Called to see if they had an open appointment for a trim and blowout since one of my customers recommended them to me. Was told to come in at a certain time that afternoon. When I got there the lady behind counter who also cut hair told me they don't take appointments. So I sat and waited 30 minutes for a wash and another 15 to 20 minutes for actually a stylist. The Shampoo massage was very relaxing however there was a lady that entered the salon and walked straight back to shampoo and sat there. She tried to jump in front of me for a wash and I told her sorry I was here waiting first. This happens alot. There should always be someone at the desk to not allow anyone in back unless the stylist are ready for them.
I watched another woman just walk in and go straight to a stylist and he took here while myself and another lady waited.
The blowout was mediocre. I have curly hair and the blowout wasn't straight.had frizzy on top with fly aways. I paid 45 for blowout.with a 20 dollar tip and 10 to the shampoo lady. 75 bucks in total. Not worth it and will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I went here a few times before I usually love it and they work very quick. I was there recently and the wash girl was wonderful and the girl that blew my hair out did a good job but she wasn’t friendly and at the end she charged me $30 when it’s supposed to be $22 I wish I said something and I still tipped on top of it which I wish I didn’t. I believe she over charged me bc I don’t go often and she assumed I wouldn’t know the price increase that she ripped me off. My sister and her friends go here all the time and I told her what happened and she confirmed they didn’t raise price so I will never return to them and let all my Oceanside moms know that they ripped me off. Beware if they don’t recognize you or your a new customer they might so the same thing to you.very unacceptable!
