Your dealership doesn’t stand behind defective parts. My truck has 17k miles in it and the brakes and rotors all were defective. Jen, the service manager didn’t return calls, has a full voicemail, and did nothing to advocate for Chevrolet to stand behind their products. They quoted and documented a price of $1800.00 then tried to inflate it by hundreds of dollars due to their own internal supplier issues. The job didn’t change and the parts remained the same. After getting the dealership to honor the original price and having the work done, I was told by their service advisor that he went above and beyond and discounted the job when I presented a $50 coupon for the brake service and I couldn’t use it. That was the final straw. All involved agreed verbally that this wasn’t normal wear and tear, but not one person with Unity did the right thing. I will share my experience with everyone until this is made right.

I found everyone to be kind and knowledgeable about their job. I love the fact that you accommodate your customers with transportation to and from work or home as long as its in the appropriate radius.

Zach was patient and knowledgeable. He spent time with us showing different options and pricing. He was extremely helpful and personable.

I don't understand why offer customers a complimentary cleaning and not do a thorough job on cleaning the exterior of the car especially given what you charge for a basic service.other than this my service advisor, Cameron was quick on the help and always pleasant

I did not request for my intake elbow hose to be replaced or my thermostat or oil change! And you guya did this without me being able to pay this. I am currently now in a very much difficult financiall crut thanks to this im super negatively afected by this extremely upset over this!

The staff I spoke with were professional and courteous. The 3-4 weeks in time for diagnosis was all on upper management.

I went into Unity feeling a little skeptical about bring my car to a dealership for servicing. I thought that I would be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. I was upset by the expectations set for me and immediately a lady named Kat spoke to me and was able to help with all my questions and get my vehicle in at a reasonable timing. She broke things down to me so I understood everything perfectly. Thank you Kat!

I bought a 2017 tundra limited used of course from this company. The sales people were nothing but professionals they were courteous honest and answered all my questions. No surprises, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely use this company again.

Came into your dealership to be lied to about my car receiving a diagnostic that it never received after leaving your dealership my wife and children safety was at risk by a false report from your mechanic stating in his report that their was nothing wrong with my vehicle and because of that I ended up on the side of the road with my family and a stalled vehicle that obviously said something was wrong but what y’all did was clear the codes and sent her on her way! You will be hearing from us very soon about this

I would give this place zero stars if I could I just had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron a nice looking young man from this place in Newburgh. He was very rude and nasty and told me to be ready to sleep in their parking lot for 2 days …. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Do not bring your car here!

I had an awesome experience here especially working with Shane Mulstay. He really took the time to make sure my needs were taken care of. Shane was patient with me even though I did not have the correct paperwork on me that made this day an even longer process then it should be. I recommend coming here and asking for Shane! He will listen to you and make sure your needs are taken care of!

I bought a used car from Unity in April.the original salesman (Rafael) was absolutely amazingly! Unfortunately he's no longer there but the fact that NO ONE EVER returns a phone call is so ridiculous! I've left so many messages since purchasing my car & I have still yet to receive any callbacks! I was "forced" to get the tire & wheel warranty package so the finance manager (Reggie) could finagle the price/terms with the bank for approval. I call today to get info on the tire & wheel warranty as I have a tire with a slow leak & the receptionist checks the system, but only to tells me that she couldn't find anything about any tire & wheel warranty for me! Now I'm furious! I get sent to Reggie's voicemail at 9: 30am today & gets at 4pm.still no call back! SHAME ON YOU UNITY!
