UNIQLO Skyview Center

Crowded and messy. Difficult to navigate through the store during multiple points. But it’s located conveniently in the mall so you can shop in several other stores in one stop rather than running around town trying to get to all the stores.

This store is amazing. It’s much larger than the rego park location. They sell the most unique items and at a very fair price. They donot accept the American Express Card.

Excellent material and designs. Didn't find the color I wanted. Got a second choice jacket.

Great UNIQLO store. Quick and great service. Place is always clean and organized. Many items often on sales. Very affordable and good quality. There are always new design and collection for Tshirts.

Buy most of my clothes here. Good quality and low prices. Store is super well organized for max eye appeal. Checkout is a breeze with self check out. Only complaint is dressing rooms area. When you get there they make you feel like Americas most wanted. For example, i was told i couldn't try on a jacket in the dressing room, only outside and i could only take 4 items into the room at a time.

Service was amazing, the lady in charge of the changing rooms was quick and kind. The layout of the store is a bit iffy though, and at times me and other shoppers were cramped browsing different clothes. Nevertheless, great products!

The first time to UNIQLO specifically looking for UV protective clothing. It was very crowded on a Thursday afternoon likely due to the location and a pretty hot day.

I asked one salesperson (most of them are very young) about the upf rating of their top tees and he told me to check it out at their website as he does not aware that they are rated. I told him that " I am right now at the store and would be greatful if he could find out for me maybe asking the store manger ". As I was reading carefully everything on the label and found the upf rating of 25 on the light color one. I looked for the salesperson and told him that the upf rating was 25 on one of the labels. He then said that the manger confirmed it was 25. However, I found out that other darker colors have upf rating labels of 15 and 20. I really doubt he had asked his manager at all!

I simply walked out of the store.

If the salesperson in the store is not willing to help a customer or the store manager does not know the product information the store is selling and perhaps at worst in my case the salesperson lies to a customer, there is no point of any customer to buy anything from that UNIQLO store.

They do not honor exchange policy’s at all. I received this jacket and look how many stains it has! It’s hard to be see but there are so many dark spots on the vest. I tried to exchange but they said nothing can be done. The store sells defective products and lost a loyal customer.

I had trouble looking for the jackets and a kind woman named Zareen had guided me with utmost respect. If I was a manager, I would promote her. Usually the cashiers and some workers have mean attitudes. This woman is one of the kind people there.

Came in and out with the item I needed very quickly. Employees are very friendly and try to help you with your problems. Only problem I had was the place was a bit too hot.

Products are great and heat teach is a must during nyc winter. Be AWARE of their return policy, they won't give you money back buying online or in a different store. I would not recommend this place

Women jackets have been made wider from the bottom I guess to accommodate heavier clients. Please revert this and bring back your original designs for your classic jackets like down jackets. Start a separate product line for plus size.

Worst store policies - changed it so that now you can only return online items by mail only for refunds. Also, you cannot return items unless it's from the ORIGINAL STORE you purchased from for refunds. Worst ever especially when you pay for parking in this mall. Read their policies carefully before buying anything from this shady company. It was never this way before pre pandemic.
