Only one person working. I get that. Just waited like 45 min.to return a key. So I thought I'd write a review. Way to slow and not professional

Dave and another employee from the Potsdam location went over and above to help us with our rental. They were kind, persistent, honest and worked on the problem until we had a great solution. We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend using this facility or the one in Potsdam.

Miserable experience.
I was at this location Canton, NY route 11 uhaul about 2 years ago on a very cold winter day to rent truck
It was peak of pandemic as well. I made reservation in advance and went to get truck.
Took it home and realized I could not open the door where one would load cargo. What use it a truck
if I cannot open door and load stuff?
I took it back to location and asked for another. I was given another truck that was filthy and unclean.
The truck was just returned probably by another customer and it was just filthy.

There was dirt, mud and ice all over truck and inside was even worse.
I found used face masks lying on seat (remember, this was pandemic time) empty bottles and left over food, some trash and stains everywhere.obviously, it was not cleaned and was given to me.
And the worst part, when I asked for it to be cleaned, I got an unwelcome look and unfriendly attitude. I have never seen such unprofessional uhaul service so far, I have rented in several cities in different states, not like this.
Will think twice before going back to this location again. There are few more options in this area, will try them instead.

They like to take money from the customer. They claim you don't put fuel back where it was and charge you extra for it. Trucks are not maintained the way they should be. We rented a 26 ft.truck and it pulled to one side. Did not run that well either.

Thank you U-Haul Canton (NY) for your excellent customer service and flexibility. In one day received our U-box to storage container to leave on site. It was simple, fast and easy! Special thanks to Kyle. I would recommend U-box especially Canton and will use again in future.

The truck was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, after an online reservation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The truck itself was very clean. Every other Uhaul truck I've rented was iffy. The interior of the truck I got was spotless and ran great.

I called twice, both times being told the estimated wait time was 10/15 minutes.
Having waited almost 25 minutes I hung up.
By the way, it was just after they opened this morning, at 9: 15, I hung up at 9: 40.
You lost me. Rake my business somewhere else.

Called u-haul in Canton, NY local number wait time was reported to be 5 minutes after 15 minutes still on hold. The sad part was I did the call while at the store. The staff were just sitting there talking to each other. This is u-haul service at its finest.

They really work with you here. I needed 26' truck and they found one and got it.
I had storage for 6 months with no problems. Really safe, and I have important, expensive, fragile stuff!
No late fees if I was late on payment, and they do not auction your stuff here.
The manager was the best, always friendly.
