I always buy my bras and panties from here. I love the fit the styles and the store at this location is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a fitting room and free parking available.

Today was a good day for them I found everything I needed and to my suprise the line went very fast. It was an extremely long line but the ppl that worked the register did an awesome job with great smiles on their faces and very courteous to customers.

Holiday season, so its super crowded. Disappointed cause the items i wanted weren't in stock and i wasnt offered an alternative. Like most shops would be able to make a phone call and see which store had it in stock.

Just love this store and all their other locations. Buy lotion, under garments and perfumes from here.

Loved this store. Great in stock staff well educated clean, efficient and professional. Although Everytime I come there's usually a long line.

Making returns are easy. All sizes available online not in store but they will order and sent it to you. Plenty of rewards, coupons, and incentives.

I love Victoria secrets but they are so freaking over priced it's not funny.but i love their new cocoline

At bay plaza it is like a zoo, pack of people and they dont have enough personal. Bad customer service
