I have been dealing with this facility on and off for years when I have had a GM company car. I recently purchased an 06 Vette from another dealer with a couple of hiccups I knew ahead I was on the hook for. Took to this facility for the repairs. I worked with Colton in service and the tech was Dan. Both were exceptional in ever aspect and were more than fair with the prices. More importantly to me the diagnosis and repairs were both spot on. Could not have had a better experience. The manager has been there for years also and is super to deal with. Lucky to have them.

I've been dealing with Bill ever since. McLouth went out of business is where I purchased my 2011 Chevy avalanche and he's been very good and thorough through explaining the repairs and what needs to be done.

Went in for a front and rear brake pads replacement. They ground front rotors on my 2019 Sierra but left the brakes pads on with over 41K miles. They charged me for "Servicing" the pads instead of replacing them even though they had <10% life left on them. I also had a "Service brake pad" message on my display. I'm glad I caught this before left and asked them why they left the pads on with this many miles and the message on the display. They eventually agreed to replace the front pads

My chevy was locked into 4×4 and would not Disengage so I call them on a Thursday and they said drop it off Friday and we will try to work it in our schedule.they call Monday morning said it's complete and ready for pick up.fast and reliable service with a friendly smile and Reasonable prices

People where kind and courteous even when I got a little on edge with them for no reason. I would recommend to everyone. Thanks For a great job

I was very pleased they were on time did oil change and tire rotation. Very reasonable price and the even washed my car. GREAT JOB would do business with them again.

I went in for an oil change. A service representative came to me in the waiting room and said, “we completed your inspection (I was confused because my appointment was for an oil change), your rear rotors are shot and need to be replaced immediately, your rear brake pads are almost metal on metal, we can do this work for $425 plus tax”.
I immediately stepped outside and called three different automotive parts stores gathering quotes for lifetime replacement rear rotors and rear pads. I paid for my oil change and drove straight to the parts store, purchasing the parts. I scheduled an appointment for the following day at a registered/certified auto repair shop. To purchase parts and have them installed, it was costing a total of $270.00. The next day I went to my appointment. The owner of the shop came and got me to bring me into the bay where my vehicle was on a lift, rear tires removed. He asked who told me that my rotors are shot and pads metal to metal. I told him Tradition Chevy in Newark, NY. The owner then showed me my rotors were perfectly fine and 1/3 or more of life left on my brake pads. I will NEVER recommend Tradition Chevy or Ford in Newark, NY after this experience. I not only wasted time of purchasing parts and driving to an appointment but I had to drive to return parts and wait for my money to be credited back to my credit card. It should be illegal for a dealership to be doing this to customers. I had planned on returning to Tradition and purchasing another vehicle there, my family member was going to trade in their vehicle there…. Not anymore. I will never stop telling people what happened to me.

My appointment was at 9am. It was for an oil change and tired rotation. I never got out of there till almost 12: 30. Now granted they had to change 1 tire stud but still, 3 hours? ! Not the way I want to spend my day off. Sitting in their waiting room with some other pretty unsavory people. I would have rather they had me drop it and go back to get it. Lesson learned I guess.

The easiest and most satisfying car buying experience of my life (65 years old).

No pressure, no gimmicks, no overselling and the numbers first received via internet communications were the numbers of the sale. A straight forward friendly experience with everyone at the dealership involved through the sale.

Normally very pleased with traditions service. But a little disappointed this time. It took over 2 weeks to get in for an oil change and tire rotation. After getting home I checked my tire pressure, as I always do. The tire pressure was set at 30psi not the recommended 35psi.

Colton and the team were great to work with. Unfortunately, due to their staffing shortage, it took two weeks to complete the repairs on my truck. It was no one’s fault necessarily, but it’s just the economy. It’s running great again and I would come back if need be.

I am really appreciative of Colton from the service center. I reached out to them to see if they could fit me in as soon as possible due to a flat tire. They worked with me and was able to get me in within a half hour of calling. The service was exceptional and I would definitely return to them for other maintenance and repairs.

Thought was having difficulty with the transmission. They were honest about not needing a repair and no charge.

My suburban has 107k miles and was really sounding bad. Not comfortable to drive or ride in. The guys at tradition took it in diagnosed what needed to be done and went over everything by the most important to the least so that I could choose what was going to be a priority. They were pleasant, helpful and informative!

Took my car in because I had been having issues with it. They gave me a loaner to use while mine was being worked on. A week later I went back to see what was going on and they told me mechanic that was working on it was on vacation. Took a other week for them to get it fixed. How does a dealership only have 1 mechanic to work on vehicles? Not a happy person

I had Tradition Chevrolet check my brakes because I heard scraping with only around 23,260 miles on the vehicle. They replaced the pads under warranty because they should not be worn down already. They cleaned the rotors too and the calipers. I paid for the calipers to be cleaned. Tradition Chevrolet is good to deal with. They are efficient, courteous and trustworthy.

Maintenance was done and noted that tires would need replacing by fall and winter. Gave me ideas on tires and prices and will talk again in September to replace! Good job!

Get my car detailed here once a week and they’re awesome and my car is cleaned very very good. Thank you Clint and crew….

They were wonderful. Very understanding and did nothing to my car with informing me first.
