This is my second time going to that place. Good stuff and great deals but customer service needs to be reinforced

Service in this location is horrendous! Several employees were chit chatting around and not willing to help. Asked for help the employee pointed to an area for me to help myself. Get to the line and there was only 1 register. Another customer asked for them to open another register and the employee response was no

The whole brand hard definitely changed, but I don't consider that a bad thing. I did like it better when the staff wore all black so you could know who worked there. Now they're dressed in half shirts & sweats. Not as classy anymore, but.

The supervisor Julia is amazing and so amable. Love going to this store because it is so customer friendly.

Regular.no sales like in other urban neighborhood. Need more men to assist other men who are looking for gifts for women

The associates at this store are always very nice and friendly. In general, it can be a little pricey, but sales are good when you can catch them.

This place has grown and expanded! I was there yesterday and realized that they now employ individuals that look like us regular folks! I love it!

They are having their annual Bra sale. Friendly staff are very helpful at helping to find the right size. The cashier line went quickly. Better to go when the store opens, so it's easier to find the right size

One of the best vc stores around. There’s this very nice ethnic lady that works there mostly fitting room as imve encountered and she literally will take the time to size and help!

Sometimes the sales are not as good as advertised and that is disappointing. Also, the quality of the clothing varies. Sometimes it just basically falls apart once you launder it a few times. I still shop there but I am careful about what I buy.

My girlfriend loves to do shopping here. Nice ladies provide a very good service, always ready to help and find what you need.

Baaaaaaaaaabbbbbbbbyyyyyyy, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I get giddy and high just walking in the entrance of the store. I bought $165 worth of undergarments- panties, bra’s, thongs, etc. I couldn’t resist and went and purchased some body sprays and matching lotions as well as body scrubs and creams. I also got my most fave thing- the Victoria’s Secret Big Weekender Bag you get when you spend over $85. I have so many of these bags you would think I have shares in this store. Victoria’s Secret, continue to make sexy lingerie/panties/bras and you will continue to have a valued customer

I don't like that V. S.get rid of the best smelling frangrances and the prices are too high for underwear

I had a great time, even though I had trouble finding help. They were kind and helped me sign up for pink angels card. I WOULD recommend this Pink

Regular Victoria's Secret store but their selection here is lacking. The items in the store were everywhere too. Nothing was in it's proper place but it looks like most Victoria's Secret stores are like that.

Store was empty I went as soon as it opened I'm a last minute shopper. Found what I liked and in the sizes I think will fit. Very helpful service.

Great store, the ladies are there to help. Quality of the clothing is great. The prices of this store runs from about $7.00 to $150.00 It depends on what the store is selling. Victoria secret store appeals to young teens, young adults, to middle aged women.
