone calls and one email were to no avail.

A buyer with a trade-in should be aware of this.

I had a great experience at Vision Hyundai thanks to Benny (sales) and Zach (finance manager)! I shopped all the big stores in Buffalo to find the best price on a new Ioniq 5, but none of them came remotely close to Vision Hyundai in Rochester! It was totally worth the trip!

Not sure what is going on with their showroom staff but went there with the hopes of purchasing a car and was left hanging in the wind. Ended up leaving after no one answered the page overhead by the front desk staff. You are probably better served going to Matthews or a different Hyundai dealership.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL from this location on November 16th, 2022. After looking over the paperwork that I had been given, I noticed that they had only given me an unsigned copy of my retail installment contract for Summit FCU.

I went back into the dealership to ask for a copy of each document they had me sign when I purchased my new car. Upon discovering the fact that they had refused to give me any copies at the time of purchase, their finance manager and I discovered that my signature had actually been forged on multiple different documents, including an extended service contract for $2,995.00 that I had paid tax and interest on.

I brought this to the attention of their General Manager and he played nice guy until he heard the word "legality" and then refused to speak with me as they "have a team of lawyers in Miami that would be happy to take my case".

I simply asked for them to fix their wrongs, by refunding Summit FCU the money they had stolen, and I have yet to see any changes reflected on my account.

I do not recommend this company, brand or this specific dealership to anyone. My entire family has purchased their vehicles from this location for several years now and we will obviously be changing where we shop.

I stopped in to look at vehicles on August 28th and made an appointment with the service department while I was there. They could not see me until 9/12/2023 so I made an appointment for this date. I was told I could drop the car off after hours the night before. I dropped my car off on 9/11/2023 around 7: 00 pm. This was after I called the service department multiple times requesting a call back to confirm my appointment and get instructions on where to go exactly for the afterhours drop off. I never received a call back. On the 12th (today) after not receiving a call regarding the status of my car I called the service department and was told they would hopefully get to my car by the end of the week mind you my appointment was today 9/12 and I have waited two weeks already to be seen. I expressed this to the phone operator who put me on a brief hold and came back to tell me they can hopefully look at my car by tomorrow. I am upset to hear this after having to already wait 2 weeks to bring my car in and now hear the date I had an appointment they were not going to look at my car and no one was going to even call me to inform me of this, they were just going to call me whenever they finally got to looking at my car. The frustration with this also comes with the fact that the dealership called me 4 separate times today by 3 separate people inquiring about buying my vehicle even though I had already let them know I was not interested in doing so. When trying to communicate with the person on the phone (one of them being a manager) they cut me off to end the call or to transfer me to another department even though I had already expressed reaching out to that department had not gotten me anywhere. As a customer I am expected to respect their time without the same treatment being given back to me. I am extremely disappointed because now I have to sit and wait and not know when I will get my car back when I have upcoming responsibilities for both me and family members in which I will need my car back for. The purpose of this visit is to get my vehicle fixed so I can safely travel to do the things I need to get done. I want to get my car fixed and back for these upcoming responsibilities, but this service has been unreliable, and I am now believing bringing my car here was a mistake.

It took about 1 month to even get my appointment and so I dropped off my car 6 days ago and haven’t heard a word from them since, I’ve tried calling their service center line at least 10 times over almost a weeks worth of days and after leaving about 7 messages I still have not heard back about the status of my vehicle, this is getting to the point where I’m gonna sit in your offices till someone tells why you’ve had my car for 6days and have not updated me on any progress or status or at least had the respect to return my calls and say you haven’t even touched the car yet, be seeing you soon! Rlly wish they added negative points on here when it’s needed it would be very helpful

Updated review, took our 2017 Santa Fe Sport in to have all of the brakes replaced brand new put on.
Well day after then new brakes were installed, every time we backed the car up and applied the brakes we would get a horrid squeal / skreech noise. Took the car back in to the dealership and they said most likely someone forgot to apply lube to the shims.

Now a day after their "fix" of supposed lube to the shims and guess what.brakes STILL SCREECHING when you are in reverse!

Do your mechanics actually know what they are doing? !

Had a great experience with Vision Hyundai. They made leasing my car easy. No haggling and I got a fair price and a beautiful Tucson. Ben was an exceptional salesperson who took his time with me and showed me all the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Zach was great in the finance department. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to pressure me into buying things I didn't need. Overall it was a pleasure

I went to their website where they clearly and boldly advertised an elantra for 0% apr for 48 months and you could buy it right through the website and do a contactless delivery. Sounded awesome. After applying for financing and reserving the vehicle for delivery, I called their store to get the odometer reading for insurance purposes. They had apparently never heard of their own "express car buying program" where you can buy a car through their own website. They had no clue who I was or what I was talking about, yet the car was there and they could read out the odometer. I had to to explain the website to the salesman, who was astonished that this even existed. They then said I needed to provide proof that I was purchasing this vehicle. I sent them everything I had and apparently that wasn't good enough for them to be able to go on? So I got super weirded out and frustrated, after being interviewed about this website on 3 separate phone calls. So I just said "if you have never heard of your own website I guess I won't buy this car. " The "salesman" said "ok bub" and was about to hang up. No attempt to help me purchase said vehicle or apologize for how uninformed they were or anything. Just "ok bub". Fine, but I asked where did my photo of my license go? How do I know this deal is canceled? He says his manager would call me. Surprise, they didnt. Anyway, avoid this place like the plague in my opinion. They clearly don't care about their potential customers.

I recently visited Vision Hyundai Henrietta and was blown away by the exceptional service and professionalism provided by their team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like a valued customer.

The salesperson Evan, who assisted me was knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. He took the time to listen to my needs and help me sort out a car and went above and beyond to help me with my car.

The financing process was also a breeze, thanks to helpful and transparent finance team Doug, Munzie, and Zach. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood all of my options before finalizing the agreement. And a huge thanks to Joe Foster for taking the time in helping me with my car. Much appreciated.

Overall, my experience at Vision Hyundai Henrietta was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you're warranty has expired, get your car fixed anywhere else. They quoted me $2K-$3K to get my engine light to go off & repairs to pass inspection. My engine light was still on after they replaced my engine (they immediately denied covering the cost of replacing the engine, but corporate offices got it covered). I left a message with the service manager and never received a call back. I won't even go back for my free oil change because I don't trust them anymore. I got my car repaired, engine light off and passed inspection somewhere else and it cost me just over $400. Not $2K+.

Just purchased a beautiful Tucson Limited at this dealership. I had the BEST experience with Evan in Sales and Zachary the Finance Manager. It was a smooth transaction and I was out the door with a very gorgeous automobile, pinch me it's mine, that I will enjoy for years and years to come. Great dealership to do business with!

This place needs to be reported for false advertising they promise to help people in financial or credit needs and once they pull your credit report they turn around and try to get a whole lot of money out of the consumers

My experience was the worst! My daughter purchased a lemon from Daryl Ballard last year, it needed repairs as soon as we got it. We took it back a year later to upgrade and was not offered anything for the trash they sold me. I went to another dealership and Amy Zimmer took care of me! Financial challenges and all. I would never recommend this dealership! Uncle Bob's Toyota Rocks!
