Great place to get your oil changed or inspection. Staff and mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast and efficient!

Drove away with a flat because the manager couldn't answer a question with a kid in the car.if you are that stressed out at work get another job.

Place is run by kids on a powertrip over NYS state inspections aspiring to be mall security guards.failed me for dumb made up stuff, took my my car to a actuall shop passed me with no problem

Very friendly/upbeat staff for 1st person through the door at 7: 30 am on a Sat morning. They did a great job!

This is my new go-to for everything. Twice they have helped me out late (soon before close) or helped me save money. They are fast, unbelievably courteous, and just good people.

What they don't know is that I had been having a DAY, and their little acts of kindness can make so much of a difference in those moments, more than they realize.

You can't buy that.

BEWARE! Don't ever go here. I went there to get my car inspected, thinking it would be quick, painless and easy. It was none of those. The driver in front of me who was also clearly getting their car inspected was allowed to stay in their car throughout, while I was instructed to get out of mine so they could pull it in the bay. I watched as the "mechanic" rolled my car through the entire bay then came in frantically telling me that my brakes were not working correctly that he couldn't even bring the car to a stop in the bay, and the brakes just went right to the floor. I said that's really weird because they were replaced in the spring and I JUST DROVE IT HERE WITHOUT A PROBLEM. Then the "mechanic" said well you should call up whoever did it and yell at them. When I didn't say anything the story changed to it was the ebrake that went right to the floor and now couldn't be disengaged. I said give me my keys I'm leaving. He then had the nerve to say I won't charge you. Like I was going to pay at all for them rolling my car through the garage and trying to shake me down. I got in my car, the ebrake wasn't even engaged. I called the dealer and explained the situation and they squeezed me in, guess what? Not one problem. What makes me most disgusted about this experience is that someone might have fallen for whatever this was and be taken advantage of. I have heard so many times of women being taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance and I can now say it is true.

This place is under new management and boy does it show in the customer service dept! Stopped in for a oil change and was taken almost right away, they were thorough yet, didnt not try to upsell me. I hate when places do that so this made me happy! I almost want to apply for a job cause the crew seems fantastic and the place is a great environment! Thank you guys, keep doing what ya do!
*Update*Went today again (2023) got another oil change and inspection, there was a line of cars so a bit of a wait, but I still love this place and the manager is just so down to earth, got my service no complaints!

Hands down the best Valvoline around. Pauly is honest, friendly, and his team seems to really enjoy working for him. He knows cars well, and offers good advice.

The people there are great. After going here for oil filter and tire rotation for several years I know most of the workers by name. I would recommend

Pretty packed but they got the job done about 15 minutes longer than their estimated time.

Checked my car over told me I needed to just do the rear brakes so I went and had them done brought the car back then they said your tire is loose this is broke so I had it all fixed again brought it back now they are violently shaking my tires looking for noises can't find anything and still won't inspect my car, always something with this place. I don't get it terrible service rude technicians.
My son went to the Valvoline in Albany with his Cadillac escalade and forgot to put oil in it. We called and complained when the next day we were diving and the car overheated and nearly blew up had to have it towed called Valvoline and they kept saying they will call us back and they will let us know. Well this is years later and still haven't heard back. I know it's hard to find good help these days but come on. Seriously.

First time getting my oil changed at a valvoline and I was very pleased. Workers were friendly, explained everything they were doing, checked my air filter, and topped off my windshield wiper fluids. I got to sit in my car the whole time, but they did have a waiting room accessible. No idea why the yelp reviews are so low here but the manager was very nice and seemed to treat the workers well. All workers I was in contact with were very friendly and conversational. Ask, the whole process was fast (15-20 minutes maybe). I will be back again!

My car was serviced by Paulie and he was a joy and delight to converse with as he worked on my car.

Great set of guys here, they don't waste your time. I inspected 2 vehicles today 1st went without a hitch second vehicle had an issue instead of wasting my time and charging me they pointed it out so I could fix it before the inspection, so I did and they had me in and out when I got black. Great guys

The change to wait-in-car services is a little off putting to some, but the crew is so professional and it's a little like watching a NASCAR pit crew work their magic. Great service every time!

I had frustrating scheduling issues with another valvoline for an oil change and inspection. That shop called this one and got me in last minute no problem. Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly especially the store manager who I spoke with the most. Not only that but I was in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend this shop!
