My significant other shop is there all the time. Staff is l it depends upon individual sizes for item

My sister and I walked into the stores at Lake Grove, NY and one of the employees was giving such a nasty attitude. It was thirty minutes before closing and I understand they are tired and want to close at the time they’re supposed to, but I work at retail and I would never give such a nasty attitude to the shoppers as she did. Very bad customer service.

I don't know why you can't find those popular lotions anymore butoooo. There are good offers.

This is an expensive place and it's not like their stuff is all that. You have to know what you want and looking for don't let them tell you. They make u think your getting a real steal deal when truthfully your not. I truly shop SMARTER now! They are all about the profit. I only come occasionally to shop for a bra or perfume other than that I'm not a fan of their clothing.

All the best bras, panties, perfumes and other lady stuff u need. Definitely has a high price but absolutely worth it

Sure people think its a great store but little do people know that Victoria Secret was created by a pedofile from Ohio. I am not shopping there ever, and I think they should be shut down. If you support this store, you are supporting a pedofile

No offense to anyone who loves this store, but this place takes up HALF the mall and it's so unnecessary.

They used to deliver really sexy and appealing underwear. They are getting toothless and mainstream.

First time I was totally disappointed. Staff could not answer questions about inventory. Was told something could be ordered, waited 20 mins to find out they could not.

The woman's apparel is definitely extremely nice. But the checkout line needs to be improved by the cashiers and managers less transactions to let people flow in Faster out the door

No plus sizes at all, although boasting about their new inclusions, oh also the lake Grove store had no ac when I was there.by vs

For future references please make sure your staff addresses about the angel credit cards. I went in last month bought some perfumes and the girl ringing me up signed me up for a credit card without even asking me … I had no idea. She offered me the 15% off of my purchase so I said yes. She did not address that was for a credit card. Now I owe a $45 balance I had no idea about. I don’t know her name but now I’m going through a whole process just to try and get a refund. I already spoke to customer service all they did was cancel my card but couldn’t do a refund only took off $16 of the balance … don’t really understand why I have to pay for this. This company is very difficult.

Love the cotton panties. This store was well stock nicely organized and neat. The only downfall was they had only 2 register open and a long line to check out.

I went into VS recently after loosing an extreme amount of weight and some blonde lady (manager?) was very demeaning to me. I was so excited to be able to shop in VS, but left empty handed. I will never come back to that store again. I took my business to Soma

Covid compliant, limiting occupancy and mask wearing in use. Sales staff very helpful. Short line at checkout.

Went recently and the fitting rooms were closed, had to spend alot to find the right size and wait for the return. Employees lie about products to waste your time. I WAS told a product could be found at another store and the employee lied. Wasted my time and money. She's a horrible person. No need to lie to people

Always a great experience! I love Victoria's Secret products and shop here very often. The store is always beautifully decorated and girls working here are super sweet and helpful with a sense of humor. Whether I'm shopping for a fancy bra or a perfume I always find what I'm looking for, highly recommended.

I went to their store to buy and grab a variety of perfumes the promotion of 5 for $ 35 and in the end they charged me a regular price each one $ 18 that was a total robbery. The staff at the cashier was terrible.apart from that there was another promotion of 2 for $ 30 (FINE FRAGRANCE) and those I grabbed 3 and they charged me with the promotion for $ 15 each and I don't understand why the previous ones were creams and perfumes that are on the shelves near the box they did not charge me with the promotion I am totally disappointed they charged more than almost $ 50 dollars more without the promotion that was a TOTAL THEFT I hope they can give me an answer

Even with the whole pandemic going on. They practice social distancing while still able to promote their brand.

Never have had an issue in this store. Everyone is super helpful and also are super educated on the store itself.

You don't get better than Victory Secret. Great prices, fantastic quality and the nicest staff. Everybody is always so helpful.

The staff is nice and they'll size you accordingly but if you're a size higher that 36 they won't have a lot that will fit you

Hanna always is very helpful when I shop here. I love the variety and space of this store compared to the one at Southshore Mall even though Jenna is very nice there too. I always end up getting good finds here at Smithhaven.
