So I went in to get my hair right! It was a yellow orange mess. Jaden was absolutely amazing! I was there for a long time but he really knows his colors. Honestly at first when we were done I wasn't loving my end color but it's looking great! I'm so happy and definitely will be back! Not to mention he gave me a great cut too! Thank you for tolerating me Jaden. Happy Holidays!

Always employees there to help you out, you're welcomed when you enter, the store is well stocked and organized, it's always clean, and I always enjoy going!

Three dolled up sales girls standing around store but did not ask if I needed help. When I questioned one girl she pointed where my product should be- which it wasnt. Only one girl at the register who was taking forever with the only other customer in the store- the other girls couldn't have cashed me out? Very slow, poor, rude service. So glad Amazon usually has the product I bought there.

The store was okay. Other than the cigarette butts on the floor right by the door. And when my friends and I entered, the lady standing at the front of the store was instantly judging us. (Because we were 3 men.) I guess she didn’t get the memo it’s 2023

Seriously the worst customer service. I haven't seen employee training this bad, ever! I will order online from now on.

I LOVE THIS STORE. I ALMOST ALWAYS FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT IN SUPER LONG LINES & THE STORE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL!

Nice store friendly staff. Spotted a male hairdresser helping his coworker out as well this past Sunday round 12.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. I booked a makeup appointment three weeks in advance and two and a half hours before my appointment, the store canceled my appointment. I am extremely disappointed because I drove 400 miles to attend a special event in Rochester tonight and now I am left scrambling. Ulta lost my business for good!

Good selection of products but sales staff at register were very pushy, asking for name, phone number, email address. All I wanted to do was pay for my purchase and go home. Did not appreciate the pushy sales approach and will not be shopping here again.
