Went to village Dodge today for some transmission filters. The gentleman at the parts counter was extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Weeks to get an A/C compressor. Days to get a belt. So my truck was there for almost 3 weeks. Almost $2000 later it was done.
For Supercar prices you would think they would have inventory.
Hourly prices are stiff. Maybe not worse than other dealers, but still.

First time here and I will surely be back! Excellent experience all around, my sales person was Katie Kobos and she was PHENOMENAL. High recommended, also Matt was great too! Can't wait to build a great long lasting relationship here.

Untrustworthy.
Unorganized.privacy was violated, couldn't even give a full tank of gas and nickel and dimes me, made me pay overnight a title was never told to bring, then broke promise on destroying check, and charged me $75 in doc fees then wanted reg fee of $65. Bought brand new vehicle. Which was told would be $32k but somehow became 33k.
Shifty people.
Should have known better, their rep 30 years ago was bad, still is. Customer service is not their strong suit.

I had best experience at Village Dodge Jeep. My sales person was Katie Kobos. She so down to earth and such a great listener. Just overall great person to work with. I would buy another car from Katie. We also delt Matt in finance and he's gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable as well. I believe Village Dodge has a great team. I love my 2018 Jeep Wrangler 2 door.

We hope the dealership realizes just how fortunate they are to have Bo Berzal as Service Manager and Justin as Parts Manager. They both were refreshingly honest when dealing with us and turned what could have been an unpleasant situation into a VERY positive experience. Great job, guys!

This may be the worst place to ever bring your car. My car has been sitting there for 4 weeks without a single phone call on their end. I have called at least 5 times only getting the same answer that they fixed it and it’s running 90% good there’s just one more thing they have to do. All this only to find today that they are now going to try to diagnose the problem. The manager “Bo” also promised today to call in 15 minutes to tell me what the problem was and me and my mom sat somewhere with service for 50 minutes without a word so we could get the chance to find out what the problem is, but still no call. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CAR BACK!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE! In over 40 odd years of my driving experience, I’ve never experienced anything like this! My son brought his Jeep in 4 weeks ago. Never once did they call. They fixed random things, but did not address what the actual code said to do, which means the check engine light is STILL on. I believe they disregarded him because he’s young. Perhaps they will do this if you are old as well. We are very patient people, but are starting to get extremely frustrated. So, today I spoke with the manager, who, at 4: 30 in the afternoon said they will diagnose the problem (!) and call me back in 15 minutes. We waited for over an hour in a place where we had cell service to no avail. He never called. This is after my son was assured by a service person that his car would be definitely be done by today.
At this point, this is inexcusable, and completely unprofessional. It’s to the point of being outright rude. The manger said to me today “I didn’t realize this was a rush job”! It’s the 4th week.
What a joke.

My husband and I went to Village Dodge for help with a warranty claim that was denied twice by Chrysler customer service.
First denial - claim not submitted within the time frame of the 5yr 100,00 mile warranty. We proved that denial to be incorrect.
Second denial - rear axle bearing and seal not part of drive train. Chryslers published warranty says rear axle and bearing are part of drive train.
Third denial - came from Chrysler District rep through the service manager at Village Dodge The claim was denied again because our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 was not taken to a Dodge dealer for emergency repairs when the seal let go. We were 400 miles from home when this happened. Our request for district reps name and phone number was denied. Our request to have him call us was also denied.

This denial is now on file with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. We were told by a representative from FTC that it is unlawful to dictate where repairs to our vehicles have to be done.

Not happy with customer service at all. My father in law went there. They tried to upsell stuff he did not need at all. Service writer did not understand what No means. My father in law asked the service writer to speak with me. I did. His name was Bryan and he was rude and arrogant. My father in law ill never go there again

Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude in August. Black on Black. Came up from NYC. Worked with Matt Backlund. Great Customer Service. Excellent service dept, and got a great deal. No regrets, will be back.

My sister in law dealt with Bryan. Smiles into your face then Ripped her off on the work she got done. Totally took advantage of a women. Do not trust them. Everyone in town says they take advantage of everyone. Overcharge you for services not needed

In the process of buying a new Dodge Ram 2500 that they had to get in from another dealer. A few kinks that had to be worked out but the truck is finally in and my husband picks it up on Saturday morning. Everyone has been pleasant, informative and helpful during this whole process.

Tried to rip me off beyond belief. Everyone told me not to go there, but I decided to see if I could get a good deal. Unless you consider paying retail price for one of their vehicles and having them give u well below trade in value for your own, stay away! Ed is a crook and I feel bad for those who have to deal with him. He doesn’t listen to the customer at all and is only interested in making the most he can in his commission check.

Stay away from this dealer the service is subpar when picking up my new vehicle detailing was awful, was full of dust and steaks on the windows, there is a huge ding in the driver side door with what looks like nail polish two months after you leave your billed for registration and titling. I have bought many vehicles from dealers never have I not had this poor of an experience.

Their customer service is SEVERELY lacking. I expressed interest in a vehicle that was to be delievered and did not receive a return phone call. Despite this I went in look at the car in person and was not helped and in fact a person who came in after me was helped first. When I contacted them after this (I was VERY serious about purchasing a particular vehicle) they half apologized for my inconvenience and said "there is nothing we can do about it" and then proceeded to attempt to price gouge. They do NOT care about the sale or they are person selling to, ONLY the bottom line money in their pocket. They are crooked and represent everything wrong in the world of dealerships. I'm a LOYAL Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler fan/customer and am ashamed to see the product name associated with such a bad dealership. I would not do business with them even though they have the ONLY car of the type I'm looking for anywhere near the capital district and north east. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
