Trifecta Med Spa Park Avenue

My first time getting a “carbon facial” & almost a week later, very happy with results. I’ve had problematic skin since I was 12 and sebaceous filaments are the main factor. I’ve gotten my monthly facials consistently before and although it helps, it makes me feel helpless that I need to consistently show up for that. But I read up on the carbon facial and decided to give it a go & glad I did. Thanks to Kamile too for awesome customer service along her bedside manner.

Very clean and professional establishment. I had a very smooth laser hair removal session which was surprising since it is normally very painful. My aesthetician Kamille was very attentive and accommodating and made it a breeze. Highly recommend!

Kamille was the best! I received a diamond facial, and Kamille talked through every step to let me know what was happening and what she was going to do. She made me feel so comfortable and my skin felt so amazing and hydrated after!

I got an OxyGeneo facial from Kamille, and it was amazing! She had calming music playing the entire time. She explained everything she was doing for my skin and answered any questions I had. She even recommended skin care products that I can use in my day to day routine. I would go back to Kamille again and again for all my skin care needs!

I get my Botox here. Friendly great staff. My Botox also seems to last longer at this med spa compared to others.

This was my first time doing a filler and it took me a while to find a provider whom I could trust. From the first moment on the phone to the moment I left I felt at ease and relaxed. My injector- Mervat was amazing. She listened to me and she has very soft touch. My Voluma injections went great, no bruises or pain. I even made another appointment for CoolSculpting since Trifecta has the latest machine available. Great place, fantastic vibe and highly recommended professionals!

Excuse me if this is long but I have to give this MedSpa the credit they deserve. I cannot stress how wonderful this Med Spa is. First of all, it’s brand new, modern, clean, and it feels so fancy in there! Cindy is the sweetest when greeting you and beyond professional. She greeted me with a smile (and everyone else who came in after me) and she’s such a wonderful conversationalist, while getting you check-in within minutes. I was seen almost immediately, minimum wait time!

I have been struggling with acne lately because of COVID. I neglected taking care of myself and I began to feel so self conscious. Wearing a mask has also worsened my acne. I had a quick consultation with Ewa, who examined my problem areas and recommended the Diamond Glow treatment and IPL Photofacial, and I went for it. She was confident with the way she spoke and knew off the bat what treatment I needed, how could I say no?

You can tell Ewa LOVES her job. She takes her time during the treatment and goes over areas that need more attention. She answered all my questions and gave me wonderful advice on what products to use and how between treatments. I felt SO relaxed the whole time, exactly what I needed after the last couple of stressful months. My skin felt so smooth after, and a day after I notice less redness and bumps on my face.

THANK YOU LADIES! I already booked my next appointment and can not wait to return to see Ewa and Cindy! HIGHLY recommend, so glad I found this place!

Do not go there! Firstly the person on the reception does not give a welcoming smile to a new customer. The "doctor" did not give clear explanation on the procedure just asked me to buy more units. Not knowing why! Even after adding the units my forehead looks worse than before. Worst place ever.

1 star! I had the most awful experience from the moment i walked in.

The Persian lady doctor did not make me feel welcomed, she made me feel awkward and judged for being plus size. I was there for the HCG and was suggested to go on phentermine instead. I was told to come back weekly for check ins and refills on the pills. I was treated the same way every time i went back.

In the ended i just ended up quiting even though i still had 2 weeks left of phentermine treatment. I didnt ask for a refund, i didnt want to continue to feel as judged. The Persian doctor never once smiled at me nor made me feel welcomed.

I really wanted to like this place. Such a shame.

I have been struggling with dark blotches of pigmentations for few years. I have used numerous amount of different products hoping that my skin would get brighter. Until I was recommended to Trifecta Med Spa Park by my good friend to try their treatments. I had very detailed skin consultation with Ewa the Esthetician. She recommended to do 3 treatments of microneedling. After my first section I noticed significant lightening of my pigment and overall brightness in my skin tone.
I can’t wait for my next treatment.

Great experience from start to finish. Tina at reception is delightful. I originally was scheduled for some other facial but after my consultation with my esthetician Ewa, she recommended the Diamond Glow. It did not disappoint. I also met with Erica for some Juvederm and Botox. My face looks amazing!

Calling this a consultation was a bold overstatement considering I wasn't actually consulted on anything I had to pry information out of these people and wasn't given any comparisons between treatments or alternative offerings that could also help me achieve my goal.just aweful. I went in and began by filling out a large amount of paperwork before being seen. The girl that took me back (Isabella or Esmeralda, something like that) never once smiled, she was unpleasant and spent half of the "consult" standing with her back half turned to me. After requesting to speak to someone else; a very pretty smiling girl came back and I had some hope. She was much better and gave me some info but in the end I still felt very little faith in making ANY sort of decision. No before and afters were available, no customer testimonials, and still no one bothered to lay out the multiple options I had and how they differed. Overall made me feel upset and more insecure than when I walked in.

I've been a client of Trifecta Med Spa for almost 4 years and I have to say that they are the best Med Spa in New York: no waiting time, honest and friendly. Last time I decided to try their new Park Avenue location and still they manage to exceed my expectations. Their receptionist Tina was extremely friendly and esthetician Ewa has a golden hands! Felt so refreshed after my Hydrafacial! Highly recommended not only for people who live in the area, but also for folks from other boroughs.

Been a client of Trifecta Med Spa for a few years. Excited they opened a new location on Park Ave and E 60th St. Even though I love their offices on Broadway in FiDi and on W 57th St, this one is near me:) I love how these guys keep up with the latest that's out there in the industry. They have all kinds of services for face and body. I've had Botox (btw, Yulya is amazing!), juviderm, kybella, microneedling, Hydrafacial, Oxygeneo, ultherapy and love the results. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable (Elizabeth, Anita, Ting are great at what they do!) and offices are super clean and trendy. I just love the overall vibe and people who work there. Going back for my Universkin serums and bringing a couple of my friends with me:)
