Just had my brow lamination done with Jalisa at Greece Ridge and I LOVE IT! She did a fantastic job.will be back!

A few weeks ago I went to ulta beauty for an eye brow lamination I told the girl that did them they were uneven I called the store they looked up my name and said come back in I spoke with the manager she would not refund me! Do not go here for an eye brown lamination! Plus my eye brows are to thin for this service I told the tech this, she convinced me. My eye brows are wrecked

I worked here as an employee and shopped quite often. While the store itself was nice, there were so many issues starting with stereotyping. Management would profile poc due to teens stealing and make assumptions based on race when groups of poc would enter. I was made to go home on an occasion after being told that I’m aggressive and intimidating for simply speaking. If it were an issue with just me, it probably wouldn’t have been so bad. However, the hostility and passive aggression towards the woc in the workplace was unbearable. I spoke out about it on multiple occasions and it got no where which really sucked due to my high hopes for Ulta! I even posted it in the workplace app that we all use and got messages from so many employees saying thanks for speaking on what they were afraid to. The ladies saw how I was treated, and felt how they were treated as well. The difference is, I was never afraid to vocalize what I will and won’t tolerate. After quitting, I went into the store to make a purchase and over the headset (which is quite loud if turned up fully) I heard one of the managers (Cassidy) telling the cashier to ensure I didn’t get my discount which is understandable but was unnecessary considering that’s not something they’ve ever had to express after losing an employee. I would not recommend this job to any woc bc it is not a safe zone. I would work 12 hour days, pick up extra shifts, stay late and come in early when needed, but it was only appreciated on their timing. The disorganization and tension between management, the talking down about employees and management to other team members, making fun of guests, and even talking about the district manager. I hope this store gets the help it needs.

Great selection of name brand cosmetics. Clean and organized store, friendly and helpful staff.

Melissa was awesome. I walked around the store for awhile with a list having no idea what I was looking for or where to find it. No one asked to assist me for awhile but then I happened to be in the same aisle as Melissa while she was helping another customer and she acknowledged that I looked like I had a question. She mutitasked and helped me while helping the other customer who also I could overhear gave her a great review. She had great knowledge of the products and helped me find what I needed. Some of the products I found that I liked were out of stock in my shade but she helped me find the perfect replacement in another brand. And helped me find the best shade! I'm new to doing my own makeup so her help was so appreciated and left feeling like I was off to a great start with the products I had. My high ratings for the store for this visit is primarily because of her. If it wasnt for her, I probably wouldnt have left with a good shopping experience. Thank you Melissa!

The service was great I bought my granddaughter there to get her makeup for the first time.

Me and daughter just did facial with an awesome lady name Rachel she is the bomb she was very knowledgeable she asked all the right questions and she listened to our concerns about are skins and she told you about your skin and recommend what she thought would be good for your skin type. I must say I was impressed with her work my daughter was glowing her face was amazing we both are in love with are results we see her in 4 weeks we also will be booking a family day if your looking for a great facial got to Ulta and book with Rachel you won't be disappointed

Rude employees never asked if I needed help, just that my kid was touching things. Was in the store for about 20 minutes no one spoke and they stood around doing nothing but talking to each other. I won’t be returning to this location.

I always get into trouble here. They have everything you can ever want beauty related under one roof. They gave me a card.smh. Guarantees I buy more than what I came for.

Went in to grab something really quick during the holiday season. Was quite busy. The lines were long but getting help or questions answered- didn't stop the employees. They were prepared for the season and didn't miss a beat. I had a hard time finding a cologne which one of the associates helped me and answered questions I had without getting flustered or overwhelmed. Just wanted to compliment them because even though they were busy they were still polite and answered questions with a smile.

Always very helpful at the Greece store. Most of the sales staff know their products and can answer questions.

Found what I was looking for with help from staff but it wasn't easy to find someone to help me at first

Oh boy do I go crazy in this store I love make up yes yes the only thing is they don't carry is Huda and is one of my favorites

Ultimately has some of the most amazing products available. The sales reps go out of their way to help you and are quite knowledgeable about the merchandise. I have gotten some amazing facial products at drastically reduced prices too.

The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. The staff is helpful, attentive, and polite. I love shopping at this location.

Stylist was great and personable. She did a great job with cut, product recommendations, and style.
Price of cut was too high for my hair-type but it's under their signature cut, and because it's a national store, price is set, I accept that.
What baffled me was the fact that I couldn't pay at the salon, I had to go up to the front of the store and wait in line for over 7 minutes. When it was my turn I handed over a coupon because it was my first experience at the salon so I wanted to use the 15% off and provide that to the stylist as a part of her tip. I learned that the coupon has to be applied in the back at the salon by the stylist. SMH, Ulta, not cool. You should have the ability to apply coupons at the front if customers must pay there, or, even better, have the clients stay at the salon to cash out to end the experience there. I would still have to walk through the store to exit and potentially purchase more products, so this makes absolutely no sense. I did not need any other products at this time, so I left feeling very frustrated and those extra minutes wasted.

Saw some negative reviews on here. I have to say I went in the store this morning in a rush to grt a better foundation and moisturizer and some stuff for a wedding I’m in tomorrow and honestly Rachel was the best! She came right over to help me and was so nice. I love to see strong people and kind people in this world especially today. Rachel was a gem!

For women it looks amazing, Kim Kardashian perfumes and alot of beauty supplies. Nothing here for me but I would definitely get a gift here for a future girlfriend my guys

My favorite store in the mall. Ulta uses a point system for rewards and almost always had a coupon. Great was to try drugstore and luxury products.

Workers where just standing around when I walked in. Not one even said hi or if they can help with anything. They even said how there were so many of them (workers) there. Smh. Poor service.

Love the Greece, NY store, and absolutely fabulous associates! Jackie is a phenomenal stylist (I have never been happier with my hair!), and Rachel is beyond knowledgeable on skin care! She also does a bang up job on my brows, as well! I have been going to this particular Ulta store for several months now and I have no intention of going anywhere else! HIGHLY recommended!
