After being jerked around, lied to and ripped off at max auto (other way on hertel) Matt and his team took excelent care of me. All was done over the phone and I got a straight answer about the true cost to repair the car. The repair was not in my budget, so I decided to get a different car. Matt did not charge me anything and even offered to look over the used car I am going to buy! These guys are amazing! I have never been treated so well by perfect strangers.now they have become friends who helped me through a hard financial situation instead of making it worse for $.
