I came in for hard gel extensions a few days ago. Not worth the price. The nail is uneven, too thick and the nail tech didn’t cover the entire nail with color. The manager told me the cost was $160. After he left, the cashier charged me $174 because of tax. There are better salons in the area.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I'm not sure if the guy who stayed behind the front desk is the manager or owner but he was extremely rough and unpleasant.

It was disgusting to watch how he falsely flattered some, gave them false values and completely ignored other customers without showing any signs of politeness and attention to others as is customary in nail salons.

The girls worked just like him by jumping, moving between clients all the time, from one client to another. Giggling, yelling at each other, asking to help and borrow instruments all the time from each other.
Even a little bit of back massage is included in the price, yet, it's up to them, they do it selectively, despite the big tips.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

Amanda and Leo were absolutely Amazing I was a hour late but the staff was super accommodating and so patient and courteous. The place was neat, super clean and smelled so good. Many customers kept coming in. I received Five stars customer care. Amanda gave me a back shoulder massage after she painted my and it was wonderful this was January 14th 2023 and I was celebrating my 49th birthday the previous day so this was my special treat. The bathroom was extremely clean and had amazing scent. I highly recommend VenuStella for manicure, pedicure and other beauty sessions. I am going to book my next appointment in a few days.

I went in for a pedicure, and the service was very average. The woman rushed through the pedicure and bare filed or cut my cuticles. It took no more than 15 mins total for the entire pedicure. Not worth $35

Local opened not long ago. Spotless clean. Staff very friendly and competent. Did regular mani&pedi (50 US) and enjoyed the great massage lounge-chair. Felt like a queen. Got a VIP customer card for discount in the future.

The whole salon gets along really well and works together. I'm glad I finally have somewhere to go get my nails done regularly!

Emma and Eva will forever be my faves! Also hands down amazing nails for a good price and they last long. They also have wireless charging there’s not much more you can ask for! Oh and it’s extremely neat too!
