Cool fully stocked place but you'll feel like your playing hide n seek to find someone to help with pick up order

As many Urban Outfitters in the city, there are MANY stairs. Unlike others, there's an elevator as soon as you get in. Less dusty than some other stores though. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Cute displays around the stores.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional manager named Shanique Johnson. She created a very negative experience; I will not return to Urban Outfitters.

Stopped in several stores and shopped around and had a wonderful time down at the Urban Outfitters area. Highly suggest everyone to stop and see all the sites.

Quite possibly thee worst Urban Outfitters store location in all of New York, and that’s saying much since the UO 5th Ave store is atrocious. Walter is one of the worst “managers” l have ever had the misfortune of coming across. His pseudo antics which include lying about store policies, bigot fueled behavior and brow beating customers into making purchases has not gone unnoticed. The other “Assistant Manager” Brian was no different thus two peas of the same bigoted pod leads one to believe this type of despicable behavior is common practice and therefore needs to be investigated. Alleged discriminatory practices isn’t just something to be overlooked.

The workers were very helpful for my first time shopping at this location. Sean, the employee who was accessing my friend and I at the register was very friendly & gave good energy

Super clean and organized. Beautiful location Downtown NYC close to all trains, Fulton area and Sea Port

Passing by and dropped in to see if they had the sneakers i wanted. The store did not have them in stock. However the staff was super helpful. He called another store for inventory check and was unsuccessful in finding it in stock for me. He then assisted me with ordering it online and having it delivered instead. Quick and easy. Thank you!

Several floors, well spaced out. A bit of a soho feeling in the financial district. Not inexpensive. A great quantity of products including home accessories and personal toiletries.

This store has 4 floors with basically nothing in it. I would recommend finding a larger store to shop in.

Stop in to get a pair of leather pants but they were sold out! However the staff was helpful and assisted me in looking for them. He said the store in Soho gets more trendy items sometimes. Greeters at the door that are actually friendly and smile.

Teenaged daughters loved the place. Good discounts on a variety of branded items. Welcome to the sad world of fast fashion.

A hip place with 3 floors to shop where there is music, toys and clothes, most catered to the 16-24 crowd. Go when there's a sale as some of the prices are a little eye popping.

This urban outfitters is great every other time I went to go shop but yesterday I was shocked to find that the shop was completely filthy there were clothes on the floor and the staff were standing on their phone & did not offer to help me find what I was looking & because of that I could not find what I wanted, they need to start picking up & giving great costumer service. Maybe next time if I received help I might’ve found what I wanted. They need to do better especially seeing as they are in Wall Street the busiest place to possibly be in. Came in to browse. We were with family that had a difficult time maneuvering the store, so two of them wanted to sit. Someone who had NO store credentials advised he worked at this establishment and advised they cannot sit i. This store. He further “suggested, ” if we’re not buying, we will have to leave.

Rude staff. I walked in 8: 30 and the first thing they told me was that the store were closing. I had 30 minutes more to exchange something I wanted. The guy was fixing the sale area and would be in the middle to no let me see.

Very disorganized Urban Outfitters, with clothes strewn on the floor. Okay selection but not huge.

Love this location. I frequent urban outfitters when i have time to chill or when i have a little bit of time left to before a meeting. Always have loved the curated clothing and the trend and vibe of the stores. I especially love the beauty section. I go to check out indie brands that need more recognition. Overall love the brands. This location is a must go!

Kind of scaled down version of this store. Very little silentio. I am not a big fan if Urban Outfitters anyway. I would not recommend doing to this location if you are looking for a good shopping experience in Urban Outfitters. Try other locations.

IT IS A STORE THAT HAS LOYAL PATRONS AND HAS CONSISTENT TRAFFIC WITHIN ITS WALLS, A LIKELY HOOD THAT THEY MAT STICK AROUND FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME. NO COMPETITION IN THIS MARKET.

ABERCOMBIE & FITCH TRIED SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS AND OUR DESK WOULD ALL AGREE THAT OLD NAVY SMELLS A LITTLE FAMILIAR- ANALOGOUSLY IN PALETTE & SIMPLICITY.

FUN GIFTS AS WELL HERE AND IT IS WORTH AN INSPECTION IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF THE CLEAN AESTHETIC OF URBAN OUTFITTERS.

There was only one person checking people out with a 10 plus line. No one came to help the one person checking people out at the cash wrap. I walked out without purchasing the $50 in underwear

Tried to buy a pair of shoes. They said they were doing inventory so they couldn't sell me them. What's the point of having them if you can't sell them.

Both times I've been here they have tried to overcharge me. Check the price and calculate it if there's a sale because there is no honest service here.
