When will the owner hire security to deal with the panhandlers? Probably when there's an attack and a lawsuit is filed. Horrible!

They always have what I'm looking for. Staff is always helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the customers. Like anywhere else in the world you run into rude people.

Went to Stop N shop. Lived out in staten island and when I was there this was close. Nice and clean, usually stocked with everything u need! Big parking lot and other stores in the strip

Plenty of parking. U do get inconsiderate people and some people who are careless shoppers.

Nice shopping area. Kept clean. Sometimes people drive too fast like there at a race track. Overall you can find good parking spots and many other stores for all your shopping needs

I visit stores here like Home Goods, Stop n Shop, The UPS Store, Dunkin Donuts Cohens Eyewear and Window Rama. There is ample parking and it's well lit during the darker times of day.

This shopping center/shopping plaza/shopping mall is located in the middle of Ebbits Lane and Tysens lanes. It is off of Hylan BLVD which is one of Staten Islands largest roads as far is distance. Hylan Boulovard runs from the Southern Tip of Staten Island in the neighborhood of Tottenville, all the way up the island's eastern seaboard side, along the same parallel track as Amboy Road/Richmond Road/Targee Street, AND the only railway in Staten Island, labeled/named the Staten Island Railway (SIR). It happens also to be one of the mainly traveled on roads in the entirety of Staten Island and is also a commercial hub for the entirety of Staten Island, holding more commercial property and land then almost any other road or street in Richmond County (Entirety of Staten Island.) This particular shopping plaza is one of my favorites on Staten Island. It has a bank, a super market, a Dunkin Donuts, and a bunch of other local businesses, some small, some larger corporations.
