I love this store, i have a few items from here. It's a little overpriced tho

My daughter loved it and she found trendy brands they’re now carrying. Merchandise was not organized and it was a mess around, cashiers are not passionate and they need management, direction and attention to detail

They send me wrong size on most of my orders, after couple return, they suspended my account. Now I can’t purchase online. I went local store, but I couldn’t find what I want, and I couldn’t buy online as well, custom service didn’t solve my problem at all. That’s wonderful.

Unique pieces, but not many of the clothes I prefer. Great place to buy hoodies and other nick-nacks.

I bought my favorite shirt here, the service is great, the rooms are beautiful, of course it's on the more expensive side but it's a great experience

They are pretty organized, but never have anything nice. Theyve had the same clothes here for like a year, never anything new. And the basement always smells like dead rats now, if they get coffee cans and poke wholes in the lid and spread them out itll make the smell go away because the refresheners they are using right now does not work. Also theres never any employees around to help.

Great selection of fashion forward and trend products. Urban always does a great job of bringing a boutique feel to a bigger format store.
