I called this auto shop and was able to schedule an inspection for the next day! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Great prices and the workers were extremely nice. Will definitely be coming back here.

Service can take a long time, but they always get the job done and they don't overcharge. Good place to go if you're poor and not in a rush

Came in after my car was broken into and they had my car inspected, repaired, and turned back around for me in only a few days while working with my insurance company. They kept me in the loop during the whole process and I appreciate their work! Will be returning!

I definitely am grateful for the service i received while patiently waiting for my vehicle. Khach, the owner, is very respectful, informative, kind and genuine. He was very ethical with his information despite me being a woman. While i patiently waited, i was able to watch tv of my personal choice and they also have a vending machine filled with delicious snacks. There is also reasonable pricing and i am grateful. I highly recommend coming here.

I would give Khach (Pronounced "Cash") and his business 6/5 stars if I could, and that is not something I say lightly. The team was very friendly to me as a newcomer and worked with me to find a solution in my budget for a car with extensive damage. They were able to fit us in quickly and finished two days ahead of schedule at nine days of repair time. Fast repair!

I had questions about some of the items in the quote and the team was able to answer them in a way I understood. There was, in fact, one standard item that should have been damaged but wasn't and Khach and his team took the time to re-examine on request and agreed to take it off the preliminary and re-evaluate once the car was more taken-apart.

Lastly, Mike drove to our apartment and picked us up when it was time to retrieve the car, which was above and beyond!

As far as quality of repair.it's been five days of *very* smooth sailing so far: -) Also, not sure if the team vacuumed the car but it smelled REALLY fresh when we picked it up. I should also mention the team did a good job blending the colors - I can't tell the difference. There is some white sediment on the door that was blended but I was able to pick some of it off with my thumbnail so it will probably come off after a proper wash.

If you're reading this and wondering if the repairs held up and the sediment washed off.they probably did! Otherwise I would have updated this review: -D This is the place to go.

I have been to many mechanics in the past and I will have to say that Troy’s Best Body Shop is superb. My car was involved in an accident and “Catch” and the team went out of their way to accommodate all of my needs. I wanted to support them because they are a local, family owned business. They were very thorough and what I respected the most is that they are honest people that do honest work. The body work they fixed on my car made my car look brand new. They truly care about helping the customer out AND at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend going here for all of your vehicles needs. You and your vehicle will be very happy,!

Khach and his team are simply the best. The car that my son, an RPI student, drives needed to be fixed. Khach dealt with the insurance company personally and kept me informed proactively along the way. He even went the extra mile and buffed out the headlights for free simply because it would make the car safer to drive. As a parent, I appreciated the care and attention he took. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Khach and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very respectful, straight forward and extremely professional, exactly what I was looking for. We needed some engine repair and body work for my college son's car- following an accident. I was only going to be in town for one day and they were able to fit me in to provide me with a quote and had no problem keeping the car on site until the work was done free of change. I had gotten a few quotes and not only was his competitive but he did not make me feel like the quote might not be accurate and I might be way over like some of the other places I visited. He was close to target and even did some additional smaller fixes free of charge. (Replaced a hose no labor or part charge and filled the a/c so it would be in working order.) I felt like he understood that this old car needed to be in working order but I did not want to perform any additional unnecessary repairs. Keep it running and keep it safe. I would highly recommend this outstanding young man and his business to anyone and especially if you need your college kids car fixed- you will not be disappointed from start to finish. I was truly impressed.

This is the best shop in the capital region. The workmanship is impeccable, they’re honest, and always available to answer questions. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

10/10 experience. Being a young female who knows nothing about cars walking into a mechanic’s shop can be intimidating but I felt completely comfortable with my experience. I was recommended to go here by a family member. The service they provided was above and beyond of what I initially came in for and was very pleased. I will 100% be recommending their services to both my family and friends going forward.

Being a woman and going into a mechanic shop is always nerve racking but honestly the team there at Troys Best made me feel at home. Khach was very helpful from start to finish with my car which was making some horrible noises. Not only did they show me the issue but they also gave me a ride back home so I didn’t have to take an Uber. Pricing was very fair with a student discount included! I just happened to run into this body shop needing some last minute body work. The whole family was absolutely AMAZING & professional. They got me in as soon as possible, kept me well informed on updates, always contacted me with any concerns & went out their way to make another required repair I was unaware of. They were the utmost professionals. Really top notch service and phenomenal engine and body work! I will never go anywhere else! At first I thought they were really good, I feel like the son was doing his job when it came to handling my car. But after I came in from the last time to see why my car wasn’t heating up & why my car was over heating, they told me to throw my car away or pay over 1000 to fix it, They said it was junk & there was no point in trying to fix it. I then took it to a guy who been working on my car and told him what they said, even though I had to tow it to Newburgh, I new this was someone I can trust and I didn’t have the money to get a new car, he then just flushed my car and everything was working, I only had to pay 250$ and then when I went there today to tell them that yes a old mechanic fixed my car and when I took it to them before for a noise my car was making the son father came and yelled at me saying they took off my heating shield because tenants what was making the noise but my car still has the noise. I don’t recommend this place at all! If your a female, and don’t know much about cars I say stay away. I learned my lesson. They kept parts from cars and now I have to pay for news they said. He then kicked me out his shop. Terrible experience

Working in the auto industry for nearly 15 years I’ve used many different body shops. I can say wholeheartedly that Troy’s Best is the most honest shop with the most fair pricing and turn around time. I recently had to have a repair done on a vehicle. It was not in a major accident but was damaged pretty good. After shopping around for prices the lowest quote i found was for $1250. Troy’s best estimated the job for $850 and had the vehicle back to me within a week. The work was amazing. They really are Troy’s best body shop. Thank you Troy’s Best! I highly recommend

Not only did they get my truck in quick, the owner kept me up to date with all the repairs and issues. Very professional and very happy with the quality of work and customer service aspect. It’s hard to find people who are passionate about fixing vehicles and actually care about your issues. I’ll definitely come here again for any future service needs

They did a great job working on my brake pads and rotors. Friendly service and always reliable for quality work! I prefer them over my dealership based off quality of customer service alone. I'll be back when I need something else done.

I have been going to Troy Best Auto Body for over five years, and they have been fantastic. They are polite, they know the business and treat all the same. I have used Troys Best Auto Body shop twice now, once to repair a Kia when someone sidestepped it while parked, and this week when l had a small rust bubble on my Mustangs hood. Each car looked good as new when finished. Very professional and quite in tune with all my needs as far as questions and getting the vehicle finished in a specific time period. I definitely would recommend Troys Best Auto Body shop to anyone who needs their car repaired to as new status.

Went for a car inspection. They were friendly and explained everything clearly. The work that needed to be done was completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
I had issues with my front brakes for my Subaru, they figured out what the problem was and explained it to me. I took it the next day, and by the afternoon my car problem was fixed and ready to go. Would definitely be coming here again for any other issues since I go to RPI and the shop is a 5 minute ride from campus.

The back side of my Nissan Altima needs repair and they fixed it in one hour with a very reasonable price. The staff there is nice and cool, and their service was great. Highly recommend!

Not satisfied with explanation of services. He called the next day to say I was correct about my invoices. Waited a week for a quote 2 different people promised it never received. Basically I know he tried to take financial advantage. Well never return.

All I can say is I left satisfied. My car was so loud due to muffler issues and I called and was instructed to bring my vehicle in. The service was Great and my car is quiet and strong. The wait was not long and it was constant communication during the process.

I have an accura mdx and I went in with the check engine light on. Unfortunately, I brought the car in 3 times before they essentially told me their shop doesn’t do the repair my car needs (after charging me over 800$ to replace parts that were supposed to turn the check engine light off). They referred me to another auto body shop which they said would do the repair for me but when I called that shop, they also said they don’t do that repair. So I am out over 800$ with no place to bring my car.
