DON'T BUY ONLINE IT'S A SCAM. BOUGHT AN E-GIFT CARD NEVER RECEIVED IT BUT THEY TOOK THE MONEY. TRIED CALLING, THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON ME VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I came to Plattsburgh from Canada hoping that someone will help me with a problem I’ve been having for many years, and I explained it to a worker there, once I got home I tried the product and I couldn’t believe the difference. Needless to say, this Ulta beauty was the best. Thank you!

I was at the Plattsburgh location on Saturday September 30 2023. I was help by a Roz she was very helpful and professional. She had good knowledge about the products of Smithcurl and what I needed to complete my hair routine and make my wavy hair beautiful. I just try the Curlsmith curl defining styling soufflé and my hair his beautiful and the waves look so good. Thank you very much Roz and I will see you soon.

I've only been here a few times but have gotten some pretty good stuff. Iv also gotten some cool stuff as gifts from there. Place is clean and workers are really nice. Alot of cool things to test and buy.

I had the best experience at ulta yesterday always love the customer service but when I tell you this girl went above and beyond to help me! Is an understatement! I believe her name was Triana and OMG best customer service ever so friendly helpful and just fun experience! Girl needs a raise! I needed a color match on a lipstick that was no longer available morphe took it away and it was my holy grail nude lip well I brought the last bit I had in and letcme tell ya. Triana was on a mission:) ty soo much for the great experience and help!

First time shopping at Ulta today, it was a very exciting experience as a Canadian! Loved seeing brands we don't have in Canada like Vacation, r.e. M, Tree Hut, and Good Molecules. Staff was super friendly and the store was clean.

When I tell you that the customer service at this Ulta is unmatched… the lovely girl at the cash made my visit feel like a VIP experience. Great prices and great selection for those across the border.

Amazing.a grown woman's toy store. I kept wandering aimlessly wanting all while my daughter bought and paid for her prom makeup.

The staff was really helpful and took care of our needs. All of our questions and doubts were answered. I think this is a really good beauty shop, I recommend to go and take a look, it is worth the drive.
